Had a great experience, staff was helpful in helping me pick out the best frames for me, and made sure I had the right prescription for my eye sight, and cost wasnt too bad on the wallet.
The employees, NOT THE DOCTOR, made my mom feel absolutely horrible and uncomfortable her entire visit. She advised the doctor was very friendly and helpful but felt as though the other employees were insulting, unwilling to help, and pushed her away. As her daughter, I am very angry to hear of this encounter as I hope nobody else gets to experience this. Please just be nice to people and instead of insulting them, HELP them pick out glasses and instead of making people feel uncomfortable and uninvited for AN APPOINTMENT, greet customers and treat them as such. Simple rules to not only being a good employee in any industry but BEING A NICE PERSON.
