They followed all delivery instructions insuring a safe, distanced delivery and phoned to ensure the balloons made it safely indoors. I can not speak more highly of My Custom Balloons. Top Notch customer service! I placed the order online and the owner called me within minutes to ask for additional details and offered various colors schemes not shown on the website.On day of delivery, Elmer called to tell me he was 15 minutes away. He was very pleasant & punctual. He explained how the balloon design was structured. He even came back just to provide extra balloons in case any popped.

I called My Custom Balloons at 8:45am and by 9:30am they were ready and I was picking them up from the location in less than an hour. Elmer could not have been more helpful for my last minute request. He did curbside pick up for me as it was icy on the sidewalks and really nicely included an extra clear balloon (to fill out my balloons more) and a weight to my order without charge as I ordered everything in a rush. I ordered balloons for my twin grandsons birthday. I ordered online and received a call after ordering to acknowledge the order and clarify if I wanted loose balloons or a bouquet. I forgot to order a weight for the balloons to get a bouquet, but I was told this would be provided for free! The balloons arrived on time, the day requested. My grandsons were thrilled with the delivery!

The folks at My Custom Balloons were responsive, prompt with delivery and so helpful. After placing my order they called me and offered suggestions for colors, placement and hardware to achieve the look I wanted. The organic garland with “40” on top was perfect and stood up to the outdoor elements longer than I expected. Highly recommend!

Elmer continues to provide fantastic high quality balloon production that makes me wish I had the same quality in other cities. He was able to provide this service twice; once two weeks ago (this column has not deflated yet!) and once yesturday. I called My Custom Balloons sometime in September 2019 and spoke to the most kindest owner of a business! I explained to him a balloon display I wanted for my Birthday event in November and also sent him a picture. He assured me the Balloon display of a stiletto was no problem to make and not to worry. I was in awe when it was delivered and set up! It was simply beautiful and perfectly made. The Balloon display was made exactly the same as the picture I sent them. I loved it! My Custom Balloons was excellent to work with on a couple of balloon arrangements for my baby shower. Their web interface makes it easy to understand what products and arrangements they offer, and Elmer was very easy to get in touch with when I had questions. We had the balloons delivered to downtown DC (Bloomingdale) and not only were they early, Elmer and his associate made sure the arrangements were to my liking before leaving. Prices were very fair and the quality of the balloons was good. I would highly recommend them for all your balloon needs!
