I went in to talk to someone about possibly switching and some other options, it was 30 mins before closing, and Tyler helped me. Answered all my questions and got my bill as low as possible. He was super nice and had all the best options for all my scenarios. He was so kind and patient too. Hes the reason I decided to stay with T mobile!

I usually go to the store on Dix Highway in Lincoln Park but this store was a block away so we went there to upgrade my daughters phone. We wanted to purchase the phone outright but he refused to sell us the phone instead he tried to talk me into signing up for a payment plan. I had to end up driving all the way out to Novi to the Apple store and then coming back. Whenever I asked him a question he acted like I was ignorant. It was a terrible experience I will never go back to that store. Do yourself a favor and go to the T-Mobile store in Lincoln Park on Dix Highway they are always nice and knowledgeable.
Joe and his team were great! The store was very clean and looked to be managed well. Associates kept busy and were all very welcoming. Joe helped get our phones working at better speeds and made our store visit a pleasant experience.
I came in and Marriah and Zack helped me get into my new IPhone. I love it! They both were so helpful and put a smile on my face. I’ll be going back to this location every time because of the inviting atmosphere.
Store is clean and Joe is the absolute best. No BS doesnt act like hes selling you insurance. Shoots you straight 100%.

Helped put my screen protector on, had great conversation with me, and just made me feel very comfortable throughout the whole experience. Ive been to a handful of Sprint stores but this one was definitely the best & smoothest experience. It wasnt too busy and the staff was super attentive.I worked directly with Jose who was incredibly knowledgeable and definitely gave sound advice. Id gone to the location on the Hill (in Allen Park) earlier and that location was horrendous in comparison.While Sprints phone service might be bad, Joses customer service was great!

This is the best sprint store I have ever been too! Its very clean, employees are very nice and helpful. I had fastest service I have ever had. I went to another one the other day and the guy that I talked to made me want to cancel my account. Eric the service tech did a great job and I will be recommending this store( and Eric) to eveyone I know. O and by the way to the people that bring their dogs with them please dont Eric is very allergic and he cant do a great job if hes having an allergic reaction. I went in to this store a while back because my phone had been acting up. I didnt think that they could do much for me considering all the problems I had at a previous store. But as soon as I walked in everyone was so friendly and made a genuine attempt to really help me out! Kyle ended up helping me with my problem and I ended up getting an upgrade to a new phone. He was really great to work with, and is extremely professional. I really enjoyed the service I received at this store.
Kyle helped me in this store when I was upgrading my phone. He helped me in getting the right phone for me, also when I was having issues he helped me out. He was probably one of the most informed and helpful people I ever had help me. Hes great!
Wish I could give less than one star. From a costumer service stand point, I’ve never had more problems with carriers than in a sprint store. Doesn’t matter which location I go to, it takes 1-2hrs to be seen no matter how busy they are. I switched to ATT and they had two people ahead of us and we got seen within 15 minutes. It took them 25 minutes to transfer all my data to a new phone and activate it, but it took almost an hour to do the same in any equivalent sprint store I’ve been to. On top of that the cellular service I get with my BRAND NEW phone is hot garbage. I’ve never dropped so many calls with anyone else. I would avoid switching to sprint like the plague.

I have been into this store a number of times, as we have 4 phones with Sprint. I’ve been a few times for phone repairs due to my teenage daughter and her bad luck with phones. The last time I was in, the LCD screen on her EVO was out, and Rick Sutherland was extremely helpful in getting the screen replaced. The time before that, I went in to add my mom to my plan; the sales associate was very helpful and patient with changing my mom’s service from her Sprint account to mine. I have never been in there where the staff was not courteous and helpful, there have been times I’ve had to wait, but someone has always greeted me and informed me that I would be helped as soon as possible.
I love the people that work here. Jose Sydni and Rebecca are the absolute best! I was having an issue getting service due to a fraud issue that Sprint caught way before I did. However the team got together with their district manager Matt and got a plan together and sure enough I was back in business with Sprint Service!! Thanks Giys for your hard work and dedication to customer service!!!

Went to this location a few times in the past month. Bought a Samsung Galaxy Note 2. Was debating on this phone and the Galaxy 3, but Eric helped me out and sold me to buying this phone. Also, went in there to add a line to my account. Excellent, fast and friendly service. No wait anytime I have gone in. This is the place ill be going for my next 9 years of service with Sprint. I recently visited the Allen Park Sprint store needing to add two lines to my existing account. I wasnt sure exactly what I wanted or needed for that matter. I was lucky enough to get Michael Marzouq as my salesman. Michael was extremely patient and the most helpful salesman that I have had in a very long time. In the future, I wont waste my time going anywhere but this store and seeing Michael!!

I woke up one morning last week and my phone would not not power on. I work near this location and decided to stop by after work. Soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted by Victoria. While she was trouble shooting Johnnie walked up and noticed my work lanyard and began to discuss discounts I be eligible for through my job. I must say after a long day of work it was a pleasure to walk in this store and be treated like I was their first customer of the day. They took care of all my needs with a smile. Employees like Victoria and Johnnie are the reasons I have been a Sprint customer over 15 years. Thank you for your excellent customer service!

They dont pay their employees over time the managers force us to work all day with no breaks they lie and say the work week is only Sunday thru Saturday when it starts on any day of the week that your companys pay period starts and they dont pay us overtime! They break policy sell returned phones and used phone and they rip off customers!

The Manager, Aaron, gave me a free pocket wifi. I asked him several times before I even held the device, how much it was going to cost me. Free was the response each time. He told me because I was dropping my data from unlimited to 3Gb, it was standard to provide his customers with pocket wifis so they dont go over their data limits. What a joke this whole company is-Ive called 4 times now, only to be told TWICE that the case has been resolved and that theyd refund me the charges that I was unaware Id have to pay for. Still havent gotten the refund and am still being charged for the device. Ive walked into this store several times only to stand there while the reps looked at me but did not welcome me in any way or tell me how long it would be before I would be helped. I dont recommend this store, let alone the company itself, to anybody.

Waited more than 45 mins before we finally gave up after not being helped. More than 5 people were waiting to be helped and only one employee was working. Will be switching to Verizon because of repeated poor customer service from Sprint.

Walked into the store and no one was there. Finally a girl walks out of the back with hoodie on and was annoyed we walked in. Would not help us had to call a manager. She insulted me and kicked me out of the store...( I made comments about how she wasnt helpful) will never go here again. Go to another store.
