On June 27, 2021 we were passing through town and made a stop at the Dollar tree. It was myself my wife and our service animal. We were stopped by Manager Corey who told us that we were not allowed to have our service animal in the store and he would not be asking us to leave this time but would next time. When clearly there was a sign at the door stating that service animals are welcomed, as it should in accordance with Federal law.

Everything cost a dollar you got to love that

They have a great selection of fall decorations that I use for my crafts.

This Dollar tree is the bigger of the two on town. Greater selection, more stock, and good location. And everything is $1.

Its a fun store and whats better painting house improvement stuff .youcant beat at only a dollor. Hair products, medicine.dertergents. party stuff . gardening. Best store i like .i totally recomment. These are over stock items from other stores. Good quality things.for everyday use.

I have never been to this store in Alamogordo was very clean well-stocked staff was friendly and helpful

The store is great- well stocked and organized, however, Connie, the cashier, was one of the most sour people Ive met in a long time! Otherwise, a big store, chock full of goodies!

A good place to buy cande and knick knacks.

The cashier, (who said was the manager), a senior name Cathleen, was rude and tried to humiliate me in front of other customers with her rude comments and loud voice, for ...who Knows the reason why?. She raised her rough voice at me since she saw me waiting in line to pay. Suddenly, she started to give me orders about how I have to return the shopping cart; assuming I would not? even before I left the store. I felt insulted, and because I was the only hispanic customer at the that precise time, and that cashiere did not treat other customers as she was treating me.

This is the perfect place for stocking stuffers. Theres a surprising variety to be found here. Just be careful what time you go. The evening sun is right in your face and almost unavoidable in the evening.

Great hunting with three grandkids. A fun experience for all of us. Each got two items, which was a decision challenge. I love Dollar Tree!I live in Sioux Falls but am visiting them in Alamogordo.

Always got cool stuff. Never have to ask how much. Easy to add up your total. Even got food. Great staff friendly and ready to help. Five stars.

Very good store. But new manager that came in when Melissa retired Does not keep Inventory stock up. Merchandise sitting in boxes on floor instead of putting it on shelves. Mgmt. Just not as good as former manager. But she is trying.

Love this store. I can always find what I need. It always clean and most of the time very neat.

Bossy, rude main store manager. Should be fired. I refused to leave my job application, would never want to have to endured this bully. Evening managers are great efficient and kind so encountering the narcissistic freak of a store manager took me by surprise. Not good for anyone. Should be replaced ASAP

Good place accept for the rude cashier older lady glasses and grey hair I was saying something to my wife and she rudely interrupted and says you need to press yes or no on the machine the store is great it would be better without someone so bitter.

Its a dollar tree. Lately they have been leaving boxes around the aisles for stocking so thats not very nice. The selection is average.

Hello I am a regular customer at this location but what just happened to me I may not return . I was standding in line to check out there was about five people behind me and this man standding in frount of me starts to make sexual comments out loud about the girl behind me about her and how she can take her top off so he can @#@@#$$ her and she can @@#$%%$#@ his @$#@! and as i was standing there in between these too people in a small space that you could see and hear everything it finnally was my turn and told the young lady know they were making nasty comments all i got was i am used to it The cashier could only say me too . not I am sorry for your inconvence she was rude and ingnorant employee I realize not much can be done about comments from the guy but your employee made the wrong bad choice of mouthing off as well

If I could give 0 stars I would. This store manager shouldnt have a job. She refused to assist and was rude. Poor customer service by most of the employees..I will keep my business at dollar general.

Cashier was the only one on the floor ringing up customers. She asked for hep via loud speaker. Fourteen people in line, yes FOURTEEN people in line and must have been 8 to ten mins later two mangers walk out of the office and finally open up a register.

Manager was very rude and nasty to me when i asked for 2 dollars in quarters. With my cash back i was a paying costumer and she ended up only giving me 1 dollar in quarters..stating were not a bank....
