I had an exceptional experience with Sweetland Outdoor replacing our treehouse and play set that was damaged by a storm. The entire staff made for an outstanding team; individually and collectively they exceeded my expectations. The construction workers were extremely professional, skilled, accommodating, and fast. Arthur clearly cared about the quality of the service his company provided. The new equipment looks so special that we are planning a grand opening ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate! Even our toy poodle was excited to give the gang plank a few test runs! LOL! Quality product, craftsmanship, and service. Well Done Sweetland!

Love our swing set from Sweetland! Great customer service too! Even after a year had gone by from our purchase, Arthur helped me get an issue fixed with our bar spacing. Customer for life over here and will definitely return as our boys get older and outdoor needs change! Eyeing a new basketball hoop and some of those awesome chairs! We have a couple sets of outdoor furniture and a shed from Sweetland. Fantastic service from selection, to install, to warrantee/maintenance. Everything is still in fantastic condition! Great products, great workmanship! Loved the customization of our shed! A few minor issues with the shed over the years (normal stuff, especially for GA) that Arthur and Luis always quick and competent in caring for! They are very accommodating, communicate well, truly back their products and workmanship! Truly a pleasure to highly recommend them!

I am a repeat customer of Sweetland. I recently purchased a swing-set from them. They were very responsive to my questions and requests, I would recommend them without hesitation.

Very disappointed in this company. They agreed to assist us and then no showed for scheduled meetings/appointments. Twice. When we called to inquire and report the problem, they ignored our response and request for help. I do not recommend ever using this company. We have reached out to Superior Play Systems as an alternative. Although they have not completed the job yet, so far they have been wonderful to deal with.

I purchased 6 gliding chairs from Sweetland Outdoor to go around my playground area in my back yard 7 years ago. Just within the the last month I had one of the chairs break. I did not think Sweetland would have any kind of warranty but if so maybe for a year. I was just hoping they would offer up some kind of solution for a repair. I was wrong, they have a 20 year warranty on the Gliding Chairs and then offered to come to my house and do the repairs for free. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and concerned about getting this resolved for me. Very impressed for a small business to be so concerned with getting my problem resolved. HIGHLY recommend!!!
