Never have my medication even when ordered ahead of time. Had my Grandson take me and they told him I was allergic to the medicine I pick up every month.. Then they told him it was not time to pick it up. Try I was a week and and half past the time because I still had some so it was time. They had no idea I was in the Trucks Back Seat listening to the lies. They seemed very surprised when I spoke up. They did not have me show my ID or sign for my Medicine after they got caught lying. This was in June. Not Happy with the Service.

Dont waste time trying to pick up prescriptions quickly in the drive through! Sat in line well over 30 minutes with no movement in the line. People should not be waiting at the pickup window for prescriptions to be filled. Have them move out of the way and pull back around. I ended up blocked in or I would have backed out and just gone inside.

When I took my sons drop off prescription the lady at the desk was super rude i think her name is Debby. She told me it would be ready within 30 minutes we walked around the store for almost an hour never received a message or call. Once I went to the counter to see if it was ready she then goes “ohh yea you have to get the doctors office to call his insurance to get approval”. I start calling the doctors office because he needs these ear drops like now, and they told me they sent a new one over that his insurance did cover. So I call Walmart and asked if they got a new order in and this girl goes yes it’s ready 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ So I go and it’s right at 7 and the same lady said sorry we’re closed 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 Like UGH!!

The pharmacy wont pick up no matter how much i call, or what time of day. 😡 I get that they might be busier or shorter staffed than usual but do they not have any time to help customers?!

This is a great Pharmacy. They have excellent prices for prescriptions and at least today the people working behind the counter or extremely friendly and helpful. There was a little bit of a line but it moved quickly. This is a great Pharmacy to do business with it looks great as you can turn in your prescription, do your grocery shopping, and then pick up your prescription on your way out. This is a huge store so you have plenty of time to walk through it and be back to get your prescription without having to wait. Definitely an A+ Pharmacy.

Waited at the drive through pharmacy at 5:35pm until 5:47pm on a Sunday. Hours said they were open until 6. Finally a lady came on over the video and said they have already closed the window and I would have to go inside. I did not argue. I just wanted my prescription, so I went inside. By the time I found a parking space and located the pharmacy, they were closing the windows. I asked them to wait, no one saw me. I waited until they were at the door leaving. I told the same lady who saw me in the drive through that I came in like she told me. She said “That was 10 minutes ago. They took our tills, we have no control. Do you need it?” SO many things obviously.1. It does not matter WHEN you talked to me. I came straight in and your sign says you close at 6:00. NOT 5:35, 5:37, or 5:57!2. Ummmm....YES. Obviously I need it3. I talked to the manager supposedly in charge of “till taking.” He apologized and said he had no control. So who has control over this Walmart? So frustrating. Yes, I came soon before closing. But it should not matter. I was first at the drive through at 5:45. And the sign says closes at 6. SOMEONE should have made it right.

Unfriendly on the phone, slower than Christmas in the drive thru; why have 2 drive-thru lanes if you’re not going to service both lanes??? Ridiculous wait time for a simple pickup.

The wait is usually long. Even after they send you a text msg that your prescriptions are ready for pickup, when you get there the wait is long & all of the Rxs are not ready.

I would give zero stars. Being judgmental of people and deciding not to sell to them before even checking their status and then lying about what it says is wrong of the employees.

Tried to pick up a prescription. I was the only one there but the lady said she wanted to eat lunch and shut the gate. She told me to wait 30 minutes, so I sat and waited. This is ridiculous. When they finally decided to open the gate, the line was horrendously long and they had not even filled the prescription that was called in 2 hours earlier. The guy now said to just sit and he would try to get to it. Efficiency is certainly not a priority at Walmart. First and last time here.

I have told the pharmacist multiple times I do not want consultation. Today they refused to give me my medication because he did not put them in a bag which they said meant he wanted to talk to me. I refused the consultation and they would not give me my meds. I finally just took them while standing at the consultation counter since I had already paid for them. I do not want a consultation the one time I actually had a question he couldnt answer it. I will be changing pharmacies. They have to offer the consultation I have the right to refuse. Read the rules on this.

Ridiculous wait times, forget about the drive through too.
