I found this place based in their high reviews. I needed an in-network provider and they were highly rated. Dr. Hentz was fantastic - welcoming, knowledgeable, relatable. The staff was equally great - I came in for a 5:30pm appointment right after work and they helped me through the whole process. I know they close at 5:30pm so its a great service not to feel rushed and to still see smiles after a long day for them. I told them Id give them a review because its ultimately what brought my business to them. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Hentz is a great optometrist! Very knowledgeable of her practice and cares for her patients. My recent appointment with Dr. Bass at Elite Vision Center was a great visit. He’s a knowledgeable, thorough doctor with a compassionate disposition and been my optometrist for years. He is truly gifted with an understanding for complex eye problems, including astigmatism, and always finds solutions that work for my vision issues. He is currently at Elite Vision Center working with a great group of people. They go above and beyond to keep their patients feeling safe by providing a super clean environment and protective measures during this challenging COVID season. They were helpful and welcoming to me as a newcomer in their office and made the experience great from beginning to end. Outstanding service, and more importantly, amazing people.

The optometrist and office staff were a pleasure. My family had a comfortable experience and we will visit again. I was looking for someone who would be okay for my daughter and I noticed the doctor did things like ask questions she could easily understand to complete the eye exam instead of using terms like left and right, which are harder for my little girl to keep up with. The wait time was reasonable and the office was very clean and spacious for social distancing. Transparent pricing and they get the glasses back to us pretty quick.

Everything was great - when I scheduled my appointment I got a time for a next day, my appointment was on time, the staff was friendly and helpful, and Dr. Hentz was amazing.

Recently, Dr Hentz examined my son, my daughter and I for our annual exam . The service was warm and caring. Elite Vision Center has the latest technology and equipment. The office and decor was modern and clean! The guy who makes the glasses was knowledgeable, quick and friendly! Overall great experience!

Amazing service! Dr. Gloria Hentz took excellent care of me and made sure that I was comfortable. I was feeling terrible from an eye infection from my contact. After she figured out what was wrong with my eye, She made sure that I went to a great specialist and I was taken care of. I would recommend Dr. Hentz to anyone, you’ll be in great hands.

Operating days and hours are very limited. Not enough qualified employees. Only one employee does eye testing, glass fitting, ordering, etc. Waited over three weeks for new glasses.

Very professional and very attentive to the needs of the client and very detailed examinations.

It is my first time wearing glasses and I had some problems but they helped me solve everything. I recommend them 100% good quality and good price
