I went in to Ulta seeking help And came out with nothing less than a miracle. Gabby was extremely helpful.

I get my hair done here once a year. Trim and balayage. It takes about 4 hours. Prices feel steep, but I can only compare to tiny little salons. Atmosphere is very Bougie..IMO. I dont buy their products in store, I wait for a BOGO sale online and order there and get points. I get Strong Sexy hair products, and So Silver toning conditioner. I also love the Hot Tools blow dryer brush.Having an all in one place is nice, using professional opinions and knowledge is helpful, but its really easy to spend too much in here. Best to take info and go home and research where and what to get. I will continue to come here, because they can usually get me in when I need. And they make my hair look great. Always a great stylist available.

So.... I made an appointment for today 3 weeks ago.... had a confirmation text and even spoke to your salon the day I booked it to make sure I was booking with someone who does perms.... and TODAY... the day of my appointment I get a phone call telling me that my appointment is being canceled for being double booked. I didnt double book.... as a matter of fact, I confirmed my appointment with your receptionist the day I booked it. I got a couple texts this past week confirming my appointment and instructions on safety guidelines just to be canceled ON THE DAY OF MY APPOINTMENT. If that is how Ulta does business, I guess I will not be frequenting your salon. I was hoping to start coming here regularly since I do not currently have a stylist... looks like someone else will get my business.

Now Im never one for makeup. Im just getting into it but there is the black man you guys need to ask for when you have questions regarding matching tones foundation and etc. He is amazing I wish I could kiss him for how understanding, sweet, and patient he was with me because BABY! I literally get compliments on my makeup because it doesnt look like I am wearing any. Hands down hes the best but the store overall is amazing!

Well I myself dont shop here but my wife does, everytime I walk in they welcome you and frequently ask if you need help. My wife loves the selection of their makeup and beauty supplies in general. She rarely cannot find a product but theyre usually very good about telling you where to possibly find it. The store itself is very clean and organized, and as I mentioned earlier the staff are rather friendly. Sometimes you will get someone rude but it is very solemnly, theyre bathrooms are nice and clean and man they have the best! Hand soap ever it smells amazing! They offer hair styling and makeup done for a set price. They have all the top name brands from m.a.c, bare minerals, urban decay, to kylie beauty supply. I dont mind actually going in with my wife, but sometimes they look at u like why youre In here but again that is very very rare. I do however enjoy their makeup associates they are very helpful so if u need anything theyre right there to help. All in all if your in need if some good makeup or beauty supplies or maybe your hair done dont forget to stop in and say hi.

I noticed right after buying a bunch of manic panic products that they went on sale during the hair event. I asked if they did price adjustments, they said they didnt and that I would have to buy everything AGAIN then return drive all the way to Ulta (because they dont pay for returns) in order to get the new price. So, after a lot of wasteful shipping, I asked customer service if my brother could make the returns since I had just had surgery and could not make the long drive to Ulta. They said it was fine, as long as it was within 60 days and was with the original shipping information-- that was it. They didnt say he needed anything else. Among my returns was hair bleach that had come open in shipping and had product everywhere. The lady at the counter said she could only issue a gift card. The product cost is $9.99 and she gave a gift card for $4.99. So I have to pay twice as much for a product after a 40min drive to the store, and they get to keep my product, even though I was within the 60 day window for returns, and they could have easily ordered another (theyre not sold out online), instead of saying, oh well that sucks.

Made a hair appointment a few weeks ago and was looking forward to getting my hair done. I got there probably like 10 minutes before my appointment and went to the salon area, a woman greeted me and told me that Sarah will be with me soon and offered me a seat or I could walk around, so I sat down and waited. And waited. 45+ minutes go by before I leave. Never even saw Sarah. I could understand if they were busy, I would have gladly waited a little longer and maybe looked around but they never emerged to let me know that they’ll be with me soon. Disappointing experience after hearing such great reviews of this salon.

They have a MAC counter. Also well stocked and good customer support and check out.

Usually love Ulta but for past few times Ive walked in there nothing but extremely strong perfumes hit as soon as you walk in . I went in earlier today and grabbed what I needed and was waiting in line when all of a sudden boom instant migraine to the point where I lost my vision .. I had to immediately put my items down and go out to my car .It sucks because I know theres a ton of people who are like me and sadly I can no longer go into Ulta anymore :(

I have shopped in store, online, and have used the pick up in store option. Every way I have shopped Ulta my experience is a 5 star. If I have a question, a concern, a purchase, or a return Im met with the same desire to assist with a smile. As a consumer it means alot to me that my happiness is the #1 concern

I always come here for my Too Faced foundation and lipstick, organic makeup remover wipes, great quality hair masks, amazing lotions, and beneficial bath bombs. My mum usually gets a perfume and lotion she enjoys too! I had my hair done in their salon once and they did such a fantastic job I fell in love. Love it here, amazing customer service

The manager Jill is really rood..she needs customer service skills,I asked for help and she told me to wait,in a mean way... I dont think she likes working there. Everybody else super nice and friendly.. wont go back there, SEPHORA employees are great and friendly .

Best place to get a haircut in the desert hands down! Moved here from LA and tried several salons before Ulta. I had a handful of bad haircuts at some of the deserts top salons. Ulta has highly trained professionals that do not disappoint. Ive had cuts from both Alley and Holly at Ulta - both are great conversation and do a fabulous job!

Came here to have my makeup done at the Mac counter for my wedding . I cant remember my artists name sadly but she was extraordinary and an absolute artist with the make up brush. I looked stunning by the time I was done. I felt beyond beautiful, she did an amazing job and she was so sweet.

Every employee seemed to be having the worst day of their lives. With the exception of Jere, he was wonderful, friendly and helpful. The coupon that I had didnt work for the item I purchased, it was considered a certain type of category, so I had to pay full price. They also did not have the free items that they advertised to go with my purchase. Next time Ill just shop online.

A little crowded, eventually found everything I was looking for. Because of covid, many items were covered with plastic like makeup and lipstick. Many items on the shelves were sold out.

Jacqueline was sweet and great as always, but both her and Holly went up and beyond my expectations with there customer service, I cant say enough about how happy I am. Usually when I come here, they have what I want and the store is pretty organized. However, on the weekends, the customer service attitude decreases. Also, I dont know if it is just for August birthdays or not but, for my last 2 birthdays they did not have my free gift in stock. Why offer it and you never have it? At this particular store anyway. I feel ripped off and very unhappy.

Went into this store dressed nicely, looking like I had money to spend, which I did. Very many products, was very overwhelmed. No sales person said they would be right with me or even addressed me, so I left.

I go to this store at least once a month and have never had a bad experience. Staff is always very helpful and not over bearing. This location always has the products I want in stock including there birthday gifts and make up sets. The sets are awesome when the sale is going you get a set for spending $19.50 on Ulta products.

So, I called the store and the lady answered and I had one simple question and that was if they had a lip kit in stock and she had said no almost before I could finish my sentence.. later I went into the store to shop for something else and as soon as I walk in the door the lip kit she said wasnt in stock was right there as soon as you walk in the door...amazing customer service.

I love the products there. I wish i could use my coupons that i received by mail or text they send. You only can used the coupons on the left side of the store. The high-end products is not allowedThere is never enough cashier .There is always a line to get out and maybe, if lucky two cashiers

Was not approached to see if i needed help. Offered a bag to shop with and employees were busy chatting with themselves. Also check out took 15 minutes. Only 3 people ahead of me noon on a monday! Ill stick to online shopping thanks!

I love Ulta but they can be a bit pricey. The store is always clean and the products are well stocked. There isnt someone hovering asking questions or trying to push anything.

Worst customer service. Took my eleven year old daughter for a haircut and Abby was the sweetest. While my daughter was getting her hair cut, I walked around the store to kill time and I received the worst customer service. They dont make you feel welcome. Seems like your bothering them and interrupting their chisme ( gossip). If your not there to be kind and sell products then maybe they need to consider a different employment. Because of the customer you have a job. ♡

I walked in and didn’t even feel welcomed, workers passed by me left and right and not once was I greet or anything, second, all the workers were standing around together talking and laughing & when I walked up to ask for help they made me feel like I was bothering their personal time. The cashier was a guy and honestly he was the nicest to me out of all the female employees.

People were very helpful and pleasant. Store was clean but jammed packed with extremely expensive beauty products. I went with my granddaughter. She loves it.

Im writing some feedback in the Apple valley, California ulta store toLet you know that the store manager Madyson was really great at her customer service, I was very upset in the beginning because about a previous transaction that I was charged twice for an item that I had bought but she was very honest and polite she apologized for the mistake/inconvenience and did everything possible to assure the situation was taken care of it correctly will definitely give it 5 star for her great customer service along with Emily💕service was accommodated me very well thank you!

Went to the store and the girls working their looked at me up and down . I passed by twice by them . They were just gossiping. Then when she asked if I needed help like If she was forced to I then said no so she went to the mirror and played with her hair .She was just walking around the store doing nothing .. maybe they should just have self service and not have these girls walking around doing nothing .She kept on following me like I was stealing .

Atmosphere needs improvement, hardly any greetings and no approaching happens. Unfortunately when I go, theres always just one cashier and it takes a while to get checked out.

The 1st time I came in I spent a ton of $ on products suggested by an employee, but the lipstick wasnt any better than rite aids stuff, so I returned everything out of anger..But Gentleman helped me get the perfect color and style makeup... Mac concealer is working swell

She just rolled her eyes and blew me off. But I still thanked her. I did feel angry from the experiemce and will not ever go back. There is a Macy`s 10 min further. I know they have friendly customer service and gift bags.

I like buying things from Ulta but I seem to have bad luck with the employees there. I went to this one recently and had an employee treat me like I couldnt read. She definitely was waiting for our time speaking together to be over. I dont seem to get this kind of attitude from the Sephora employees... Id rather stay ugly than go back to this Ulta.
