Not to good only 1 person working wanted to upgrade my phone there was 4 people in store when do hey have 2 people working

Fernando was amazing!!! It was so busy, but he kept his patients and was efficient and friendly. Super helpful with everything I needed. This guy needs a pay raise for his outstanding work he did by himself no less!!!! Thanks again for all the help!

Fernando was super helpful and friendly as well as patient. He also was great at multi-tasking. He was able to help us and at the same time help 2 other customers successfuly with a great attitude. This was all within 30 minutes of closing time.

The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable.

How to set up a phone very polite and patient

I am very upset because I pay my month on time and they kiss two kisses, they cut my line I dont know what happens that they do not take their work well and I am left without a line due to their mistakes

I was just there an hour ago & the young lady who helped me was the best! She is a rock star in customer service! She started off exactly the right way, by putting a cricket sim card in my phone to verify that cricket service would work with my phone-and it did! I knew exactly what plan I wanted, I gave her all the information, she even ported out my phone number that I wanted to maintain, and boom-it was done in like 20 minutes! Shes amazing, Im sorry I didnt get her name. I hope she gets a bonus for great reviews! Im now a Cricket customer again after being away for 18 years! Thanks Cricket, you rock!!

Clean. Not much in the way of phone selection. Its an ATT subsidiary. No games on billing, a $5 discount on the monthly for auto debit. I was with them for 16 years. Great value as to unlimited text, calls, and a good amount data. I would recommend a Corp location (Sossaman and Broadway) for more selection of phones and other merch.

Phone I wanted was sold out, asked for a different location and guy said oh just look it up on your phone.

Worst cuatomer service ever. I went in to buy a phone for my on, the girl that helped me said we qualified for an upgrade and with the upgrade phone it included the case. When I was going to pay she gave a total of almost $90 which it was $40 more than what she had told me. When I asked what the other $40 were for she said taxes. No one xharges $40 in taxes. She showed me her computer and taxes were only $7.00. She said well I dont know what it is for but are you going to buy it or not 🤔. Of course not. Than she said well its for the case. I asked her didnt she say it was included with the phone, she said yes but I didnt say it was free. She kept asking are gonna buy it or not. I ended up just getting the phoen but did ask to speak to her manager which she gave me wrong info for as well. I will not go nor recommend thi store ever again.

I am changing from my Samsung Android to an iPhone 7. Being 62 years young, it isnt as easy a transition as one would like to think. After 2 days of very colorful language trying to get my pictures from my android over to the iPhone....I went to Cricket (where the phones are from). Elijah was SO completely patient, kind, pleasant and MAJOR smart about such things. He was able to move the pictures over to the iPhone quickly and efficiently, get my screen changed to one of my photos and was just freaking awesome. THANK YOU, ELIJAH....and hey, Cricket...you have one awesome employee.....give this gent a raise, his customer service is above and beyond!

I Had issues with my service. Beginning of December to the end almost a whole month and i called them many times threw out the month went into stores you name it not only was i lied too 3 times and hung up on twice after asking to speak to a manager(witch i still have yet to do) i was told i would be credited every day for my services that were out due to a tower being down yet today it come back like that service works just fine now and they credited me 28$ i pay 80 a month they are sneaky about how they steal your money be vary careful i will no longer continue my service with them and i hope you dont start in reference to the response it was more cricket support then the retailer store

Brought my phone in because it wasnt working, they touched it and it started working again. Rudy and Carla are magical apparently. 10/10 will come for any other phone problems.

I was paying a phone bill for an elderly friend when they made me give my friends 4 digit pin. Of course I did not have that, so they would not take my money to put on an account. It did not help that the girl working there could not have been less concerned or ruder.

Everyone in there is extremely helpful, they can educate you on your phone with any issue that you have and are always so friendly. I highly recommend everyone to go to this location for anything that you need ☺️

The 2 young girls working were wonderful! they were very knowledgable about everything, i will definitely be coming back to them, some of the best costumer service I have ever seen.

If I could give this place a zero, I would. Bought some of your garbage solar 2 ear buds and you cant listen to anything but music. Nothing comes in on you tube with these but music. Went in there tonight to try to return them, the girl tells me I cant. It was not pointed out to me at the time of purchase. Had I known that, I wouldnt have purchased them. The girl went on you tube and tried a video of birds that were on there. She says that there was no sound, because the birds werent talking. She then goes to a song, it comes in fine. She says Well, I can hear them fine, maybe you didnt push the plug in far enough. Im not an idiot, which she pretty much acted like I was one. Absolutely did not have any knowledge of any of the headphones, or buds. Leave the store, cant listen to movies or videos with these. Only music. She seemed disinterested, and said they were fine. Obviously zero knowledge of the product. Not even one instruction came with the product. I notice that the owner of the store doesnt reply to any of the negative reviews on this page, but has all smiles for the 5 star reviews. Obviously doesnt care enough about the customers, to even reply, or try to fix the problem. Perhaps Ill just make a call to corporate, and maybe they will care.

Awful, the two young girls working are more interested playing on their phones than handling business. If you have a question regarding your bill the only answer, you will retrieve even greater confusion. The young ladies have no experience nor are they professional to any degree, I was embarrassed for the girls when they could not even operate their computer efficiently to help me pay my bill. I have to use Cricket Service because your company is the most inexpensive; rest assured when I obtain more finances I will disregard your establishment entirely and enter into a more efficient company. Perhaps Verizon, or T-Mobile, or possibly AT&T.

Horrible. Got my 300 dollars and discarded me 30 days later. 10 years with them. Never again.

Its a small store. Not enough employees. Its a waiting visit to get help. Always a wait. Then they charge you few dollars if you want to pay in store for your account. Im seriously considering changing phone carriers.

Mitzi the store manager is extremely rude, I waited over 40 mins to pay my bill and correct an error on her end. She is probably the worste customer service rep ever. I called corporate and hopefully you get replaced.

Great store, Ive been with them for a few years,the only one problem I have with them is they charge so much for turning on your new phone,my thoughts are if your an established customer,there should be no charge if you are either buying your new phone or upgrading a phone from them...
