My experience today was phenomenal. Charles Is AMAZING. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and very customer service oriented. He explained every step and every detail including letting me know information I did not understand about my prescription. Charles thank you very, very much and I will be back for the family as needed. :)

I had a fantastic experience at this store. Mathew was extremely polite and helpful. He was readily available whenever I had questions, but he left me alone to browse and didn’t try to steer me toward expensive frames or pressure me into unneeded upgrades. When I explained that I needed my new glasses as quickly as possible (before leaving on a trip), he made sure they had the necessary supplies in stock—and then had my glasses ready in 45 minutes! I’m STILL in shock about that. 😆 I highly recommend this location.

The service was great the very nice lady and gentleman helped me get some glasses that I needed at the very last minute. They were very courteous and very helpful about any question I had. If I could remember their names I would say it. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family, I will definitely shop here again if I am in the area.

Dr. Ta is the Optometrist next door to Lencrafters in the Parks mall. She is so thorough during her examination and her approach made me feel valued :-). Thank you Dr. Ta!Oh, and the staff at Lencrafters were so customer friendly. The whole experience was awesome!

Lens Crafter has provided me immaculate service since I was 3 years old. I love this place, and all the staff is so kind and caring.

Mathew did an excellent job of explaining how my new progressive glasses are going to be different than the single vision lenses I’ve had in the past. He took the time to answer my questions, explain things, and gave feedback on the frames that I picked.

I went to your location in The Parks Mall, in Arlington, TX on Monday August 2, 2021., and selected frames and subscription lenses. I paid $312.99 for the frames and lenses. Your associate told me that the transaction did not go through. I called my bank and confirmed that the transaction was successful, and the funds were taken out of my account. The Associate then called your IT Department, who was unable to locate the payment. I was told that they would find the transaction and process my lenses and frames. I then asked for confirmation in writing. Today August 5, 2021, I called the store to confirm that everything was okay. Your associate told me that they were unable to locate the transaction, and that they were going to call me on Monday, and I would get my money back in five business days. If you are unable to locate the transaction, how are you going to refund the money. Why wait a week to call me? I will never do business with Lenscrafters again. Please refund my money immediately. It is now August11, 2021, and I still do not have glasses or my money. Today is August 17th, and I still do not have my money back or glasses. This is ridiculous. If you value your money and time, please do not do business with this company. My next step will be to contact the Better Business Bureau, since Lenscrafters seems to not care about me getting my money back.

When we were in there it was mentioned that my daughter was getting headaches because she lost her glasses. They went above and beyond and were able to make her some due to it being emergent. Great customer service and product knowledge. Good COVID in-store safety measures.

I requested both a phone call and text to inform me when my glasses were ready. I received a text message only. I noticed the text message 4 days after it was originally sent. When I arrived they all but remodeled the store to locate my glasses. On top of that I only received 1 pair of glasses my daughters pair was not available. I think it is important to explain to the customer about the additional coverage for frames and lenses. Initial I was told it would be another $25 for extended coverage. That I could pay when I came to pick up my glasses. When I arrived the information changed to $43 for the extended coverage and, if something happens to glasses you will have to pay either $25 for the lenses or $25 for the frames if both are damaged then you basically pay $50 plus tax. Please provide better clarity to your customers.

These guys are all about service! From the time I walked in I was greeted, they helped me pick frames. The agent broke down my insurance vs the promotion to make my buying decisions easier. They were quick in getting my glasses back in after the order! I am very satisfied with the business and service of this location

Awesome experience. A little background of what led up to me going to LensCrafters. A different eye glass place said they would have my glasses prior to Christmas, but after several phone calls and waiting, they said it would take over a week. So i googled eye glass places near me and started calling down the list. Fortunately, LensCrafters at Parks Mall in Arlington Texas was close to the top of the list. I called at 7pm and spoke with Samantha, gave her my script and asked if they could make my glasses prior to closing that evening. She checked and said yes. When i arrived Brian assisted me with choosing my frames, took needed measurements and my glasses were ready in less than 30 minutes. Also spoke with the manager Melissa. All of them were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend LensCrafters at Parks Mall in Arlington

I came to LensCrafter was treated really well the staff there is nice but I had to bring my glasses in two or three times because the technician who does the lenses cup getting my prescription wrong. I wear progressive bifocals how hard is it to do that I wear a pair now and theres no problem with them how comes I have to keep coming in and telling them theyre doing it wrong and unfortunately the staff there has to listen to my frustration when its the technicians who do the lenses that should be getting told theyre doing their job wrong they should be fired or go back to school and learn to do it the right way I would not recommend LensCrafter if you have to have progressive bifocals put in your lenses. I ended up getting my money back I will have to look elsewhere its a shame you have to go through this to try and get lenses the correct way.

I took the whole family in. My daughter really wanted to need glasses because I have them and the doctor recognized that right on the spot. Completely took care of her and made her feel special with her great vision. :) Totally going back for my sunglasses. :) The team there is super nice and helpful.

I really enjoyed my visited at Lens Crafters.

It would have been nice to sit in a chair that was higher up. Im 64 and the seats are super uncomfortable. It felt like I was sitting on the floor.On a different note, when I went to pick up my safety glasses the lady said Oh youre the one who gave us a bad review. What a fantastic way to greet a customer. When she brought me my glasses she asked me how they felt, and asked if I would wear them out of the store. No thanks, I have a pair of Oakleys to wear. Why would I wear the safety glasses when I have regular ones and you watched me walk in wearing them?The case they came in is terribleand cheap, probably going to have to get a new one today. This one feels like it was made in China and costs around 20 cents to make. The zipper was broken. I hope they take pride in their work, because it sure doesnt show.The only reason this review doesnt have one star is because the gentleman who helped me on my first visit was fantastic. He was helpful, kind and courteous. He did everything flawlessly. Maybe he should be the manager. At least then the store would run properly and the employees would take pride in the work they do.

I had THEE worst experience in my life at this location. Not only are they glasses over priced the stock is limited. $400 for Coach, I dont think so I found a Versace frame cheaper at Vision Palace, $204 with lenses! I used a debit card to pay but was refunded on credit card which will take 10 days to show from bank. Im so mad and will never buy there again....

Nothing but high end, over priced frames and the lens prices were unbelievable, and not in a good way.

Worst lenses I have ever owned! Ive been using glasses for 13 years and the lenses for my glasses are by far the worst I have ever owned! They get cloudy so fast are hard and impossible to clean! We wanted designer glasses so my husband, son and I all purshased our glasses from here. Will not be using them any longer. They also have an a protection plan for your glasses, when you try to use it they will charge you $50 something that we where never told on the three different occasions that we used them. They no longer have a lab their which meqns you have to wait a week to receive your pair!

They dont tell you when you set an appointment that the doctor is not actually at LensCrafters. They are two separate companies. This is not ok. Wasted time off work. Seems sneaky and manipulating. Im used to a one stop shop. I will NEVER go there again. I am HEATED!!!!

Was very disappointed in this Lenscrafters. First visit with prescriptions..Guy was clueless about putting in order..Took an hour to get two orders in for glasses. Then got a text saying ready next day. Went in..ONLY ONE PAIR ready.. Other one not ready for 4 days. Girl handed my husband HIS glasses..NEVER even fit them or adjusted them to fit..They are totally messed up...Policy says max 3 days..Total Wait for me will be 5 days. LOL..HORRIBLE SERVICE...HORRIBLE Customer Service...NEVER will go back to this LENSCRAFTERS..MAYBE NO LENSCRAFTERS...LOL...
