TCC VERIZON LOCATED IN ZACHARY LOUISIANAKRIS IS EXCEPTIONAL TO SAY THE LEAST! This young lady went above and beyond, all expectations were met and by far exceeded. Very knowledgeable, very patient when dealing with my 64 year old father who demanded he wanted a dumb phone. Can not THANK HER enough. She was very patient and kind in taking the time to discuss many different options, and how to best suit him and him be confident in his ability to utilize the phone. She has even reached out days after, JUST TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS WORKING FINE AND TO SEE IF HE NEEDED FURTHER ASSISTANCE! WOW AMAZING! In a world where everything is lighting speed and customer service comes from an automated system, Kris still has the natural ability to help, to go the extra mile, to ensure that her client is 200% satisfied! TCC should be glad to have and employee like that on staff. Very disappointed doing business with this Verizon TCC. Will only deal with a true Verizon store from now on! From the moment I walked in it was a mess! They did not know the plans. As I has to inform them of the deal of buy one get one free. A month later the store still had the billing plan ALL wrong. The two ladies in the store RUDE! They did not give advice on trading in old phone! Told one price but gave a lessor amount on statement! Should have kept phone!! Poor advice! They dress sloppy and their actions and dealing are likewise….. sloppy! The ladies don’t understand good customer service and develop attitudes very quickly instead of trying to diffuse a situation! NEED desperate training. Overall VERY unprofessional! But to top it off, my plan was wrong and buy one free was wrong on bill! Could not even get that right! If you say anything be prepared to get a major attitude with then! They lie and do NOT take responsibility!!! STICK with the certified dealers in the future!!!! Baton Rouge only!

Went in walked around for 10 minutes. No one no one spoke to or greeted me. Very small selection of phones on display. After a while another customer came in and was greeted right away. Kept looking around a while longer. Then decided to leave still NO ONE spoke to me. Ill definitely never return or spend my money at this location. And Im a version customer.

CJ was very informative and helpful with setting up my new Verizon service. He went above and beyond to help me and to make sure I had everything I needed done. He had to call multiple people and stay on hold for over 2 hours. He made sure everything was right before we left the store.

My husband went in to switch our service from ATT to Verizon. Kris went above and beyond to make it a smooth transition. We could not be more pleased with the service and attention we received. We are so happy we made the move to Verizon!!

Went in to add a line and purchase a new phone. Sales rep was dismissive and rude. The sales rep did not explain anything about the plan we were interested in and would not explain any in store deals. When asked what in store deals were available the response was well, what do you want. After leaving the store, I saw a deal online that was better than what we had just gotten. I called the store to ask about that deal and was told I would have to pay $75 to return the phone I just got, to change to the other deal. Had the in store deals been explained like I asked in the first place, I would have purchased the other one. Absolutely horrible customer service. I went in the store to get more explanation on the line I was purchasing and the phone. They explained Absolutely nothing to me. I wouldve done better just ordering it online.

This Verizon store is very satisfactory, my experience at this location was exceptional, smooth and quick . Kristi was very up front and honest with me about everything including the fine print. Salesman likes to swindle elderly at this location.My 80 year old mother went in yesterday to get a new phone as her old one broke. I spoke with the sales man on the phone as i live 18 hours away from her, to advise she needed something simple, she just calls, text, and takes pictures with it. But needs a phone now as she is leaving to go out of town for a month. The sales man sold her a 12 pro max for $1200, and phone would not be in until weekend. When my mom advised she does not need anything that fancy. The sales man advised that was only phone she could get. I had my mother go back Inside and cancel order. Salesman was not happy and told her he could not cancel until order came in.

The customer experience at this Verizon location was one of the best I have ever experienced. Shauna and Khaiden were professional, efficient, and very humorous!!! They are great models of sweet and knowledgeable helpers. Thats what makes for very loyal and happy customers!!!

This is my 3rd time here and I’ve always had an amazing experience. Kristi has worked with us and helped us revamp our business account. She is always so helpful and the atmosphere in there always involves joking, laughing and keeping things fun.

I’ve been having cell phones and particularly this number since 91 and I have never met a more helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous agent than kris. She is definitely an asset to your company. My previous experiences with att were horrible. Kris made my visit painless. I really can’t express enough how helpful she is. I feel confident future experiences will be the same. The Verizon in Zackery, LA has been a huge disappointment. Our sales rep was not honest with us at ALL! He did not help us get our phones backed up properly and when we asked he said everything would transfer over, but we lost so much important information on our phones. He told us he would give us a good deal, and made it sound as if he was throwing in two of the charging blocks but the receipt showed he charged us 35.00 apiece. Then he had the nerve to charge us 44.00 for a hook up fee, which he NEVER mentioned he would be charing us at ALL! So disappointed in the service and the dishonesty!!!

I arrived at 630pm Tuesday night to get new service hooked up. I was greeted and waited on by Kristi at the Main St. Location in Zachary, La... She was so pleasant and helpful. On top of staying with me and hour after close, transferring all my data, and hooking my new phone up, she also let me use her personal Hotspot to do my school because my services were being switched over! She was a life saver that night and a tremendous help!!! HUGE SHOUT OUT TO YOU KRISTI! Amazing Job! Thanks!

If I could rate Verizon Wireless 0 stars, I would. Ive been with them for 2 years and they are the worst carriers Ive ever had. Im so glad I switched. This store is only here to sell phones and open accounts but when you need help for anything (like things you should be able to do in store), you will not be helped. You have to call customer service, in which its difficult to actually talk to a real person and solve the real problem, and that is if you get ahold of a real person. Its super easy to buy a phone and get an account but the company will make you jump through hoops for anything else and dont expect the employees to fix the problem, from my experience, their only job is to sell you a phone and open your account. Ive gotten strange and unexplained charges on my bills, they are over-priced, and they will misinform you. Ive never wished bankruptcy on a company until I realize how horrible they are, please before you decide to open an account with them, look at other companies first.

I had purchased my new iPhone at a Verizon store in Georgia then hit the road to visit family. I couldn’t get my new phone to transfer anything so I came to the store in Zachary. Kristi helped set everything thing up after finding the salesman in Georgia “ported” the wrong number from my other carrier. She showed me how to use the new phone after getting the mess straightened up. Thankful I came here!

Came in store panicking New Years morning because phone was destroyed. Dee was GR8! GOT ME IN AND OUT IN A JIFFY!

Went to look at phones to consider which one I wanted. Being given to me as Christmas present. Firstly, the only phones actually on display were iPhones which I wasnt interested in. So asked about Pixel 4a and an expensive Samsung. They didnt have any Samsungs in the price range. So I said Id get with my mom about the Pixel. Girl printed out info and I left. Didnt realize shed ORDERED the phone! Called back and she argued with me saying Id ordered it. Also there was a $50 charge with no explanation. I asked and she says it was the balance of the retail fee. What? You offer a discount but then bill it back? I went online and found the same Pixel at Best Buy for about $400 less. No hidden fees. Ordered it, paid in full, then got an email saying they couldnt activate the card. Due to the other phone being ordered. Called the first Verizon store (which I found out is only an authorized retailer). They said they couldnt cancel the order but I could refuse when it arrived at the store. It was delivered today by UPS to them. Mind you, I hadnt signed anything for this phone. So I got on the phone with Verizon for over 4 hours trying to get that order removed from my account. Took awhile but they were able to. Few minutes later I get a UPS return label to send the phone back. I DONT HAVE the phone, the store does. So again on the phone with Verizon. 45 minutes later they had it straightened out. I cant return a phone I dont have and didnt want to be charged for it (full price). So now I have to go waaaay across town in Baton Rouge to Best Buy to get my new phone activated. The Verizon rep says thats not how the stores are to be operated and he was reportng it to higher ups for investigation. Be very careful here.

Went in to purchase Apple Watch series 5 and Jazmin was more than outstanding! Her meticulous attention to detail and customer service was beyond expectations! I highly recommend this Verizon store above all in the Baton Rouge area! I definitely will be coming back to this authorized dealer because of great customer service that was provided by Ms. Jazmin! Professional, expert knowledge, and very attentive!

If I could give less than 1 star I would. They lied to me from the beginning. They told my if I bought one phone I get one free, that was a lie. Then they told me to do so I needed to sign up for a higher plan. That was a lie. Then when I asked to see documentation about getting a free phone, he told me he would email it to me. Once I left I got the email. On the email it said a new line was required. O called to verify and he said it was either a new line or an upgrade. That was a lie. Never use this store.

USED to get SCREWED OVER by AT&T all the time.Verizons service and plans are so much better. Staff is very helpful!

They said it would be ready when I came back, and I had to wait another 30 minutes. I wanted to add a new phone and line, instead they put my current number on the new phone making my current phone useless. When I asked them to put my phone number back on my current phone they said they needed me to buy a brand new phone. They made the mistake and they wanted me to pay for a new phone to fix it. This is not only bad business practice, but it is also unethical.
