This pilot company will have your dropped trailer towed unless you pay the store manager to drop it, I guess thats called extortion. So drivers beware of this location if at all possible. The store manager and store is crooked. I seen over 10 PTL truckline trailers on pound. So be careful and go somewhere else.

Yesterday, and night, and morning Truckers have been talking over the radio and 2 of us Truckers went inside to complain about allowing cars to park in truck spots and not having anything done About it, spoke to manager, managers said they cant do anything about it the other manager on next shift has to do it. Another trucker parked next to car said the car has been there for 2 days since he has been there, manager said that was not true. BUT the point They dont value us truckers for this to go on like this and being allowed, tolerated for this long, especially on a Saturday and Sunday when we need parking the most.

My husband was in here 6 months ago and co.pared to our experience today, he says it is a totally different store. The staff was super friendly, store was very clean, coolers fully stocked. We met the new manager Harold (aka Jason #2). My husband takes to him about how much nicer the store was and he actually hooked us up with some items. We will be coming back on our next trip. Avoid this pilot. They let cars park in truck spots but a bobtail cant park on the curb.

I reserved a prime spot so I can pick up 5 min away in the morning. All the prime spots were taken even though I had a reservation. There are still supposed to be 8 open spots. Why do I have to pay for a spot when 8 people get theres for free?Edit: went in there this morning and there was NO coffee. I managed to squeeze 1/4 cup out of 8 urns. The floor was so sticky that my shoe came off. The bathrooms were disgusting. This is not a good namesake to the brand. I had a coupon for a free breakfast sandwich. Im not going to eat anything out of here. Ill wait till indiana or michigan.The only reason this place didnt get 1 star is the employees were fairly friendly.

Music in the fuel island was so offensively loud That it physically hurt my ears while I was trying to fuel up my truck. I went inside to ask if they could turn it down. I was told corporate controls the volume level And theres nothing they can do about it.Truck parking was also over $20. I couldnt even sleep in my truck because the music was so loud. I finally decided to give corporate a call they told me they would try and adjust the volume level in the next 30 minutes. Im still waiting for the volume to go down.

Im ending up at this truck stop often and I hate it. Waiting for a shower is usually 2+ hours. Person responsible for cleaning just disappears for hour or so then complains that so many drivers waiting for shower.

Fresh hot food (not just the Arbys inside), cold drinks, friendly-ish staff, and Cinnabon. This location is a pretty clean one, considering its still a fairly new location Im glad to see that. The washrooms were clean and maintained pretty well. Over all my visit was a good experience.

Love the store, except for the showers. There was one person in front of me with all the showers, and it took me an hour to get in. The guy cleaning was standing around kickin it with the security gaurd while Im pressed for time. Arbys closes way earlier than the web and Google says they do.

Extremely Poor Customer Service on a Beautiful Sunday! I come here often to purchase on the go items. Today 09/13/20, I attempted to use Google pay for my purchase. I scanned my phone and the prompt stated, Enter Pin OR Press Green for Credit. I press the green button as I have in the past. Meanwhile the terminal is not accepting my input to use credit. After awkwardly standing with the clerk, who is looking at me as if I have extensive experience with the terminal, outside of being a regular/loyal paying patron, Ive come to bring $$$. I asked if the terminal was frozen. She replies, No, you have to use debit. Do you have a debit card on the app.? I then stated, Its a credit card. Why wouldnt you advise me of this? She in turn stated, Its your card, use your pin. I then left the items and departed the store. The cashier was a heavy set white woman working the far north register. My message to you: Treat the community with the same care and respect you would want for your family treated with. Bring the exact same energy you brought to the Pilot Interview to gain employment. Be NICE or youll surely endure the fruits of negative energy.

This is nice pilot to stop at, its clean and has a friendly staff!! It has an Arbys, Cinnabon and PJ Fresh so a good selection to choose from. Has around 50 spaces for truck parking. Parking lot has a good flow of traffic. This is a good pilot to stop at!!

Their card readers at the pumps havent worked properly for weeks now, forcing you to have to go in to pay with cash

The cashier today was extremely nice, friendly and helpful even at 3:00 A.M. 😁I hate that I didnt think to get her name but our day started off so much better after such a friendly experience!A little kindness goes a long way.

Great place to stop. Very convenient location and the store has anything youd need. My only complaint is that the pop from the soda fountain machine comes out very warm. I had a cup filled with half ice and it was all melted by the time the dispenser filled the cup and even still it was room temperature.

I went through this location to go to Arbys. I will say this location is there any clean and perfect for social distancing. Arbys on the other hand had a line and nobody there to address the customer. And I had to speak for it to ask someone what they come and address the fact that we were trying to place an order and it seems to be a little funky attitude with the younger female that was working there at the time. I get back in line and was eventually saying and the older lady that serve me my food had a much better disposition. The food was really good. My order was made precisely like I would want it to be. I had the Greek gyro 2 for $6.

Things have improved drastically since my last visit here, although I was awakened in the middle of the night by a woman at my door offering her services and when I declined she took what appeared to be some type of plug out from under her skirt and threw it at my window. Only one star left, how the shower was dirty, the towels stink, it feels like they are not being washed, but simply dried !!! used my towel. such a situation is simply disgusting. A bunch of other peoples hair fell out of the towel.

Its a nice stop if you take your time to look around you will see some neat things. Staff was friendly and the food was great. Clean showers and bathrooms. The only thing I would suggest is have some one pick up the trash around the parking lot.

Consistently great gas prices. I always stop here on my way into Chicago - last place to get reasonable gas before getting gouged by Illinois high taxes and pricing on fuel. Staff is fast, friendly, and helpful. Bathrooms are clean and well stocked. Also a great place to stop for long haul truckers, with clean and hot showers and great food and great prices.

A big fat 0 if I could.Got the spicy wings. They were nasty. Dry just absolutely disgusting!! Shameful.I choose Pilot because of the wings. Fresh food. Not today. Will NEVER stop here again.

Store itself is fine. The lot is small and nearly always full. Easy in and out, but if youre desperate for a parking spot, go to greater I55 in Bolingbrook. Yeah, its 12 dollars to park, but there is nearly always a space, nice restaurant, trailer washout on site, and gym, laundry and showers upstairs. The best part about this stop, if memory serves, is Beggars Pizza across the street.

Love this place. Actually one of my favorite gas stations of all time. Excellent selection and normal, everyday prices. Staff is nice and always helpful. It is hard to find good customer service nowadays but they still manage to provide a great experience. Good people and great conversation.

In this place its second time I found their restrooms are out of order claiming there are been cleaned but gives the drivers no other option e.g using one of the showers like any other pilots i therefore advice you if your feeling hard dont take 50-50 find a different placeThanks

This is a truck stop where they always find a way to accommodate professionally which I cant say about very many stops. The manager Jeanette went above and beyond to help me out and showed what a true manager at any business should be like. Thank you to the staff at this Pilot location, great service!

Great location, decent access...overall a good stop...but, restroom design is like many. Put in by rushed contractors meeting deadlines, without a common sense approach to stall divider placement, and toilet paper dispenser placement. Should be centered better and dispensers shouldve been up high, above any rails...so legs are given room for comfort. The new location project engineers need to make changes.

My one star was a mistake on my part . I give it three. Place is pretty good all things considered. It was actually better than most city truck stops Ive been to.Inside was great but my point of view always begins with truck parking lot and diesel pumps.

Relatively easy to find. Its not on an exit next to the highway though. The reason I gave it 2stars is because it has a small lot that parked Full of jokers that have parked their trucks and went home for the weekend... 😡 Why they allow this I guess I*ll never know. They arent here spending money in the store or eating in the restaurant. It just makes life that much more tougher for those of us that have to work on the weekends.

The best pit stop you can find. They have a great selection of products, best coffee with multiple brews and types, food, and a Western Union. You can even pay to have a shower and a change of clothes if you need to.

Let’s start with lot is small, bathrooms and showers filthy, the Arby’s in the pilot was also filthy, no hot food to offer, no water even in the buckets outside for cleaning your windshields, the staff was nice but you can clearly see no one cares for cleanliness. I have travelled from coast to coast and I have to say this is the worst ever !

Well the Arby store was clean but totally messed up my order.I will say, the store did make good on it. My husband and I came in 2days later, and they gave us the correct order, plus comped us 2fries and 2 drinks. Thanks so much.

I love coming to this truck stop, the employees are very friendly and pleasant. Plus the gas prices are always reasonable. Plus I love this location cause its very convenient for me to pick up my guy when he comes home instead of having to travel all the way out to Indiana to pick him up from the TA.

Honestly one of the worst pilots out there, poor management here. Waoted 12 minutes to get to the cashier and waited almost 2 hrs for a darn shower...

C store had no lids for any size fountain drink. The fountain products on 1 of the machines has been without carbonation now for over a month. None of the snack products had prices on them. Sales person behind the cinnabon counter snapped angrily when a customer asked her a question. Definetly not the cleanest pilot I have ever been in. The slicer in the Arbys was disgustingly filthy. Meats products were caked on all over the blade area, and they continued to cut meat with it.This is a fairly new pilot travel center and a total shame it has gone down this fast. The Alsip health department really needs to look into this place.The worst part of all this is 2 mabagers were sitting at a table in the Arbys when the place looked this bad.Only bright side is the mens washroom was clean, but the trash cans could have been emptied.

I coming here very often to take shower and almost every time I need to wait for shower more than half hour and right now, as every time 3 showers are empty and ready to be clean but as always nobody care about that. I dont understand why, when you can see stuff walk around and have fun and job is not done

I make almost a daily stop at a Pilot to fuel, shower and ect... I stopped at location 12680 Kedzie Ave, Alsip, IL 60803. Outside was almost perfect and inside was clean. The customer service was horrible. Jeanette was very rude to customers for inquiring about showers. My husband was one of them. We waited over an hour for 2 showers to be cleaned. The male employee in charge of cleaning them kept going outside.In the morning approximately 6:30 the coffee was out. I tried 3 different flavors. Also husband ended up using a shower credit to use bathroom because cleaning lady was in there extremely long. Once again he waited for a shower to open. The shower lady had all but one cleaned and all doors were open still. The counter only had one person at register and a long line.

Pilot is a very good place quick stop if youre on a road trip or something I definitely recommend going inside they have nice drinks good quality gas I think they even have pizza you can get a quick drink a pack of smokes if thats what you choose to do overall nice clean facility in they have a restroom thank you so much for reading this review

The absolute nicest people work there!!! It is extremely clean and you rarely have to wait for gas because they have plenty of pumps and a separate area for trucks. Prices are comparable to gas stations in the area.

My reason for the single star is that I went to the app to reserve a parking spot at 1:45pm in the afternoon and it said all reserve parking was sold out. At 1:45 in the afternoon? That in & of itself is the greatest inficator that your parking lot is way too damned small. Why put in a nicely remodeled facility with a small parking lot? I dont know if its municipal zoning issues or what. To us drivers its just really stupid!

Not a bad pilot. Nice place. Clean inside and outside. Olny thing they need is more parking.

My first visit, at first glanced looked nice and clean. The big problem is parking, i reserved a parking and when i got here all prime spots were full while the app showed 14 available, well based on my experience with flying j and pilots in major cities, the parking spots r rented for cash on monthly basis to drivers who live in the city and i believe that the same is happening here. The lady immediately refunded my 15.90$ and even didnt try to find me a spot. Pilot head quarter should look in this issue and the main reason that customers come to pilot and flying j is the standard and if you can maintain standard then you will lose customers.

Friendly staff and bright easy to park in lot. Lot kept in great shape I was here for a day and the guys came around multiple time emptying trash and cleaning lot and fuel isle which is a nice change from other truck stops near city.Only bad thing was someone knocked on my truck at 2:30 am asking for money....
