They never answer the phone. Tried two days in a row, the second hit a literal 20 minutes. First time, finally answered acted annoyed that I would ask if they fit my prescription. My doctor has electronic record of sending it to Walmart but Walmart ‘couldn’t m’ find it if she did burger looking, which I doubt from her tone of voice. How hard is it to answer the phone in 20 minutes?

I asked the young lady if she can hurry to get my meds filled cause I was in pain. She said to wait at the other side they were going to fill it. I stood there waiting while her and other girls were filling several prescriptions for pick up. A few people came and went getting assistance. After a long painful wait I told my husband let’s ask her how long, went to the register and the young lady got out prescription from the rack, it was there waiting and the girl saw me standing there crying in pain and never said it was ready. Wish I took her name, heartless, terrible human.

I have had a wonderful experience over here the last 3 trips and over the phone for transferring stuff.

This pharmacy has the rudest people working for them and takes the longest to fill a prescription. Don’t go in there if your in need of help because the pharmacist acts like it’s a problem just to ask questions. If I could give them no stars I would

Im trying to call to transfer my prescriptions to this pharmacy and was first placed on hold for over 10 min and then when I called back multiple times and pressed zero to speak to them they kept picking up and transferring me back to the start...from 2 different phones. Now Im waiting to speak with a manager to get this horrible customer service issue addressed. Ive worked in the customer service industry for years and putting customers on hold for ling periods of time and transferring calls back into the queue is work avoidance! If you dont want to assist customers then find a job elsewhere! Very dissatisfied!!!!!

Closed on Sundays now.

Pharmacy tech has VERY NASTY attitude I will be getting in contact with Supervisor She needs another job because clearly customer service is not it!
