An order came through and it was to be delivered using UberEATS. The store waited until the Uber driver got there (I am that Uber driver) to inform me they did not have items that the customer ordered they expected me to contact the customer and find out what they wanted in place of what they didnt have. I of course contacted the customer and got it sorted out but it was completely unprofessional for them to wait until I got there to tell me to get a hold of the customer. Also being they didnt have most of what the customer wanted they should have offered something for free for me to take with but did not. In fact I even asked them to throw in something extra for not having what he ordered but they refused. Also the milkshake they gave me was so thin and so terrible looking I almost didnt even take it to him but I didnt want him to go without yet another thing he wanted from that location. I very much recommend that this location figure out what customer service is and do a better job dont leave it to the Uber driver Im there to deliver food that you give me to the customer not handle your customer service problems.
For two weeks in a row I stopped in to grab something out of the cooler during normal store hours but the doors are locked and the lights are out. A sign in the window, or note on the website would be helpful as there is no indication anywhere that its drive through only.
This place is terrible. I came to pick up an ice cream cake for a special occasion, a welcome home. They only have service through the drive-through even though the ice cream cake freezer looks fully stocked. I told them that I did not want cake with Oreos in it (person the cake is for does not like Oreos) I had to go through the drive-through window and they tried to describe to me the cakes and they kept on bringing cakes and the cakes all with Oreos in them because they could not read what was written on the boxes. The two girls working there gave me lots of attitude. So sorry that it was so hard for you to help me buy a cake it sure would’ve been nice if I could’ve gone inside the store to see what you had and picked it out for myself but you won’t let customers in your storeI looked at my receipt to see if there was a number to call to see if they could’ve helped me before I posted this negative review but the receipt was so poorly printed I can’t even read anything on it.
Horrible service should of read the reviews before I ordered off of uber eats. They don’t have any flavors and still messed up the order and no one is answering the phones. I’m surprise you guys are still open from all the reviews I’ve read.
Ordered from DoorDash on three separate occasions. Disappointed every single time. Missing items, sundaes made incorrectly. I mean my goodness its ice cream... Youd think that when they send an incomplete order, theyd adjust the price on their end. Nope! Have to contact door dash customer service. They really should not be on the App.

This place is a joke! Came in on Saturday to get a banana split and was told by a teenager we don’t have any bananas when I was looking straight at them! Bunch of teens who can care less! I walked out and went to Shirls.

Even for short staff they were able to fulfill our order in a timely and friendly manner. A person couldnt ask for more.
I use door dash to order and I ordered three Quarts I received two Quarts of the wrong ice cream and I’m extremely upset. Oh I tried calling but they decided to close ahead of the closing time.
Friendly staff, clean, gotta have my gold medal ribbon, and the have a Dunkin donuts same building.
They were out of everything we wanted and did not have any way to satisfy the customer. Normally we love Baskin Robbins, just not this one.

Whatever you do dont order a hand scoop anything. They not pack in youll end up with 50% air. I l literally had them ask me oh you want it full and this in a hand scoop pint. they are always low on selection.
Lies it shows open until 11pm but attempted going at 9:05pm and it was closed.
Only the drive thru was open, so attendant read off only ten flavors.
They did have ice cream to make a Carmel cappuccino blast . I thought it’s a ice cream shop.

Went out with my husband and daughter for a Sunday drive for some ice cream. We ordered 2 scoops and a sundae with a scoop of strawberry ice cream and strawberry topping. We were handed the bag and I decided to double check the order before pulling off because this location already has a bad reputation from past visits. There was no strawberry topping on the sundae, just a scoop of ice cream covered with whip cream, so we waited till they came back to the window. When I told them it was missing the topping they said they ran out 2 days ago and forgot to tell me. So I asked the 2 girls at the window why they felt it was ok just to let me drive away without telling me and one of the workers named Julissa said in a unfriendly tone because you went through the drive thru and I wasnt by the speaker when I found out and when I asked her to watch her tone she proceeded to raise her voice and one of the other workers had to pull her fighting/arguing away from the window . I will not return to this location unless management, workers and possibly owner changes hands. I refuse to spend my money at a place where the customer is treated as if they are bothering the workers by placing orders. Time to start holding these businesses accountable for poor customer service and unacceptable products in exchange for our hard earned cash.

Worst drive thru. Super busy with no room to maneuver. Lots of poorly used space inside. Staff could use basic restaurant service classes.
