Patrick in computer and tv sales knows his products inside and out. He always goes above and beyond with his customer service. We had a problem with a computer 6 months after we purchased it, he was able to help us get it worked out. It was outside the return policy and not Costco issues, be he got it taken care of. He’s is the best !

I find the staff at this location extremely helpful! They have gone out of their way on more than one occasion to locate products. The stores may be all the same, but, it would be hard to replicate the staff at this location.

Parking is tight. The warehouse can use more space too. It was crowded as compare to other Costco warehouses I had been to on weekends. Very courteous staff members, they unload the stuff from the cart on belt ( I was surprised, it never happened in edison NJ Costco) at register and again load it in cart nicely after transaction.

COSTCO still maintains great customer service! Asked associate for directions to an item, associate walked me to the item and handed it to me.

Everyone knows about Costco. I have four of them within 12 miles. The one on Windward Pkwy is probably the highest volume yet despite that is always clean and responsive, parking lot is always cart free. Always a good shopping experience.

This Costco seems to be an anomaly in that its full of rude and unfriendly employees and regularly out of staple items. Dont try asking an employee where something is because theyll just tell you they are out of the items or will lie and claim they never carried X item.Eyeing sams club when my membership expires.

If you’re looking for a store with “knock your socks off” customer service then this is not for you. Costco employees are generally courteous and adequately helpful but not usually a five star level. However, the selection and great prices more than make up for that, and the membership cost amply pays for itself in savings.

Nice open format, good prices, friendly staff. Good deal at the onsite gas station and the prices at the auto shop are reasonable. Avoid the insanely busy times and its a nice experience.

Recently, I got my new hearing aids @ Costco. Leslie, my tech, was wonderful. Today, I took one of my friends for an appointment with Leslie. She is also delighted. Amazing people in the Hearing Aid department. Not to mention great hearing aids at reasonable prices.Before I went to Costco, I checked prices at Amazon and for what I needed today, Costcos prices are lower.

We had great service from Shiloh in the tire center twice in one day. He was patient and very helpful with our car battery purchase and exchange. He is an exemplary employee for Costco.

Very good departmental store in Atlanta. But remember: this is a bulk purchase store not a retail one. They also have a gas station.

Went in to get my tires rotated since I bought them there. They said they were too busy and couldnt get to me until another 5 hours had elapsed. I gave them 3 stars instead of one because they did send me to another Costco site that did take care of me. I wont be buying any more tires from Costco since they are unable to fulfill their free rotation policy at my local store.

The food court service was terrible. The two people who were attending the customers gave me a bad service. They should have better workers with a better attitude.

I really like this location but the return line is always huge. Spending up to an hour to return some items. And it doesn’t matter if it’s during the week or on the weekends.Will change my rating as soon as the issue will be resolved

Great location! Always clean and organized and the staff is helpful. By no fault of Costco’s the parking lot is a scary place to be a pedestrian when they’re busy. We specifically avoid the whole area on the weekends. But Tuesday mornings, when they first open, it’s great.

Very well run Costco. If you can buy in bigger sizes this a way to stretch a budget. Gas, produce and frozen foods. Great warranty on electronic items....especially if you use their Citi credit card.

Costco is doing a great job at administering the Social Distancing during these odd times we are going through as a country. They are only letting so many customers in at a time and asking that we keep our distance. They are also providing sanitary wipes and cleaning fluids for the carts. Kuddos!

Friendly and courteous staff.

My wife just had the worst customer service experience of her life at this Costco. She asked for boxes to help load her order, and there was an assistant who should have been helping load the cart and get boxes. That woman rudely referred to my wife and mother-in-law as people who were high maintenance. She complained to the cashier that they were holding up the line. All the while she literally did nothing. She needs to be fired immediately. My wife should have asked for a manager, but she was afraid to do so because the woman made her feel threatened. She said the cashier seemed threatened as well. No employee should ever talk about customers in front of the customer. I am so deeply offended that I will find another Costco to shop at if I dont hear from a manager. My wife said that this person should be working behind the scenes and not in front of customers. I will update this review if I hear from a manager.

Ordered 3 pizzas over then phone, when I showed up they said I ordered two and made me wait 15 mins for the other one…. What’s even the point of calling ahead if I still have to wait.

Costco is always a wonderful place and this one is no exception. The employees are always really nice and they clearly try to keep the place organized. Clean bathrooms, they do have a water fountain. The food court is typically clean and has a lot of seats. The only thing I will say is I dont like the entrances/exits usually you have to wait a while just to get in or out.

I love Costco! Even as a single person, I still find amazing bargains. When I didnt have health insurance for a couple of months, I used their pharmacy. You wont find a better deal on new tires. The extended warranty on large appliances is second to none! I purchased a new dishwasher in May 2020. Costco doubled the warranty from one year to two, and since I used my Costco Visa, it doubled to four. I was able to buy everything I needed during the early, crazy days of the pandemic.

Return line today was extremely long. (This seems to be the standard for the return line at this Costco). I waited 5 minutes and the line did not move. I decided to do my shopping and do the return later. I finished my shopping about 1/2 hour later and the return line was even longer. Didnt have another 30 minutes+ to wait to return one item so I left. I have shopped at this store for years and there always appears to be issues with the return line. Even when I notify management nothing changes. Yes, you get great deals at Costco. But, you pay for it with your time.

It was packed and we were in a hurry, we went to a man to check out and he was very nice. Headed out to the door where the man gave us a full shake down. Counting the items checking them off and it looked like the check out guy missed the salad which mistakes happen . However not our mistake, so he said you can go pay at service desk. We had no time for that and being in retail management myself I would have written down the sku # and marked out the 5.00 salad instead of the inconvenience to the customer clearly in a hurry. That being said still love the store and the products.

The associates in clothing were very nice and helpful to my mom and me! My only complaint about this and every Costco is that the restrooms are terribly inconvenient, especially for disabled people to get to. We needed the restroom upon entering Costco and had to walk the length of the front of the store and then weave through the self-checkout with our shopping cart to get there. Mom walks with a cane or a walker and struggled with the long walk, especially knowing she still needed to navigate the store.

This is by far the best Costco store Ive shopped in.

This Costco is my favorite one in the nearby area. The ones in Duluth and Burford, generally have not been quite as clean feeling or organized. Always a smooth shopping experience here.

Pretty much standard Costco. The liquor store had limited bigger size bottles. The clerk was not informative about bulk orders and special orders.

Not a place to find cheap stuff cheap but rather a place to find higher quality products at great prices. Friendly staff too.

Costco provides high quality goods at great prices. Their furniture is a wonderful value too!

Costco is a great place but in the mobile center, costumer service was terrible. Waited for so long while an employee was on the phone, and he literally ignored us. As the deal was ending today we didnt have a choice other than to wait and when finally he hung up the call after half an hour, we asked him about the plan and he replied he doesnt have the authority to do the changes at Costco and was very reluctant. He wasnt even listening to our choices. The way he was talking clearly showed he is least interested in doing the service.

I prefer the Costco at Cumberland Mall, they are way much friendly. The atmosphere and the customer service at this place needs work.

Love shopping at Costco.Even though prices for some items have increased due to the pandemic, Costco prices are still affordable.The warehouse is always clean, everyone has to wear a mask and there are many cashiers working so you do not have to be on line for a long time.They have employed enough people to keep stocking the shelves and keep the shelves organized.

This is my favorite costco location! Plenty of parking without walking a mile and somehow the layout just feels more sensible than others Ive been to, even though Im fairly certain its same across the board. Weve only had a membership for 4 months, but as long as this location keeps the same quality, Ill continue to make my monthly shopping trip!

Everything was in stock, fancy brand-new shopping carts, and a nice short line with just 2 carts in front of me to check out, as all lanes were moving! Really smooth for a peak time on Saturday. Except for the parking lot, but Im afraid Costco cant do much about rude, impatient bad drivers who dont know how to park a car or back out of a parking space!

Its too crowded, people will run over you, dont go to Alpharetta Costco, Woodstock is less crowded people are more courteous

Costco Concierge Service is just a marketing gimmick and a totally useless service that just wastes your time and energy.Our TV stopped working after 1 year but months before the 2 year warranty period under Costco.After waiting for hours several times on music on hold, we finally got hold of the rep, and then their warranty department. They sent an email for us to take pictures and email them, called two weeks later and they had not yet reviewed the pictures. Then they requested to re-email higher resolution pictures, promising that they will send a Tech with the right parts etc. to fix the TV.After more than a month they now say that they reviewed the pictures and determined it to be a non manufacturing defect - totally BS.Please do not waste your time buying electronics and appliances at Costco and their extended warranty fraud.

Probably the best Costco I have ever been to. Gas is always well priced. Friendly customer service. Best tire service for sure. They will help you with pretty much anything. Great that there is a liquor store near the entrance with again great prices. I have been coming here for 5 years now and I can’t really find anything bad to say about it.

It is worth having a Costco membership! Do yourself and your family a favor and find ways to save on food, household, and personal items. Store your excess of these items, because you will eventually use them. You will eventually need them! Only thing is, sometimes you cant find your favorite brands of toilet tissue and other things, so there is a small compromise.

The store is very busy. I only had to wait 5 minutes to get a flatbed to carry my merchandise to register. The man helping me was extremely helpful. I will shop here often

Costco is awesome, and this one doesn’t break the mold! The service team has been very helpful with all of my needs! The tire service team is also quick and honest!

Full disclosure...I am an employee, but Costco is an amazing place to shop and work. All day, while stocking, I find great products that Im excited to try. Not to mention, the team running the store! If you havent shopped at Costco before, come in, get a membership, and enjoy the experience. Again, I might be biased, but I really do think this is a great place to shop! Cool products, great prices, and a real effort by the employees to take care of their members.

Too many people taking their sweet time in the aisles. Random palettes of boxes sitting in the aisle taking up precious walking space. Dont go on a Saturday afternoon.

Costco is one of my favorite shops. What’s not best here. Their products, customer support, staff friendliness. I just love coming there and buying stuff.

This year Costcos customer service at the Alpharetta location has reached an all time low. Produce is not fresh, staff is rude, staff lectures you when you try a product and return it. You literally get attacked for not wearing a mask while waiting outside to get in the building. I will not be renewing my membership.

The optical dept is awesome. Ask for Susan, she will take good care of you. Cant beat the prices and good customer service. Get in early.

This Costco is okay. Ive lived in 3 different states and 2 different countries. Visited many Costcos near and far. The produce here is sub par and not fresh. Fruit rots within a day or 2. There overall selection seems basic in comparison to other stores. The front desk staff treat returns like youve stole it. Whats with the attitude with the returns? Costco is supposed to return store bought and online purchases seamless but its such a hassle all the time. Their optical department has limited selections with their designer brands. I love Costco and I am die hard fan. It is a shame this one is lame.

This isnt our normal Costco, but we came to this one to check out the liquor store. To my understanding there are only 2 Costcos in Georgia that sell liquor. The liquor store has a separate entrance on the left side and the space is smaller than what I expected. The selection is also limited, but the prices are excellent. They have 750ml, 1L, and 1.75L of certain things - you dont have to buy in bulk or anything. They have their own store brands (Kirklands) of every type of spirit and the vodka is an especially good price. We usually just drink vodka and bourbon. So we stocked up on Purity Vodka 34 - 1L for $22, Kirkland Vodka - 1.75L for $14, Makers Mark - 1.75L for $40, and Elijah Craig - 750ml for $23. These are excellent prices and a good 15 - 20% cheaper than what we normally find.

I ran in to fix the nose piece on my eyeglasses and Susan took great care of me! They fixed it for free! When I purchased my glasses a few months ago, I found they had the best prices around. Im very pleased.

Whats not to love? Theres a reason why Costco consistently ranks as the easiest way to save money in Kiplingers and most similar rags/outlets. The pharmacys cash prices are a fraction of the cost of I would pay if using my actual insurance so I pay cash and use it as a tax write off. Its a great place to go on by the staples one needs to support a growing family. There automotive section, while limited, features great values on everything they do carry. The prices on beef or difficult to beat and I dont move anywhere else where you can find a roasted chicken for $5 thats the size of a car battery. Also, one can buy certified organic whole chickens for a $1.69 a pound. And if you need any electronics, a Verizon cell phone, or an eye exam, you cant beat Costco.

Some employees (ones that are handling food) are now maskless. Employees stated the COSTCO approved it pointing to new CDC guidance. However, that guidance is only for fully vaccinated individuals and did not mean it was safe for everyone to go maskless in huge crowds of strangers that refuse to social distance. Didnt argue about it, just told them to keep their distance and not handle my food. This was disappointing and frustrating.
