Amazing experience! the two ladies have been the best customer service I have seen in California by far! They did everything in 10 minutes that I could not do in the At&t in La Paz in 30 minutes!! The other lady was helping a older gentleman and had a lot of patience with him. Highly recommend the store!
Amazing service! By far the best AT&T experience i’ve ever had, especially from previous stores. I dont leave reviews often, but my experience in this store warranted it. Walking in i was instantly greeted by 3 reps, the managers- Aaron & Emily were a great secondary resource for the salesman Edward. Good conversation and made my longer phone process seem like a good time overall. 10/10 recommend this location!

Some of the employees are very helpful. However, Kathryn has an attitude and is very unhelpful. She talks to customers rudely and I am appalled at the way she treats people. However, the other female associate is very helpful and is an amazing employee. She helped us purchase a new phone and it was an easy process with her! I am sorry I didn’t catch her name!!
Entered store, not one employee looked up or greeted me in any way or acknowledged my presence. they have a list of peoples names on a board who are waiting. no one asked if I wanted to be put on the list. someone left after waiting 30 minutes and being told it would be 15 minutes. when that customer asked about the 15 minutes, he was told oh we tell everybody that, it is meaningless. he then asked how much longer and the response was I have no idea. They do not answer phones when called. the perfect example of no service whatsoever. when finally helped the individual said. I can not transfer your data. this was after being told at another store that they could. the excuse was that this is a corporate store the other one is not. what difference should that makethe only reason I came to this store was the other one was closed for lunch.the reps response was not my problem.gotta love att and their amazing customer service.
I was ill the day of my visit - Friday, May 21, 2021. The wait time associated with this purchase was brutal. I barely made it through the purchase process; nearly fainted, but I powered through it!But for that, I cannot make an honest service survey. If I did, it would not be favorable.Try back in a week when Ive had some time to recover from the visit.Thanks

I have been to multiple ATT locations and had sub standard service. The associates often don’t seem to know their own product. I will ONLY go to the Aliso Town Center store from now on. Cyrus and Bobby didn’t just provide knowledgeable expertise but over the top, friendly service. Service and attitude matter and they truly are appreciated!

Thursday, 11/05/2020, around 06:40PMThe gentleman at this store (name tag said: Hamed) was uncommunicative and impatient from the start, and responded with a terse youd have to look that up online yourself to more than one question about the basic features of a device on display. We explained to the gentleman that we have limited web connectivity due to a misplaced device, and wanted to pick up a replacement tablet ASAP, but it didnt help. We opted to exit the shop once the gentleman became openly hostile, and found a great tablet at Staples across the parking lot

For years I have bought my ipads and iphones from this store beyond helpful when i have a problem once i called the general billing dept who couldnt answer my questions and agreed i should talked to this store!just bought an iphone12pro and need help setting it up. so sorry they arent there to help me
Visited AT&T store in Aliso Viejo with a broken screen. Turns out the broken screen was broken screen protector. Cyrus quickly diagnosed the issue and we purchased a new protector which he installed. Cyrus provided great service.
Cyrus recovered the bad service we received at the La Paz with Brian who choose to argue with a customer. Cyrus was extremely helpful and pleasant.

Since I am high risk, I try not to go out much, but in this case I had to because my SIM card wasn’t working. I was very pleased to see that everyone was wearing masks, and they are very respectful and do their best to make my visit a safe environment. Aside from health and safety the Employee was very kind and professional. The only snag I ran into was not knowing my passcode, but the worker Hamed helped me reset that too. I got my new SIM card, and also got me on a better plan. The people here are very knowledgeable and helpful. I will always come here and refer friends and family.

Go to the store in Laguna niguel by home depot instead of this one. Ive now had 2 poor experiences here.1st time was late Feb or early March. I wanted to get a new phone and told the rep that. I had to turn down the rep 3 times that I didnt need an additional line before he even discussed new phone options with me. I walked out without making a purchase and went to the LN store instead.2nd time was today when my sim card stopped working. After providing my ID the rep insisted that I verbally, in front of many other customers at the store, provide my at&t account password out loud so he can login to it. After asking for my ID, which I gladly provided, doesnt the employee have access to it anyway? That policy doesnt seem right, unless its changed companywide, so Im trying the Laguna Niguel store instead to find out. Ive never been asked to provide my AT&T account password out loud before at a store. Ive had similar issues before and after gladly providing a valid ID and my phone #, in all previous experiences that was all that was needed for an AT&T employee to view my account at the store.
I had miss information given to me and it costs me time and money. Thanks to the review I read pointing to the great customer service at the Harvard Ave. Irvine location, I received the most incredible help and professional service ever. Went in to upgrade my phone by trading in my 6 and getting an 8. Was a little complicated with $200 credit code but Omar was amazing and sped right through the process. He was super helpful and I recommend asking for him.

I was not receiving my emails on my I-Phone, as I should be. The rep at this at&t store sent me to an apple store that he said is a good one. What he should have done was connect me to the tech department of AT&T who can fix this.

Wasted my whole day. I was very specific about my needs over the phone but they apparently didn’t care and I mean I plain just got my whole day wasted. Terrible communication and snail slow service. So unclear about everything and just mumbling under breath to each other. As a phone store, the devices you use to service customers should probably work properly...

Dont go here. They dont know anything and are pretty unprofessional. The AT&T at Harvard Place is the best yet in my experience Orange County. They are always over staffed and professional.

Ive always been a fan of AT&T and their products. I recently upgraded my phone to the iPhone5. The AT&T store was significantly more expensive than other stores that also had the phone I wanted. However, AT&T would not honor the price. The saleman was rude and said, Go there. We dont mind. But youll have to wait in a longer line. Hey, if I have to wait an extra 10-15 minutes to save over $50.00, Ill do it.I didnt see the case I wanted at Best Buy where I bought my phone so I went to AT&T and they only brought out one case. Well, I got a case that I like better for the holiday and even thought I never opened the case, I tried to return it. It was barely past their 14 day window that they dont tell you until after you try to return the product.Lesson learned. I can get all the products for my I want for my iPhone without going to the AT&T store with rude and poor service. I recommend shopping around before buying at the inflated AT&T store prices with poor service.
I have four devices that are no longer on contract. We paid the $125 penalty per device to get out of the contract, all of which were up in 2 months. We have also paid any outstanding payments due for all of our devices. American Express has confirmed that the charges have gone through. We were sent emails regarding 3 of our 4 phones after 48 hours. One email said that there was an upgraded made within 14 days. Not True. Another phone said that it was out of contract and didnt need to be unlocked. Not True... but not complaining. Another phone said that it was under contract still and payments were outstanding. Not True. I have called customer service, and they are not able to tell me why our phones have not been unlocked. They told me to speak to a manager in the ATT Store in Aliso Viejo. They tried to help and then finally said that they were not allowed to help me. I cannot get through to anyone that can help me. I have been re-routed to sales multiple times and have been hung up on. (Please know that I said nothing to warrant that kind of treatment. I believe that they were equally frustrated and just gave up.) I also was told that a manager in the Mobility Department would call me within one to two hours. It never happened. It just seems that AT&T is too big, for any reasonable customer service. It has now been over 72 hours. What am I to do?
