I dont know if they even serve ice-cream now. The Duncan Donuts part is open. My only complaint is that the coffee is usually not very hot. I understand the law suit issue, but it should start off very hot so that it lasts longer.

This place has my three favorite things coffee, donuts, and ice cream. seriously whats not to love.

December 2019Recently ordered ice cream log cake for Christmas dessert since we had one at Thanksgiving which we enjoyed very much but this time it was quite a disappointment. Had an odd taste to it and the ice cream tasted stale. We also recently had ice cream cones there and again was disappointed. Ice cream was on the soft side, wondering if the freezers arent working well??? After this last experience we decided we wont be going to this location for any of our ice cream needs/desires. 😞

Basic Basking Robbins look and feel. Location is a little bit busy sometimes but always worth the trip. Easy 3 stars if more employees were on schedule during the rush traffic hours.

Their ice cream is freezer burnt and gross. Gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time, but it was just as icy and stale tasting when I went a second time. Sticking with the smaller local places from now on

This is the best mix ever when my cousins want ice cream and donuts it’s the perfect hit here I live everything about that place staff,food and clean

I usually go there every week and it is Great place to go but tonight was a bummer, I was just giving an opinion on ice cream to one of the employee and he took it seriously and started yelling at me for thinking it was little bit bitter and told me he is being working there for 10 years and he can’t deal with people like me. He just kept yelling at me and went away. I already had bought the ice cream and I was just talking to my friends about it and didn’t even say anything to him.The question is “aren’t you allowed to have your opinion over the ice cream ?”, That guy really made me feel discomfort and probably would never go against there.How can you possibly be that rude with the customer.I usually go there and people are nice but tonight one of them just went over the roof top and was disrespectful with me.He also yelled at me for taking too long time to check out and for payment and he would have thrown me away if there was any other customer but there weren’t any customer at the time or anyone at the store at all other than my friend and I, he is really disrespectful.

I only give it 3 stars bc they are attached! Slower then slow when you go inside and I was the only customer. Use the drive thru only!¡!¡

This place located in Dunkin Donuts .. the ice cream is of reasonable quality but in direct competition with THE ICREAM place within 2 blocks which serve home made and this place is kept clean .. doesnt smell and they try very hard to please

I paid 2 weeks in advance for my son birthday cake spiderman icecream cake i went to pick it up not only did the cake look nothing like the picture it looked like a 5yr old made it i was totally pissed off my son had no birthday cake i had to take back all the stuff i bought for the spiderman theme they couldve had the decency to call me a head of time to go somewhere else my firstime doing business with them but NEVER AGAIN!!!
