Dianne gives wonderful service, always upfront and respectful. She typifies what customer service should be and is, in her case. She has taken care of my ears for quite a few years and I go nowhere else.

My review is old, I saw Diana years ago when she was on BELL, at least i swear thats where i saw her at! Im a 30F and was very intimidated to go and get my hearing tested. Diana was so wonderful and sweet! I ended up having another issue that wasnt really hearing loss, and she did a great job explaining it to me and making sure I understood that hearing aids wouldnt really help. She is honest and got the feeling she really does care about her patients. my parents are having issues with their hearing and Im certainly sending them Dianas way!!

Dr. Wise-McPherson has, and has continued to provide me with excellent service with timely accessibility. She provided me with clear, detailed explanations with regard to hearing difficulties and the effectiveness of her products. Her participation with me, in its thoroughness and responsiveness, has left me feeling cared for (...whereas the participation of Google technology appears to provide me 4.7 stars rather than the 5 stars in intend for this review).

Great customer service! Dr. Wise-Mcpherson is very friendly and attentive. She made the experience totally comfortable. Answered all the questions and I never felt rushed or pushed into spending more than I needed.

I only wish the hours were from 8:00 am to 5:00 PM. This place is awesome!!!
