Watching ownership change, and new staff roll in and out, the Knife Shoppe still provides excellent customer service, a variety of products ranging anywhere from functional to fantasy, and reasonable pricing. Although Ive moved away from the DFW area, anytime Im in Arlington Ill make a quick stop to see the next big thing theyre up to.Keep on truckin yall!

Ive shopped at this store for years. Ive bought a number of knives including my favorite, a Benchmade infidel (it comes with lifetime protection). Ive also bought a walking stick here after I shattered my leg and completed PT. The staff has never shown me a grouse or spoken an unkind word. Even if the knives were more expensive here than big retailers, theyre not, I would still come here first. Dont let the mall location fool you, this is an adult shop with serious knowledge behind its staff. They carry fun cosplay items too as well as unique gift ideas. Seriously, check them out.

Great little shop in the parks mall. They have a good variety of knives and blades, both functional and for display. They order from many major manufacturers and also promote local and U.S. crafted knives they have several useful and unique items, like pen knives and key knives, sharpener, pepper spray and utility knives.

Any type of Blade you could ever think of plus ones from video games and beloved stories... a great find

The atmosphere is fun and interesting, employees are knowledgeable and friendly, and even the owner is on site from time to time(who is EXTREMELY knowledge). Ive been going to the Knife Shoppe since its humble beginnings as a kiosk 20 years ago. I love the store and the employees are very knowledgeable. This is a great store for everyone from those looking to pick up a daily use pocket knife or a fantasy sword to a serious collector.

Friendly staff and quality products for the price

Posting my review after knowing and visiting this place for years.The best knife shop not only in the region but easily the best in the state. Every one of the employees is knowledgeable in their fields: be it type of steel, types of knives or swords, even to if you wish to have a custom blade forged; who you need to get in contact with.The last 7 blades I have purchased have all been from this store, and if I am not sharpening my blade myself, I come here. The owner has always given me sound, solid advice on products - and has even gone out of their way to help me find the exact blades (the latest one was a Condor camp axe) that I had been searching for.On top of the amazing range and quality of the blades, the store also provides other products as well, including some of the best beard products Ive ever used (Long Rifle Beard Balm and Oils for the win, seriously), including my entire grooming kit with their selection of razors.To top it off, I exclusively get my coffee now from them as they started selling Black Rifle Coffee (the one you see on Youtube all the time, ya its worth the hype - Blackbeards Delight if you want Dark roast, or the AK Expresso if you want it lighter...just trust me). I could get the coffee somewhere else much closer to home, but because the crew there at The Knife Shoppe is on point all the time, every time, and go out of their way to help the customer - Im more than willing to go out of my way to get my coffee and blades from them, its worth it.(Seeing the comments about masks - its a private business people, if you were really worried about the Corona virus, why the hell you going to the Mall? Just putting that out there...)

Extremely friendly staff always willing to help. They dont have the gerber paraframe though, which is extremely unfortunate since it is the best knife Ive ever seen. Overall a good place to shop

We get all our World of Warcraft (WOW) and Hobbit/ Lord of the Rings swords here. They also sell good quality Damascus steel. Owner is excellent and very friendly/ down to earth. I dont think well ever go to a different knife seller honestly. Id rather let him order something and get it in shop than go somewhere else. Highly recommend

They have a great selection of knives and awesome customer service!! Cant go to the Parks Mall without stopping in the Knife Shoppe! I love that I don’t ever feel pressured to wear a mask when visiting the store and that I can express my freedom.

Its nice to walk into a place where people know something about their products vs just being sales people pushing products the know nothing about. Thats something you cant get over the internet. Good selection, good prices, friendly knowledgeable staff.

I used to love this place. I live in Plano now so its hard to come by but I was in the area and wanted to get one of my knifes sharpened. When I walked in, I was appalled to see that not a single employee was wearing a mask. I asked if anyone hear wore a mask and one employee responded by laughing and shaking his head no. The fact that during a worldwide pandemic, at a time when there is a national mandate to wear masks in any public setting, these employees and this company is willing to risk their customers health is just plain wrong. I am so disappointed. Over the years I have purchased so many knives that were absolutely wonderful, but I will no longer return. Dont go to here if you care about your safety!!!

Cheap knife or expensive, expect quality regardless.

The employees are always super polite and knowledgeable about their products. Ive gone here for years and they always take the time to sharpen or adjust the action on my knives as a complimentary service. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality knife or in need of some light maintenance work done.

We were totally ignored when we visited while at the location in the Parks mall. Me and my son were looking to buy a practice sword and were unable to purchase one. We got tired of waiting so we left and purchased one on Amazon.

Exellent place for some top quality knives and for the cheaper ones also. The staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all their products. Their prices are very fair also. I will be back and Highly Recommend this establishment for all your knife needs. They also carry some nice old school type shaving razors.

I bought a somewhat expensive knife last time, but was curious about warranty, the guy was interested in finding out and spent a few minutes making a phone call just to see if it had one before I bought it. Great place, stop just to look and you will probably walk out with something. Haha

They have an awesome selection of various swords, knifes, and other weapons like batarangs (which I bought), flails, throwing stars. They have some both decorative and functional items. The staff was pretty cool and friendly.

Helpful staff and fair prices but a little disappointed in the limited selection of high end EDC knives. Most of the merchandise leans towards the low end market. That being said, I was still able to find a nice EDC but feel like I might have found a more perfect fit if I had shopped around a bit more.

Oh my God this shop had the coolest swords just all kinds of cool weapons and stuff just you have to go check it out yourself I just cant give it the credit needs

Great! Was looking for a hard to find style of knife (otf), but didnt want to pay $250 + for one. They had those expensive ones, and much more affordable, yet equally nice, ones ($30). I was in and out in less than 5 minutes, partly because I knew what I wanted, but most importantly, they had it. Will definitely be going back.

HORRIBLE TIME THERE. All I did was walk in and ask about my knife and if sharpening could get some random mark out on my blade that I had just bought the day before. After the sharpening I looked at my blade and it was still there. I just wanted to ask the guy what it could be but instead he yellls and screams at me to get out the store and he tells me that they were to busy. How are you busy with 4 people behind the counter not doing anything but standing around on their phones doing NOTHING!? Oh if you wanted to know who the guy is. Hes the white male bald with glasses. I think he was a racist.

Helpful and friendly staff too.The prices are a bit higher than some other retailers that ive visited, but this can be expected.
