Pretty good food! I tried one of their Chicken Sandwiches! Very slow service though.

Slow. Had to choose to miss flight or burger… I chose burger

It was a blob of unseasoned mushy burger in a chewy bun. No thanks. Threw it away after two bites.

This place is amazing! It’s a 15/10 because they serve amazing food, great service and very nice people. This is one of my favorite restaurants ever

Very good hamburger joint. Good amount of toppings and dressings. Burger was fresh and you could tell it was a grade a quality beef. No fillers or fatty meat.I will be back very soon.Budget friendly also.

Two days ago was our first time we visited this excellent restaurant. But It is definitely not the last time. We had great time with the attentive service, with the fine dishes and fine drinks and with the decent price. We will no doubt visit there soon.

Employees were friendly. My burger was wrong and cold along with the fries. When I received the correct burger, the meat tasted old and had a twang taste to it. Being a chef, this was a concern for me. But I have to say, ultra friendly professional staff that helped me. Employees, great, food, not so much.

Actually this was surprisingly good. I recommend it. Flavorful beef party, and the special sauce had a bit of zing to it.

The best thing about this location of Smashburger are its prices. The quality of the food is below average but its good for the price. The food is warm and tasty. I enjoyed the flavors. The food looks greasy with liquids spilling out of the sandwiches. The area I would improve in if I were them would be in the presentation of the food. Service was friendly.

I just came here for the coffee, because I’m not a fan of Dunkin Donuts coffee. The coffee is surprisingly good: not a dark roast, a bit of a bite but decent body. Better than I was expecting in an airport. 7/10, would quaff again.

Got a grilled chicken sandwich but what I didnt expect was to receive a chicken breast that was flatter than a pancake! Ridiculous for $8! I pretty much ate a lettuce and tomato sandwich. AND The guy at the counter had a funky attitude as if he didnt want to take your order. By the time I got on the plane and seen my food I was even more disappointed. Straight up rip off!!!!!!

Food was decent. After i ate the food, i went back for a milkshake and I saw a rat running through the kitchen. Definitely not q place to come back to.

Not often that I am super impressed by food at the airport. But... I just had a freshly made black bean burger and tater tots at this location. The burger was so delicious and the tots were perfection!

I love this burger spot- I stop everytime I fly out! Unfortunately today the young lady working at the register was cruel to me when I tried to order a regular cheese burger. After specifically asking for the classic cheese, regular with everything exactly how it comes she continued to probe me with questions and then intentionally gave me a plain cheese burger. This was either a cruel joke or the girl doesnt know the difference between regular and plain.

They have q new young lady there that is amazing. She made the experince a great one. The staff that day was up beat and I received my food in a timely manner. I do recommend stopping by to see them!!

I remember in Florida having a smash burger the next city over but it closed and I used to love smashburger so when I went to the airport i discovered there was one so I got some chicken fingers and French fries which was actually decent since it’s airport food but airport food is actually near or horrible compared too other locations outside airports.

Food was good, man on grill with long hair and red t shirt, very rude,gets bothered for anything. Rude to customers and staff.What a shame good, bad employee

The burger here was passable but service was the worse. The staff was disinterested in helping and didn’t even look at me while I ordered. Service was slow. Fries were mediocre at best. Find somewhere else to eat.

I ordered a Chicken sandwich and fries. I could barely eat the sandwich because of the size. Both the sandwich and fries were hot and fresh!

Safe for handling is the last thing on their priority list. Not a single employee wearing a hairnet employees with very long or bushy hair playing with their hair flipping it around touching their hair and then handling food. So disgusting.

Awful place. Waited forty five minutes for a burger with ketchup on it and they forgot the ketchup. The staff does not care at all and are as slow as molasses. The soda was flat and tasted watered down.This place is a rip off, a plain burger with fries and a soda costs 15 dollars.

The front service was fantastic however that back service was Horrendous! First of all... we can see everything youre doing, we can also hear when youre being rude about our orders. Second, the attitude the girls had in the back were very lazy and rude. Third I found a gross hair from someone in my salad. Thanks. Dont bother going here, its not worth it.

Manager Hire New Employees ASAP BEFORE YOU LOSE MORE BUSINESS. Your employees are unprofessional, disrespectful, ghetto and down right irresponsible when it comes to food handling. My food was cold have to be corrected twice. I just decided to get a refund; I will never come here again.

Hahaha glad to see the franchise is doing as good here as it did in alaska. Cold undercooked food. All the money went into the looks of the place and the iPa on tap.

The workers care less about getting orders out in a reasonable time than I care about smothering my face in a pile of hot hickory coals. Apparently 45 minutes isnt enough time for them to make a single cheeseburger, as I was forced to leave to board my plane empty handed.

12 minutes for a disappointing milkshake with no other orders ahead or behind mine. Six people working and all of them horsing around. The man making the milkshake left three times while making the milkshake to play on his phone and pass it around to the other workers. When they finally finished it, they handed me a whipped cream and syrup-covered cup and scoffed when I asked for napkins to clean it up. Avoid this place if your time is worth anything to you or you dont like being handed a sticky mess. Overstaffed and underserviced

I have traveled quite a bit and this has to be the slowest service I have ever had. In addition, the end product was inedible.

Cashier is very rude. No people skills. Ordered breakfast sandwich. The fried egg had egg shells. Threw out sandwich . Didnt want to deal with the staff again.

If you value your money, your time, and your tastebuds, dont come here. Go to the self service mart or literally anywhere else in the airport instead of wasting $10 for a cold dry chicken sandwich. The chicken sandwich was the thickness of a graham cracker and just as dry - my reward for patiently waiting 20 minutes.

I rarely write bad reviews. But three times in a row this place has messed up my order. Once it took so long I had to leave without my order to catch my flight (and no refund because even that took too long). Twice I’ve asked for the vegetarian bean burger and both times it had bacon.

Ordered fries. It was not fast, but they were hot, good and not overpriced.

Wow, I thought how bad can it be? I should have heeded the other reviews warnings. Not only will you wait forever but they will get your order wrong guaranteed. Not to mention you are better off eating a seat cushion than this supposed food.

Staff was deinterested and was not helpful at all. The guy serving the shakes was the whole time looking at his phone. Service was super slow and food was too expensive for what you get.

Friendly staff and good food, but it does take awhile to get it, even when theres not much of a line. When there is a line, be prepared to wait 5 to 10 minutes.

Bad customer service, employees are rude and disrespectful. I have been here three different times and have never gotten a courteous employee.

What I got for food was really good. Too bad they were really slow and ran out of chicken and lettuce.

While I was waiting for my food I watched one employee in the kitchen eating while manning the grill and the employee putting our orders in bags was busy watching something on her cellphone... Fries were overcooked and too salty. Spare yourself the possible germs & lack of service and go somewhere else while waiting on your flight...

The attitude of the employee is the worst, the finished bacon cheeseburger has been wrapped, the contents jumped out, the inside of the paperback is filled with the oil of the collapsed hamburgers and Gitogito, was.$ 20 in hamburger s accounting is never cheap.I will give up on the hamburgers at the airport and recommend purchasing food at the nearby deli.

The meat is not delicious. Potato is so so. But I think I will not eat next time.
