Their hearing instrument specialist Andres was very courteous and professional in explaining everything to my father and I about everything my father needed in order to correct his issue with his hearing. I have found Miracle-Ear in Amarillo, TX to be a great company in products and customer service. I have been with Miracle-Ear a little over five years. Stephanie is great, If you are any problems with your hearing aides she will sit down with you and work the problem through the computer settings to get you to the hearing that you can enjoy. Shelly is great as the receptionist, always pleasant, always greets you by your name, and a very nice person to talk to if you have a wait. I would recommend Miracle-Ear to everyone.

Stephanie showed genuine care and concern for my Dad’s hearing loss. He had tried aids from the VA with no luck, so we were desperate. She used the science of the hearing test to recommend technology level, but her empathy to recommend a rechargeable model he could use with his phone and TV. We we’re also given communication tips to use as a family. We have no doubt my Dad’s life is going to be better with help from Miracle Ear

Shelly at the front of the office is amazing and always sweet. As for my actual hearing aid experience it was nothing but problems. The quality of the sound coming through the device was great but the background noise and everything else they didnt allow me to hear was terrible. Ive worn hearing aids for 10 years and even my first cheap pair was way better than these. Dont recommend to anyone who has worn hearing aids before or anyone who seriously needs to hear better.

I am a first time hearing aid user. I had been experiencing some hearing loss for a couple of years and decided on Miracle-Ear by chance. I was impressed with the friendly and professional conduct of Stephanie and the staff immediately. The explanation of the hearing test was thorough and the test itself was impressive. It was so much more thorough than the audio grams that I had taken in years past as part of my employment.After the test, Stephanie explained the results thoroughly and explained that I suffer from normal age-related hearing loss and recommended digital aids and explained the costs, follow-up visits, and support offered by Miracle-Ear.My hearing aids were ready a few days later. Stephanie explained the use of and care required. I was impressed that the hearing aids could be paired with my cellphone and had Bluetooth capability.Two follow-up visits later and I am more than satisfied. I would highly recommend Miracle-Ear Amarillo to anyone.

I received a postcard in the mail inviting me to come get a free hearing test. As an incentive to get folks to come in they say they will give you a Home Depot gift card. After sceduling an appointment, I was informed after taking their survey that I was not a candidate for their hearing test and they would not test me nor give me a gift card. This is aggravating and no one should patronize this place as they dont follow through with incentives offered.
