Great store. It’s nice to have a place to see used games, if you need to talk to people who know about games give them a call too. Parents can come in to pick up what games their kids are talking about easily and at fair market price.

Ive been coming to this location for years and it is by far the best GameStop Ive ever been to. Mike, Hannah and the team always make sure people are taken care of fairly and will help you look out for things youre interested in.If you want a place to buy physical copies of games or figurines, look no further!

When my son was younger we used to come here all the time. Like most my son got into video games. This place made it easy to rent a few different games so my son could find a game he really liked before we would buy it for him. Or before he would spend his own hard earned money. They also took trade-ins on his older games that he no longer played with. All in all this was a great store for us both.

This review is really just for Paige. She’s absolutely a treasure. Thank you so much for making everything so easy. GameStop has HORRIBLE customer service but Paige was the absolute best!

They are good but there have been times where they tried to pressure my son into joining some sort of Club or something. When he says no they dont drop it which I dont appreciate. They claim he will save money but were not interested.

I came in looking for a headset that was compatible with PC and Xbox. Mike was very knowledgeable about some of them and recommended me a pair that fit my needs perfectly. The set was not available, but he was committed and offered to pick them up from a different store. I came back a while later to pick them up.One of the best customer service experiences Ive ever had. Well done!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Its your standards GameStop experience though, so dont expect more than that. Unfortunately their store is kinda small so their stock on non-game items is small. They will find what you are looking for though, or get it for you and bring it to the store in some instances.

Always provide exceptional service with a very realistic sales approach. My Son shops here relatively often. He discusses the games he is looking for with the sales reps & I stand back & listen. The sales team have never attempted to up-sell him. In fact when a new headset was needed, the more expensive model was an initial selection; however one the Game Stop team explained many of the high-priced models were coming back or had bad reviews. We were then directed toward a headset with much better quality at a lower price. Since then they have more than made up for that lower priced item. The honesty & integrity has resulted in many more transactions from us over the years. - Keep up the good work!

Very helpful staff. Its a Prestige Store, so they have a great selection most of the time, compared to other GameStop locations. It is still GameStop, one of the scheming-est corporations ever, but the people there are good and they let you buy video games!

Lucas was great, knowledgeable & friendly. Acknowledged customers right as they walked in & answered the phone promptly (maintaining the store solo with calm composure!) He helped us select games for our nephews 10th birthday. All in all a great experience.

Im not much of a gamer I basically take my nephew there but out of all the GameStops that are were in our area this is the best GameStop employees are friendly and helpful we tend to spend a lot of money here because they stick the time to spend with their customers all their employees are very knowledgeable on everything definitely not like the one that was near the Aliso theater their employees were terrible and did not help you if youre looking for a great place to buy games and gaming equipment check out this place also they taken old games.

This place used to be cool. Dont know if theyve gone through a change in management but this location sucks now. I used to come here because the store right by my house sucked and I would drive out of my way just to bring them my business. Guess I gotta find another gamestop. Very poor customer service.

This is my home store and is also the regional/district home store. They tend to have good inventory, but since theyve recently closed the next three closest GS stores in my area, the lines can get long and service can suffer.I highly recommend the El Toro store as an alternate when in that area.

This Game stop is like a premium version of a regular Gamestop store. Great selection, employees, and I love coming here. Great job!!

Steve was kind of rude and not willing to help with my issue. I had a warranty issue and although I didnt have the receipt my Power card information had no info even though they take it Everytime you make any purchase. Steve the manager just seemed pretty unwilling to help get to the bottom of the situation until I pushed back.

This place has a lot of good Pokemon games and merchandise, but they are a little expensive. I love the used game section. I wish I couldve gotten some used WWE games for the Nintendo Wii. Their used game section is very good when it comes to prices. I just wish that the collectables and other toys were not so expensive.

Im not a big fan of GameStop in general. But I came here to pick up Madden and to look around. The guy who was there was very friendly and fun to talk to but the store was busy and he was the only one there.

Small location but gets a lot of the awesome obscure items (same color R&L joycons, classic consoles, etc) more regularly than the stores in the malls.

Growing up in the 80s my dad got me and my big sister the original ninentend with just super mario brothers, and duck hunt!! Those we the days and it really became something my dad and I did together every night cuz my sister was just too cool for video game. Then every version since he would buy the new systems including n 64 game cube ect.then my parents divorced and gaming took a way back seat. When the handheld Ds came out my love rekindled and I had very Handheld from original to color to now the 3DS XL and now the Cool space version. Im in love and wont let my Nintendo ebeorske a back. Seat again and GMe stop is definitely the only game shop Ill ever go to Im loyal through an through!Loey

I called and asked if they still take XBOX 360s for store credit. The man on the phone told me yeah no problem just bring it here and well take a look at it. I went there, waited in line for more than 10 minutes, and when I got up to the counter the employee told me to wait because that would take a while and he needs to help the customers behind me in line beacause that would be faster. So I waited a few more minutes and after more people started showing up, I walked out. It doesnt really fit with good business practices to tell someone who has already waited patiently in line to wait longer because other customers are more convenient for him. I will never go back to this trainwreck of a business again, unless I feel the urge to waste my life away. Heres some critical thinking: if you know youre under staffed, dont tell me on the phone to bring in something you cant commit to handle. Tell me to come on a different day or later In the day. Problem solved

Employees were bogged down due to one high maintenance customer leading to a 10 minute wait. I had hoped to pick up an item i put on hold though not a single employee could explain where the item was and whether it had been sold, much less whether it was even in stock. Ive been to three other GameStops recently and never had such a poor experience.
