Casey in the Albert Lea, MN store was the most knowledgeable sales rep I have ever worked with in my years with AT&T mobile. He took the time to explain everything to me with my purchase and showed me how to setup my phone and back up everything. Hes a great guy as well. Thanks for everything.

Had called around to 9 store and none of them had the Samsung S21ultra in stock. I had just broke my S10+ and needed a new one right away. I called up and spoke to Casey. He said they had one in stock. When I got there he already had it ready to go. Was able to help me with my plan as well and got me in and out of the store in 30 minutes which was amazing as I am from Coloradp and it takes at least 2 hours at the store to get anything done. Very happy way to go guys.

Bad experiences with the company aside, and there are MANY, this particular location is wonderful. Jordan and Casey are always super kind and genuine. They also try everything to get any issues resolved. Employees like them make everything so much better.

John Dosedel and Casey Tabor of the Albert Lea MN AT&T store were the only ones who could fix my phone and an email that couldnt be recovered.it all works perfect! I have been to at least 8 other AT&T stores with no results. I would drive across the country to have them help me, and I gave. They are the Best employees AT&T has. Thank you two so very much.

Jordan was so helpful, she helped me pick out my phone and suggested some accessories. She gave me the deals that ATT was having and showed me how to use my new Iphone 12 mini. I just cant say enough about her.I am definite return customer!

I lock my phone up and went into a robot mode . I went into the Albert Lea store and Casey knew exactly what was wrong with my phone and fixed it in no time at all . Was so helpful in all my questions I had and took time in explaining .. Best customer service was the best . The other lady working there was also so friendly and helpful . So happy!

More helpful than the other 6 AT&T stores I’ve visited. The manager was very outgoing and the blonde guy spent close to an hour on the phone with costumer care trying to help fix my account issues. He went above and beyond to help me and ultimately kept me from switching to a different cellphone provider. I’ll be coming back for that iPhone se soon! I highly recommend this store!!. 👍

Went all the way down to the Beef Jerky Store and saw it was closed?!! I went into the ATT store to ask about it. Casey was really nice and funny. If I decide to switch after the divorce, I’ll be back for sure!

I was so confused when I came in. John was very patient and got the job done everything is working great I totally recommend him!!

The only thing I can say and will SAY LOUDLY is that CASEY is the ONLY person that will make me want to walk in this store again. He deserves a HUGE raise for what he has had to deal with in the last 6 weeks. The store, the management, and AT&T customer service is Horrible! Talked to at least 7 other representatives on the customer service line and only 1 by the name of MARK G. was of any help. CASEY at this particular store was fabulous.

Save your time and avoid this store if possible! Wasted 2 hours of my time, the guy had no idea what he was doing. This is ridiculous,was paying $250+ for 2 lines lol. Its a bigger ginger guy fyi. Anyway it had to be said and I said it !

Store Manager Bangs simplified the process for me so I didn’t have to be concerned about switching carriers.

My now ex fiance went down there for help because our phones had been hacked into, blacklisted, and reported stolen. The gal working decided to stir up drama instead of help. She told him it looked like I had messed up the phone and put on spyware. Meanwhile she was making a big deal over some man delivering her flowers at the store who she claimed was stalking her. She accepted the flowers and hammed it up I guess. Well, now my fiance and I are broken up and guess what, he got a notice in the mail that his identiy has been stolen, addressed changed more than 3 times in 90 days, and someone is calling government entities claiming to be him with inaccurate information. So this unprofessional employee could have given us a heads up but instead contributed to drama, triggered numerous fights, and helped hackers steal an identity. Thanks a freaking lot ATT!
