This is my go to hardware store. Theres always someone knowledgeable to help answer questions or point you in the right direction. Not like a big box store that you have to wander around hoping to bump into someone or stand in line to get a question answered. Ill gladly pay a little more for my time not being wasted.

They have whatever youre looking for. The store is much larger than you think yet things are easy to find. The staff are experienced in their fields be it plumbing, electrical, hardware,....theyve helped me with loads of projects.

This hardware store is awesome. I could spend hours in there. Great people, very helpful. Shop here first for your hardware. They have everything.

The last true hardware store in the area. Wide variety of so many things. If you need one piece you cant get it without buying a blister pack of more than you need. The staff is helpful and courteous.

I love this place! They havent been in business for 75 years due to good luck! I can always count on finding those hard to find little doodads at Bible Hardware! Theyre customer service is great and even when I dont know the proper name of what Im looking for their folks can always figure something out that will work!

Love this hometown store. Been there since I was little. Compact yet full of whatever you are looking for. If by chance they dont have it, they will order what you want, set it aside and call when it arrives. One .05 cent screw or a box or by the lb. Every team member is always ready and willing to assist .( not hide like big chain stores!) Very friendly!Needs: better parking, lumber and ammo!!!

Bible Hardware is always a good place to shop, especially if you dont have time to run into a bigger establishment. They carry most of what you need and sometimes more than the others. Small business has been in Abilene for some time now located across the street from the post office downtown Abilene. Recommend

I could agree with what most say until yesterday. I frequented there, but no more. As Iwas backing out yesterday I bumped a challenger next to me. Little damage, none to mine, a result of street construction limiting the room to back out. No ticket even issued, but the other guy was irate, would give no information, not even his name. Long grey hair, beard and tattoos just cussing up a storm. Apology after apology did no good.Yet an employee of Bibles comes out and tells him its on security tape. Legally only the police can get such, but the employee was telling the other driver. Talked to the manager who was worthless, as if okay. Definite favoritism. I will not spend another dime there. Insurance adjuster, his and mine both with Geico, agreed.

This hardware store has everything! Best of all they have employees who know there stuff! Need help in plumbing, you are talking to someone who was a plumber. You can get locks re-set, blanks for that odd key. Love this store.

Absolutely the best hardware store in Abilene! Had everything i needed to buy.Employees are on stand by to help me find what i wanted and then more! Lady at register went to see if they had skin cream that i wanted. And they have toys and books for children. Definitely will go back for that!

Everything you need except lumber. Unlike the box box stores, you actually get good service and help here. These guys and gals are in business for you not the shareholders in some other state. You will enjoy your visit and return many more times. Ive been a customer for over 20 years!

Both of the Lowe’s, Home Depot, and a electric supply shop were all out of the hom 2p breaker I needed. I called Bible hardware, they answered the first ring and had the part I needed. Walked in grabbed it, checked out. No wait. Will go here first from now on

Great old time hardware store. They have everything a traditional hardware store ever had. The customer service is outstanding. I started going in this store 45 years ago and very little has changed. If they dont have what you need they know who does and are happy to point you to them.

Love Bible Hardware. Go there 2 or 3 times a week. Employees are always friendly and helpful.

Its a hardware store and much more, not just a paint store as someone has called it. Makes keys, sells, repairs and re-keys locks. Has employees who know how to use the merchandise and who will help you.

Always in stock with whatever your looking for and very competitive prices but i guess the difference is that everyone that works at Bible Hardware has been there for decades and what a great bunch of people. They also make keys with a smile and can help you find whatever your looking for.

Bible Hardware is an old fashion hardware store that has a large stock of merchandise on its shelves and a plethora of experienced, friendly and knowledgeable employees that greet you when you enter the establishment. They will gladly guide you to whatever it is that you wish to purchase, if Bible Hardware doesnt have it, you probably dont need it.
