I’m simply blown away by the level of quality, detail and precision of this company. I hit a deer in early December of 2020, which caused some damage to the front of my truck, however, you would never know now. The work is flawless and looks even better than before. All their reviews and positive feedback that you hear about on the radio is absolutely true. Their office manager, Candice, kept me updated throughout the whole process, handled the insurance claim and even stayed late so I could come get my truck after I got off work. If you’re reading these reviews bc you are cross-shopping repair centers, do yourself a favor and go with Complete. Oh by the way, they even cleaned the truck inside and out, put tire shine on and everything. Thank you very much!

My experience with Complete Collision was second to none. While I hope I dont ever need them again....(ha) its safe to say I will never go to another repair shop. Having the rental office on-site made things exceptionally easy, and I was grateful to not have to worry with the claim since they handled everything for me. The staff made an effort to text me regularly with updates on where they were with the process so I never wondered what was going on. Then the work on my car itself came out beautiful and looks as nice as the day I bought it. To top it off, I was surprised to see my car had been beautifully cleaned inside and out when I went to pick it up. It felt so good to have my car back and in pristine condition. Thanks guys. :)

I will use Complete Collision again. They did an excellent job and even with a very limited staff due to Covid-19 they still got my SUV in and out in a timely manner. The paint job is perfect and I received service with a smile. Great experience!!

All I can say is WOW!! This is the most amazing business I’ve dealt with. They got the ball rolling for me because I was having trouble getting in contact with my adjuster. Quality repairs, their customer service was great, and they were over the top friendly and eager to help. Our Nissan Titan was worse than we knew but they took care of everything and delivered in a timely manner. Their customer service was good. The service took a really long time from start to finish. I cant say if its the shops fault or insurance. Overall, very nice staff and good work from what I can see.

Complete Collision was an absolute joy to work with in what was a very tough time. They fought for me against my insurance company like my car was their own. This company is lifesaver. I cant say enough good things about Doug and Bryan! So glad to hear they opened up in Baton Rouge. We had an accident last year and they near about handled everything for us. We just dealt with our part of the insurance. I recommend them highly because they take the stress out of it. They have a towing company and automotive repairs.

These guys are awesome. Unfortunately I have had to do business with them on multiple occasions, but it has been great every time. On one occasion our insurance company at the time didnt want to pay for some of the damages so we went over our 30 day max for our rental car, but this was not an issue for Complete Collision. They went to bat for us, got the repairs done, and made sure that the rental overages were taken care of. These guy are extremely thorough on the business side as well as on the repair side. I have recommended them to several of my friends and clients and they have all said the same thing.

Very helpful people. We filed a claim through our insurance to have repairs made one our SUV. They explained to me some of the problems with current parts and how they may break when removed, if broken the repair may take a few more days for parts. They knew we had just purchased the vehicle and did their very best to do the job quickly but correctly. I would recommend them to anyone.

No matter where you live, bring your vehicle to these guys!!!2 years ago I was hit from behind, while stopped at a red light, by an intoxicated driver. I had over $18,000 dollars worth of damage to my Yukon. Already dealing with the frustrations of the accident, One of my biggest concern was how my vehicle would look and operate after repaired. IT WAS PERFECT!My Yukon drove, operated, and rode like it never missed a beat. My husband being a technician inspected my vehicle finding Zero signs, mechanically or aesthetically, of an accident ever occurring. These guys superceded all expectations I had of getting my vehicle back as if it was never hit. The added bonus, which was huge to me during this whole process, was the customer service. Doug and his team were empathetic to all my concerns and questions; kept me informed during the entire process, and above all treated me as if they were in my shoes! Ive recommended everyone of my family/friends to their collision center and service center since my accident and no one has had a single complaint about the work that was done or the customer service they received.

I went there to get an estimate and I felt as if they were treating me bad. I feel as if I was being over charged. The customer service was terrible. I would rather take my vehicle some where else than to have them fix it.

Had oil changed here and thought that the pricing was fair I went. When I left all my lights come on the car because they forgot to reconnect what they pulled apart. I found it to be that car was sucking to much air and had sensor going crazy. Not sure if I would go back. Maybe if it was my last option. Ill just pay more to have it done right.

I had my truck repaired there and it was a terrible experience. It took almost a month for them to complete the work and it was a bad repair job. The tailgate does not fit right and the top coat they put on my truck is cracking and beginning to peel. Was very unhappy with the service and the repair in general. I would never use this shop again or recommend it to anyone. Since I published my adverse review, I received a response from Complete Collision. In this response was an offer to try to correct the problems I experienced. However, there is no way I would consider having any additional work performed on any of my vehicles at this shop.
