I have been calling and emailing for 3 weeks to get the spec/diagram of the hull for a 2017 caravelle Razor 238 PF. I keep getting the run around on the phone (hours have been spent calling) and not a single return email (I have sent repeated emails.

I bought a 2014 Razor 249 e with Mercury 150hp four stroke from Boat & Rv in Rockwood TN in the end of Feb 2021. Every since I have had the boat it has had a miss in it between 2800 and 3500 RPM. I have spent over 3k on the motor to no avail. This past week Mercury sent there rep in and he spent 2 days on it and said that nothing was wrong with the engine. He said that the hull was flexing causing the prop to cavitate. I paid over 30k for this boat and can not use it. Please help. Thanks.

My boat has had problems since the day I got it. I brought it back to the dealership and it sat there for a month and nothing got fixed. My stereo system doesnt work, the seats are fading and multiple gauges havent worked since day one. Terrible costumer service and nobody wanted to try and make anything right. They just offered to sell me parts. I guess thats why they have so many bad reviews and only 3.3 stars. I would not recommend these boats to anyone.

Shoddy workmanship on their boats with no cares about quality, just pump the boats out. Whatever you do, do not work for these people.

Grizzly is correct I have 2016 key largo and I had to replace the gas tank myself they never put a ground on the tank . the boat holds water and it created electrolysis in my boat .they put a regular utility axel on my trailer witch rusted out and broke stay away from these people .they sell caravelle key largo razor and raptor boat DO NOT BUY THESE BOATS

I called needing warranty parts, since the POS company who sold me the boat would not help. Caravelle staff was amazing and shipped me the items which I replaced myself.

No one answers. There boats are hard to locate. Specs on web page are not what the boats have when you find them. Especially the motors. They go small on motor so they can sell cheaper. They have a great idea but that’s as far as it goes.

Sales associates were extremely professional and courteous. The boat, Key Largo, performs well and is a nice boat for the price. However, the quality of workmanship is questionable. Within a year of purchase I started noticing spider like cracks in the flooring and gunnel. Ask the maintenance personnel at the dealership and he said it was just cracks in the gel coat. He further stated the company put to thin of a coat of the gel coat which is causing it to crack. Cracks continue to appear which is disturbing. I would be hesitant to recommend this boat.

Terrible company. My 24sst has been in that shop 3 times in 2 years for major repairs to the hull. Fiberglass work is sub par. They use cheap parts. Ive replaced both seat, windshield, fuel tank, steering wheel, radio mount and rear deck lid hardware within 1 year. Worst boat out there. Go with a known brand as this brand isnt what it used to be.

Very poor warranties!!!! Still awaiting my warranty payment for a key largo now since September!! Very sad that a dealer ship would have to absorb the cost to fix a BRAND NEW boat that should have been fixed straight from manufactures. i will NEVER carry a new key largo boat again in my life. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. We were promised payment and then they sent a check for less than a quarter of what the warranty cost. Now if i call no one will return my call. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. So if you want a good warranty do not shop caravel boats!!!

2017 Caravelle 18 EBI has been a nightmare since day 1! Many cosmetic issues upon delivery, gauges did not work, blower broke, bilge pump broke, fueling/vent issue. Fuel in bilge! Deemed defective and un fixable by my dealer now boat has to be shipped from upstate NY to Georgia for repair! From what Ive gathered at my dealership issues with these boats are not uncommon.
