Hart Eye Care has the best staff! Awesome customer service, no wait time, the best doctor and staff, glasses came in fast. I would highly recommend Dr. Harts office to anyone.

I went to Dr. Hart for ten years and had a positive experience. Everyone in the office was professional, and Dr. Hart would take the time to explain and talk through things but without wasting time. When I arrived for an appointment I never had to wait unreasonably long.

Staff lied to me in an attempt to gather information I didnt provide. They told me HIPAA required I give them this information, which is not true. Either they dont know what HIPAA is, which is alarming, or they know what HIPAA is and decided to exploit the fact that most people arent familiar with the details of it in an effort to force me to divulge information. This is borderline criminal behavior from a medical service provider.
