Im not a fan of Walmart in general and the Pleasant Hill Walmart Pharmacy in Duluth definitely can be UNplesant at times.hiwever this Pharmacy is AMAZING. j should name drop the pharmacists name right here. give him a raise!!!

Used the Walmart Pharmacy app to transfer my prescription. Received a call from them within minutes to confirm my order. Dropped by to pick it up and the staffs/pharmacists were helpful. Was kinda worried about visiting this place because of all the bad reviews here but overall mine was a positive experience. It appears that only those few that did have some sorta bad experiences leave reviews here, ultimately skewing the perception of the place.

I typically would agree with the other reviews that this pharmacy’s staff are usually rude and condescending. The day I went, a young gentleman helped me and he was very patient and polite. He went out of his way to find more savings for me since I had to pay full price for this particular medication. I got great service for once, but I’ll take it. Thank you!

Great service, great prices

The pharmacists and staff here are rude and condescending. They are also very slow and acted bothered if you ask where anything in the pharmacy section is. The floors are sticky and their blood pressure cuff looks like it has never been cleaned. The pharmacists are much friendlier and far more helpful at Target or Kroger. Dont waste your time here.

We live in the Chicago, IL area but we’re visiting my brother in Alpharetta. My mom needed her medicine transferred here because she didn’t pack enough to bring from home. They dispensed the wrong strength of her medicine... a higher dose than what she’s supposed to take. I’m a pharmacy technician here in IL and know how serious this issue is. She noticed there was an issue when she started having bad headaches that wouldn’t go away. CHECK YOUR MEDICINE BEFORE YOU TAKE IT IF YOU USE THIS PHARMACY.

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would for total and utter incompetence. This is the THIRD time they didn’t not have the medication I always get. It wouldn’t be so bad except I call to check to make sure it is in stock before having the doctor email it in for me. Walmart NEVER called me to notify me that now they don’t have it either. I go in and and the tech says oh so sorry, we are out of stock even though a couple of hours before they supposedly had it in stock. Why can’t they call people to let them know they don’t have the medication? Why does the patient have to go into the store and be told they are out of it?One time I had to wait a whole weekend because Walmart said they never receive the Rx from the doctor. Doctor told me the exact time and date when the prescription was emailed on. They had TWO days to fill it but LOST the Rx. Opps! GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE! I think the pharmacy manger need to be fired!

I always have horrible experiences at this pharmacy. They text to say the prescription is ready then it takes 30 minutes to wait for them to put the order together. I avoid this Walmart any way I can and so should you if you dont want your time wasted.

Worst pharmacist(Ankita) ever i had seen in my life. She is really rude to customers and her employees. I went for my medicine by mistake she gave me different medicine and then got angry on her employee. She made mistake and blame employees. I went couple of time there when ever i saw her all time she is on cellphone even thought five customers in queue.

I am very disappointed with Walmart pharmacies choice to override the decision of a well trained surgeon. I am a healthy woman who had surgery this morning.My doctor prescribed post operative antibiotics, a steroid, and a narcotic. I have no history of taking any drugs. Walmart refuses to fill the Narcotic. Due to their new CDC guideline nonsense.When I left the store I took the antibiotic and steroid. I arrived home and had the worse unremitting pain which bought tears to my eyes. I was alone so I had to venture back out in pajamas. I went to CVS and they graciously filled the script promptly.I took the medication and now after 4 hours my pain is minimal and I might not need anymore narcotics.Thanks for the adverse situation Walmart!And thank you CVS for helping a person who was desperately in need of pain relief.

Paul, the department manger of electronics, was super helpful and spent extra time finding the items i needed and making sure all my purchases were done right.

This Walmart pharmacy has an excellent staff. They are very cordial and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, its in a store that has an incompetent staff with rude and ghetto employees.

Worst customer service ever. I brought my prescription here arounf 11:30am and they said that it will be ready by 2:30p because they go on lunch. I came back about 2:15p and aknowledge them I was here they told me the prices and told me to wait after waiting for 50 minutes I ask why is it taking so long and the pharmacy tech says that unfortunately is not ready because is on the Pharmacist station and she is on the phone with an issue.So I am needing my medicine feeling sicl but this Pharmacist can delegate to other technician that by the way there were 3 pharmacy techs at that time. And I am still waiting almost an hr after they told me it was going to be ready. And no apologies no rush to get med and I advice the tech to tell the Pharmacist that I was starting to get sick that I needed my med.So if someone comes and post that is great customer service they probably pick a wrong location because this location is far from giving good customer service.

Ive come in here for a simple oil change and Ive been here almost an hour! Theres only one other customer and 3 Techs! This Jahanfar Ovissi is as slow as molasses! Next oil change wont be done here!

Terrible terrible unprofessional pharmacist Annketa not sure on how to spell such a name ..... She is not concerned about the client ... its just a job and she has a power kick to boot...... Speaking to her on the phone as I was rushing from the airport to get s very important eye drop for a bad infected eye.... my knstar estamaed my trip to be about exactly a min before they close ..... I called and found out the name of the prescription I had and the amount ... also telling them my situation and asking if I can pay by phone so when I get there in still able to get it from them because they claimed the register shuts down exactly at 9:00... so I asked if the store manager could if my arrival changes by a few min... she said no.... I said so I guess I have to rush as fast as I can to make it ... she said we will try to serve you .... and let me rush .... I get there at 9:01 and I run as fast as I can threw the store .... as I approach the pharmacy I see her locking the door wording to the assistant I heard her after seeing me from a distance ... quote Its not her problem..... I said what ...??!!! How inprofessional ... their drawer was already counted and they were out of the pharmacy at 9:02 at this point ...... she didnt even offer before I rushed and indangered myself and others in desperation to call my prescription in to a 24 hour pharmacy .... nope .... she was cocky and rude .... I told her I hope one day she loses her license .... and dont want to take any meds she preps........ I dont trust her and refuse to do business there again..... she is a disgrace to the medical image of care and concern ..... warning to all
