This Review is all about customer service nothing on the actual products they sell. I refuse to do business with a company that DOES NOT care about your MONEY!! Last week was the last straw for me. I was willing to over look a lot because hello we are in a pandemic and I Wanted to continue to support a local small business but not any more. They have cut their hours? Why? I am not sure if they just don’t have staff? whatever the issues are they need to fix! I spend a lot of money here on a weekly bases buy guess what they don’t care. If they are out of an item they simply refund your money with no call? No resolution? And you won’t know until your box ships!!! And never mind that no one ever answers the phone!!! Then why open! Fix your issues!! You are losing customers! WillNever order from them again!

The staff at All-American Balloons has the best customer service that I have ever experienced within our industry! They are not only interested in selling their balloons, but also taking care of their customers, and establishing a personal relationship with their customers. I will continue to use them as a vendor for balloons as much as possible due to the care and accuracy that they display when fulfilling orders. UPDATED REVIEW:Took a few emails before they got back to me. I thought I was being ignored. I was emailed a sincere apology and she took care of the rest of my refund that day and now my order history shows which items I was refunded for. She also let me know how important my business is to them so I will order again in the future!Original review:I ordered online (2-3 weeks ago). They do Not give updates to order. They do Not give tracking for order. Then I received a small refund with not explanation for what it was for. I received INCOMPLETE order with NO packing slip. MISSING several items, refund didn’t come close to matching up with missing items. I’ve emailed company multiple times and called. No response to date, been 2-3 weeks. No I will not order again nor would I recommend anyone else order from them.

Quick an easy to order online and pick up in store. Gives plenty of time on short term rentals!

All American Balloons has the best customer service you could possibly ask for! They are always so helpful if I have any questions and are able to offer suggestions if something is out of stock. They are so friendly and so fast! With all the changes due to COVID, I would not have been able to keep my business alive if it wasnt for their fast service and quick turn-around time allowing me to take on all the last minute jobs since nobody plans anything in advance lately. Their hours have changed, was 4PM before, but now 3PM.. which I was unaware of until I looked up their address on Google... well I called with the intent to get a refund since I was not going to be able to get the balloons on time and I needed them for the next day.. The lady who was very pleasant and courteous on the phone assisted me and said go ahead and come on in just knock on the door when youre here I pull up I get out and I walk to the door, hold door open for a younger girl, helped me out I explained to her that I called I was giving the okay to come and was told to come knock on the door. She said I was fine she proceeded to assist me... Older Senior lady with a couple gentleman inside gathered at the door looking at me, tlkn. While I was there the older lady goes and grabs a sign and puts it on the door that says please do not stand by the door which I thought was just rude... I was previously advised to approach the door.. that was the only reason I was standing by the door and the younger girl who was assisting me said I was fine already before that.. she saw the sign and told me not to worry about it.. I was so put off by this whole ordeal.. Ive never had a bad experience like this, after so many years of coming to this location and dealing with Samantha who has always been nothing but sweet. And the fact that you guys or that lady felt the need to put up the sign was just ugly to me and saddening.. Like yall really bummed me out with this.. A sign and did it right in my face, a long time paying customer.. (Not a walking disease)I think I wouldve been okay of she popped her head out and asked me not to, mightve clarified the whole thing even.I get the whole COVID restrictions, however I was wearing a mask, the girl assisting me was too(masks are no longer required and there is a vaccine btw) I know its curbside and was not going to walk in, plus I was outside. I also would have never gotten off my car to begin with, but I was advised to. The sign was not necessary..

I have placed multiple orders with all American, this last experience was the last draw . i placed my order on april 6th, on april 7 receive a voice mail saying a certain balloon was out of stock even though they show instock on the website ( this is not the first time this happens) and that those would be refunded and the rest shipped out. well its now 04/09/2021 i call and get told they still havent shipped due to the fact that I didnt call back??? even though it was stated that they would be shipped out in the voicemail and the $11.85 for UPS ground was paid for. Now what good does it make to pay so much for shipping if you dont get your items on time? I placed an order with City balloons Dallas the same day and time and received my order on 04/08/2021 paid the same amount and they never fail to be on time! I will no longer shop at all American balloons

They are always friendly and helpful with whatever your needs are. They have everything organized neatly and make things easy to find. They are my only stop for my balloon needs. Weve done a lot of business with All American; personal and through our church; and its usually been a great experience, but I would wait until they open back up. I placed a balloon order in May and changed my mind and tried to return it as soon as it came it and was told they werent doing returns right now because of COVID and to call back. No where on the website did they say they werent allowing returns or I would have waited to order. Its now August and they STILL arent accepting returns. I assume they are accepting boxes from their suppliers, so why they cant accept a box from me is a little curious. The longer time goes by, the less confident Im feeling that they will ever accept this return....

So I order 39 foil fathers day themed balloons from here and they didnt have 1 balloon in stock so thats fine no problem. They called the next day and said what would I like to do so I said its fine refund that one balloon and send the rest. So whatever I waited a week thinking it was on the way but no it Took 8 days to get a email saying that they canceled my whole order. Talk to customer service and they kept saying that I cancelled it, Im done with this company rather pay more for shipping from another company then to deal with this pathetic company ever again

This is a great alternative to big box stores, the balloons seem to be higher quality. There is a massive selection, reasonably priced, organized by size . My only critique, as a consumer, is more transparent pricing. There is little to no signage with prices. If the price was clear, even by size or section, I wouldve had less questions at the counter. I plan to update with photos of my event over the weekend.

Literally the worst “party supply store” and if you’re coming here for balloons DON’T! You’ll get way better service at a chain store. Latex balloons can’t be sold separately. And the best part, if you’re returning there’s a 25% restocking fee! 😂 seriously avoid this place and use the internet instead!

As an ex-florist turned body art professional, this store is invaluable in terms of supplies and variety. I have used them for face painting supplies, making floral centerpieces and for last minute personal party decorations. They have everything from vases to banquet table covers to paper lanterns. I have even used them for making friends corsages, wedding bouquets and homecoming mums. And thats not even counting what they have the most of: balloons! Every color imaginable, both latex and foil. The ladies who work there have gone above and beyond to help me when I had last minute emergencies, where possible. This is a gem of a resource here in the Metroplex. Highly recommend!!

If you own a business like for example a clown, this place is awesome because balloon prices are decent and have what you need So 5stars for that. I would give 0 stars if possible. I ordered online and here it is 17 days later and no package. I checked the website again and its still processing.Ive contacted them three times now and no response at all, Ive never experienced this kinda of bad business before.

Very good selection, I have a small Party Store business in Frisco, All-American has the items i need the majority of the time and prices are competitive.Store associates are always helpful when I need anything. I can either drive to the location or they deliver next day.

All American Balloons really came in clutch today after my vendor dropped the ball. The CSR that took my call went out of her way to personally verify the balloon I needed was in stock and made sure that it shipped out today and would get to me by tomorrrow.

The order of baloons werent ready when we got there and we gave a week advance. And they only gave us half the order we paid for and blamed it on a busy morning....Umm no thats why there is a paper with the order on so you can check. Worst ever. Never again. I do not suggest u chance it with them.
