I gave them three matches to perform and they were way off on all three. And then tried to make excuses why they didnt match good. Another paint store had me a good match in 5 min.

Tyler helped me match a paint that is no longer manufactured using a tiny sample. Every time I go to this store I get what I need.

I have dealt with Sherwin Williams for several years I haven’t had issues at any other locations but there are specific employees at this location that display HORRIBLE customer service. We do remodels and rentals so we spend thousands on paint each year at Sherwin Williams. On the other hand Nick is very kind and helpful and will do his best to resolve an issue, but I have had several bad experiences with other employees.

They were so helpful at Sherwin Williams I needed paint for my door and they helped me pick out the perfect paint type, finish, and color! Two young men helped and and funny enough they were both named Austin! They were so helpful and nice! They really knew what they were doing! I will be coming here for paint from now on!

I go into a lot of Sherwin Williams but I have to say this is the worst. Yesterday I seen people walk out because no one even said Hello to them. Employees just standing by the mixers waiting for paint to shake. Then today I go in and my account says must all for ID. The employees just asked me my name, I ask why he didnt ask for my ID, he says that is the same thing by asking my name. WHAT! No! I think I will start going to anyone store. Do not recommend this store.

Homeowner here. Sincerely appreciate the knowledgeable staff. Our go-to has been the Emerald line, which has consistently been superb. Is it pricey, even with coupons? Yes...to an extent. I mean, understand that you get what you pay for, and who likes to pay a lot of money for a gallon of paint? BUT - the outcome is well worth it. Seriously, big bang for your buck. I have yet to experience a no-wait time, but the wait isnt bad at all. For shoppers who complain about the price, they can go to Lowes, where Valspar has a SW line (much cheaper), or go to Benjamin Moore paints (more expensive).

These people are real pros. The floor coating they advised for my machine shop turned out great.Even after numerous calls to them about preparation and application, they were always friendly and helpful.Ill never use anything but Sherwin Williams products.The final price was about the same as the big box stores but the product and service was far superior to anything I could have hoped for.

I had a very pleasant experience at this store. The young girl helped match some paint for me and even gave me a can opener which I found very useful. I will continue to shop at this location as I love the customer service and products.

I would rather drive 5 miles out of my way (to shop at another paint store) than to shop at this store. I’ve been inside this store 3 different times and each time was terrible. Good customer service is not an option at all. I don’t know how they stay open treating customers the way they do.

I give one star not for the help I received but for the fact of how I was treated before I received the help.I frequent this store for when I work on projects, usually on sundays even though the girl is by herself but this time I came in on a Monday morning... I knew once i walked in I should have asked for the girl but I figured everyone in this store could help.... fair assumption, right? WRONG! The first person to help me was the manager, Nicholas I think. I asked him to help me pick out a product to redo my bedroom in.... he acted like he was too busy to even acknowledge me..... I don’t ask for much, just some help with picking out a product....LITERALLY ONE QUESTION! I soon decided just to figure it out on my own when the girl walked into the store. She came over and rescued me as I was obviously struggling. She gave me a great piece of mind, helped pick out a product and even a color! As she was making my order one of the young guys came over and made sure I was doing ok while grabbing a few swatches for a new product..... Mr. manager guy, take a note from your younger staff and learn some kindness and patience I know not all of us are million dollar accounts and aren’t professional painters but we are still people..... to the other two, thank you for helping me

We have been using this specific Sherwin for years! We love the staff, very quick, kind, and helpful. I personally dont know much about paint but I have always been accommodated while there! Especially by Lucy shes always very helpful and quick. 😊

This was our 1st visit.....probably our last. Not friendly. Dont like their job apparently. We got what we were wanting but can be purchased elsewhere

Very poor customer service. My wife and I went there to get stuff for our walls, as soon as we walked in 2 of the staff looked at us and walked to the back and the third one never took his eyes off his cell phone.

Place is a joke they never have the the paint every time I try to get them to match it they look at it and oh we cant match that we dont have that kind of paint dont waste your time

We use only Sherwin Williams after spending way too much time and effort being frustrated at other stores that sell paint because they lacked knowledge about the specific paints and stains we needed. SW knows paint and are skilled in relaying the information to their customer. We refinished a 60 x 16 deck and it turned out beautifully using the techniques and knowledge they relayed to us. My husband refinishes some furniture and they have also helped with recommendations for this type of paint or stain. Thank you Sherwin Williams you made buying paint a lot easier and faster...only reason I gave a four-star is because I never believe five-star ratings...I think they arent real....

Needed outdoor paint. The young men (lower 20’s) did a great job of asking questions & dealing with my dad, an 82 year old man.

Great looking store. But, was a bit disappointed, no one approached or acknowledged me. And most of all color chips were missing for me to complete my color story board.

Quality paint and painting equipment products. They could do a little bit better job differentiating between a contractor who knows what he needs every time, versus a homeowner who paints once every 10 years. At times I felt rushed when asking questions.

Lower prices. Even with my 40% off coupon my 5 gallons of satin interior paint was almost $190. That is a lot.

The employees are there to answer all types of questions, discuss concerns you have regarding your project, they share pros and cons on different products regarding your project, and are there with you as you process the information. Thanks to their expertise, knowledge and advice theyve helped me with many issues.

Theses people can’t tell the difference between flat and satin. Rude customer service. Be careful.

The staff was very knowledgeable, it was time efficient, located in the community and there are coupons online that make this high quality product a very good purchase.

Got some touch up paint from here. They were nice and quick to help. They matched the paint and handed it to me with in only a few minutes. The pain however was just a bit off though.

This is the least helpful store. I have ever been in of sherwin-williams. I am a retired contractor who was in business for many years shopping with sherwin-williams. By far the worst store I have ever been in before. Color cards are all missing and customer service is very poor! The two men in the store had an attitude and also very unprofessional as they was cussing and saying very inappropriate things. I left with no paint!!!!!
