Gun selection is Great and I am a HUGE fan of this RK Store- BUT the employees in the gun dept are THE WORST! It’s almost like they don’t want to sell any guns. Rude, deliberately slow, and turn you away after 8pm, even though they are there till 9.Please don’t use this to grade the rest of the store as the regular store team and management there are great. The gun dept manager and staff NEED TO BE REPLACED.

My favorite store in Zephyrhills Florida

Love the guns they have in their ads but they never have any of them in stock and its hell to try to get them to ship something to their store from another store.

With a long line waiting for service at the Zephyrhills RK, John worked like a snail behind the counter for 30 minutes. Several of us spoke to a manager to complain! Terrible customer service and he should be fired!
