The family and I went to drink some chai tea and special coffee drinks. We used their wifi and all was good. xo I am a local Psychic, I am a Master Tarot Reader and Intuitive Counselor. I don’t really like the parking lot that much, the outdoor seating is OK. Just a lot of traffic lotta cars

Not sure its Alamosa in general or the store but waiting in a drive through for 40 mins is unacceptable. Starbucks has invented an app to prevent this. You can indeed order via the app, earn rewards for doing so, and merely drive through to pick up the order. No waiting to pay, waiting for them to make it-such an easy and fast process if everyone merely used the tech. Aside from the line that wrapped the building and went into the Sonic Drive In parking lot, the service was great.

Did not give me the drink I ordered and then did not want to compensate with options. Definitely not going again.

This is the friendliest Starbucks I have ever been to. The store manager was working the front and she is the nicest person. Everyone was really friendly and the store was very clean and well maintained.

What I had was good but what they made my wife was basicly mine just added caramel on top. The label is on the cup for a reason. I got something cold she asked for something hot. We both need up with same cold drink in the end. We had no time to go back and have them redo her drink so we left with her being disappointed.

I love this Starbucks, I love the people who work there! Today I went in, and one barista was left alone with a long line of people, the other barista that was working saw this line of people, and decided not to go and help her and clocked out for her break instead...... that to me is unacceptable, you don’t just leave your one barista alone when there is a huge line of people......

I keep trying to set up a Google Site for the new Starbucks across the street from Safeway located at 1310 Main Street, but Google just does not want to set it up. Google keeps putting my review at the Safeway Starbucks location.New location, nice store with plenty of parking and ample seating but needs more single tables with electrical outlets.Whoever planned this one does not understand what many want when they come to Starbucks. Unfortunately my call-in order for two coffee travelers wasn’t recorded by the employee who took my order and I had to show up to a meeting without morning coffee for a group of 30. This reflected poorly on me and my company.

Think I had 1 piece of banana nut bread. Good, but about the same price of an entire loaf! Staff was courteous, though. Loaves dont have as much personality!

It is a Starbucks its pretty much like the other ones. Service is good and so far theyve consistently got my order right. Thats about all one can ask for from a Starbucks in my opinion.

Drinks are always hot, and everything comes PERFECTLY. Jonah is the best and is filled with wonderful smiles! But whats even better Chasity, Zack, Jonah, and Joey remember me by my voice. And the birthday cake pops i get! Theyre so amazing! Theres such a big difference when Chasity makes our drinks, they come out perfect and served with a smile from Jonah! Theyre such unicorns! Especially Joey too hes cool. They all somehow remember my voice as well. And zack is such a ray of happiness!

Service is good. I always try to park and get my order inside. Today, just for convenience I went through the drive through and ordered a white chocolate mocca, when I arrived to work I took a sip and it was hot coco, is very disappointed to not get what you have paid for.

Had a cake pop for my birthday. per company regs, people are always friendly here so its nice to come inside and pretend Im in a,real city.

Handicapped parking spaces and sidewalk in front of them were not cleared of snow even though others were cleared. Dangerous. Toilet paper missing from bathroom ... Someone did get it right away. Chai was good. Response to snow was definitely in so what category.

Its a really nice Starbucks location - they keep it clean and the baristas are all very friendly. Definitely a great place to go sit and work on school or read a book. And its a bonus that the parking lot connects to the parking lot of Sonic 😉

This was the first Starbucks I’ve ever been to that had a warm, friendly, hometown vibe! It was so nice! All the baristas were super friendly and chatty even though they were very busy and hosting a community event with local law enforcement (which was super rad). I also liked the low bar area with the fancy taps for nitro cold brew.

Fast, friendly service. Very convenient location. Very clean. Lots of good energy and smiling faces.

I had a super complicated order and the baristas were cool about it. Friendly staff and an open design. A great place to hang out and perhaps even watch a sunset.

The cashier didnt greet me, she just said mmmhmmm? Weird. The almond crescent tasted old, and the almond slivers were soft instead of crunchy. My venti latte with one pump of vanilla was good.

Starbucks never messes up my order. This one did. And of course I found that out after pulling away from the drive through and driving 3 miles down the road. I had to throw out the drink it was that bad.

A busy Starbucks inside Safe-way supper market. Most tables have power for laptops. Free safe-way wifi. They dont seem to mind mixing safe-way food with Starbucks coffee in the seating area. They only clean the tables when there is no line for coffee. So there may be a couple of hours of debris on the tables.

This is a GREAT Starbucks and a new addition to the Alamosa community.The store Manager Kayleigh is AWESOME! She addresses her customers by their first names and makes sure that all her patrons are treated well.My order is always correct and her staff treats customers like family.I highly recommend this Starbucks store.Great atmosphere. Well managed. Friendly Staff. Orders are Accurate. What more can or need I say.

This is the second time I have gone thru drive thru and been given a leaking cup sticky all over!! Go inside to get a dome lid so over flow wont leak and they smash a flat lid back on top ONLY to leak again!! Then they stand there and watch me wipe my cup off like its no big deal!! This is getting ridiculous 😠

Asked for a breve with cinnamon. I got a steamed milk with a TON of cinnamon. Completely horrible.

The worst Starbucks, I have ever been to. While my visit at the store. There was hardly anyone on staff. The coffee was burnt and they over charged me. They didnt have what i wanted and i had to change what i wanted because they were out of the coffee that i wanted in the first place. I will never go back there again. they also over charged me for the price of coffee.
