Earlier today, I contacted Catch Furniture to inquire about an item. I was greeted over the phone by Bella. She was super friendly throughout the call, and extremely helpful as she answered all of my questions. She was kind enough to call the manufacturer/warehouse of the dining table I was interested in to get me the dimensions so I could plan my pickup vehicle as needed. Bella got back to me with the precise dimensions, and she verified the item was in stock. Needless to say, I placed the order for the table and I look forward to picking it up once it’s ready. Dont buy from them! I bought a sofa online 2 weeks ago under ledool. They changed the name of the store and have not responded to my calls or emails. I need a refund and my snapfinance is charging me for an item i never got. Snap says i have to go through the company for a refund and they are non responsive. Im filing a complaint with state attorney office

I receive my bed frame I’m so happy! I’m not gonna lie was a little skeptical at first because of the reviews but it got here the date they said it would and called 30 min before getting here, the delivery men were very friendly and accommodating and got my bed frame for an affordable price definitely buying from here again.

Beware Fradulent company. I placed an order back in January they called me the next day to say it was on back order due to covid and would be restocked in a month. I called them 1 month later and no one answered. Left a message. No call back. Wrote an email. No response. I finally got a hold of someone and they said it was still on backorder. I waited a month. Again no one answered. No one called back. No one wroteback to my emails. I found a parent company who had an identical website with a different name and got a hold of someone. They hung up on me when I began telling them my problem. They finally called me back to give a refund but I dont trust them. This is a super sketchy company who has an identical website with a different name, who doesnt answer their phones, doesnt call people back and doesnt respond to emIls.

I have attempted to reach customer service over 10 times in a 24 hour time frame. Always get answering machine left several messages as well as sent an email. I attempted to pay for my order and was not able to process the payment due to not being able to add my shipping zip code. All in all its not worth even the 1 star I have. Customer service is the worst!!

Horrible customer service, the site advertises items as “in stock” and then do nothing when you place an order. After a week of calling and emailing them they said the item is out of stock but if I pay an additional shipping fee I can still get it. Avoid these liars!

DO NOT ORDER anything from this site! I’m not sure this place is real. Ordered a couch, and one day before it was supposed to be delivered found out the couch was not going to be on the delivery truck, then we were guaranteed it would make it on the following weekend, and they gave me a 6 hour delivery window with the driver calling an hour before they would arrive. The day of the delivery we received no call or delivery. So here we are no couch 2 weeks later and I don’t think we are going to get this couch. I will be reporting this through my credit card and contacting the better business bureau.

These people sell broken items and lie to their customers. They sold me a pre-lit Christmas tree and once it arrived at my home it did not work . I contacted them immediately they said they would send out a replacement. I asked for a tracking number they gave me the exact same tracking number on my original package now they are not responding and we are out $300. What a scam!

Great products and Deal from Catch Furniture I got the beautiful sectional sofa for $494 with free delivery in 2 days and the same item was $988 at overstock so I saved so much I really recommend them if you need furniture with great deals and I believe the offer 2 days delivery for California
