We love our beautiful Brennan windows. They have many colors to select from and multiple styles to choose from. We had 11 new windows installed and the workers were great. They had full knowledge of the installation process and had the old windows out and new ones installed in a day. And they did an amazing job cleaning up and left our property immaculate inside and out. We will always recommend Brennan for your new window needs.

My neighbor replaced his cedar fence. I had Brennan Enterprises put a cedar door between the fence and my house. Its looks great and works as expected. I recommend them.

Update:I had given Brennan windows a raving review. Now that my windows are 2 years old, I must update the review.Sadly, 3 of my windows started to fog up. I immediately contacted Brennan and they were very responsive. My windows are still under warranty by the manufacturer, however, Brennan is charging me for the labor cost.I was VERY disappointed that Im have to pay for repairs to faulty windows after just TWO years of having them.I contacted my friends who also had Brennan windows installed due to my raving reviews, and they are experiencing the same thing! Same bad windows! Bad seals.You would think a company like Brennan would pay for the service as a good will gesture, especially since the windows are only 2 years old. I can understand if it was after 5 years, but in reality, windows should last 10+ years.Im extremely disappointed with Brennan.My original review:I had my new vinyl windows installed about 2 years ago. I waited to review Brennan and their windows, because I know vinyl can warp over time.Its been 2 years and we were hit with Snowageddon in February 2021. I thank my windows for keeping my house warm and the temps never dipped below 58F in my house. We had blackouts of 10+ hours and then 30 mins of heat and back to 10 hours of nothing.My neighbors even came over to my house to get warmer!!!Brennan as a company is very professional and prices were very competitive. As for their windows, they just proved their worth!They are highly insulating - great at keeping summer heat out and winter cold out. Make the investment to upgrade your windows with Brennan. Its worth it.

We recently contacted Brennan about a window whose seal had broken. After a few emails to ascertain the facts involved, they quickly ordered the replacement pane. They came out and replaced the pane in a very timely and professional manner. The installer was friendly and competent. It was a very positive experience.

Brennan was wonderful beginning with the salesman (Sean) who did not pressure me at all. He said this is what you need. This is what we offer. This is the price ( and it beat the previous quote I received by about $25,000).The installer (Jake) worked alone and did a prime job of installing, cleaning up and explaining what he was doing.I did not get to meet the lady in the office, Sheryl, but did visit with her several times. She was always patient with me, helped me understand and made sure I knew what was happening.A friend had recommended Brennan to me, but she ended up using another company. I waited to do a review for a period of time to see how the windows held up. Brennan replaced all the windows in my home 3 years ago and the windows have withstood the Texas weather and still look like the day they were installed. Absolutely no problems with the functionality of the windows. I had quite a few estimates from other companies and after the visit from Brennan, I looked no further. Brennan had the best high qualify selection of Windows from a very reputable manufacturer at a reasonable cost. They ordered the windows which were quickly delivered and installed. WE called them, they set up an appointment. They came on time, measured, and gave us a reasonable quote. We accepted it, they ordered the windows. They called when they came in, and came on time and installed them. They are better quality than I had expected. What more could you want!!!? I wish they did landscaping too.

We had nine windows and a storm door replaced. The sale rep (Sean Behl) warned us in advance to allow time for the manufacture of our custom-sized windows; it could be as long as 90 days after we placed our order before installation. Because we ordered the windows in January the delay was fine with us; it assured that the windows would be installed on a mild day in the Spring. The actual delay was ~70 days. The installation went smoothly. The crew installed all nine windows and the storm door in one day (on March 23).The windows are attractive, easy to clean and energy efficient. By replacing our original builder-grade aluminum (1960-vintage) windows, weve greatly reduced our gas and electric usage. Weve also gotten two other pleasant bonuses from the new windows:1) The temperature in what was our hot/cold bedroom (where the sun exposure is greatest and the air circulation the worst) now stays within a degree or two of the thermostat setting in the living room; and2) Outside noise is greatly reduced.The windows cost about (just slightly more than) what we had expected, so (even as energy-efficient as the windows are) you shouldnt expect the windows to pay for themselves in reduced utility costs.We havent had any maintenance issues yet, but we chose Brennan because we wanted the added assurance that whenever we have a broken pane of glass (it will happen), we can just call a local vendor and order a replacement thats assured to precisely fit.

Thru Sean, replaced all my windows several years ago. He was the best and very helpful! Have been happy with the windows. Have had a few mevhanical issues that they have corrected . The second time I needed help, I had a bad experience with a fellow who had an important title, was no help. Do not remember his name but he was the worst! Finally got that issue resolved though..Have had some issues since and the service has been very good and things were addressed timely with ease.

When the owner of a business shows up personally to meet with you the first time, then, answers every call and every text you get spoiled . I thought it would end after the first meeting but Kerry Brennan was involved in my project every step of the way and his team of professionals were an even bigger surprise because sometimes you get sold a bill of goods and what you receive is not what you bought. Very poor customer experience. The company blames it on supply chain issues due to Covid, but this has nothing to do with supply chain issues (being in a business that has been severely impacted by supply chain issues, I understand that challenge). Its about providing good customer service, e.g. proactively & over-communicating with the customer, being transparent, communicating within the organization itself and doing what you say you are going to do. Theres no reason to do business anywhere else rings hollow. Problems started on day #1, but I overlooked the red flags because Brennan had been recommend by a neighbor.

Brennans replaced all my windows and my front and garage door. The windows and front door look fantastic. The door to the garage is very sturdy but obviously no one really sees that. I was very impressed with all aspects of the process. The sales process was very easy and not high pressure. I was so happy with the windows, I then ordered the 2 doors. I would not hesitate to use Brennan again and definitely recommend them.

I had a great experience from beginning to the end. The installers left the area cleaner than they found it! ;) The sales lady was extremely knowledgeable and super friendly! I never felt pressure to purchase anything, but I ended up buying several picture windows that overlooks my pool area. I absolutely love my new windows, and theyve proven to be energy efficient! I would really love to replace all of the rest of the windows, in fact, I hope they reach out to me and make me a deal that I cant refuse! I highly recommend Brennan Enterprises!

Updated Review:I was able to speak with the general manager, Cameron Brennan, to explain what happened and why I do not think we should be held responsible for the damage caused from a malfunctioning door. He was extremely nice and helpful. He told me he would contact the vendor and be in contact with me later in the day. True to his word, he sent an email with an update. Later in the week, I got a call from Cameron and he said he spoke with the vendor who would be giving them a check for the total amount of the damage. A couple weeks later we received a check for the total amount it will cost to fix our floor!! I am very thankful I was able to speak with Cameron to get this issue fixed. Kyle Strouse, the person who sold us the door, was extremely helpful and professional regarding the sale of the door and trying to fix the issue. However, the vendor would not listen to Kyle regarding paying for the damage. It was frustrating it took talking to the GM to resolve the issue. If I need another door in the future I will use Kyle because he always had our best interest in his thoughts.Old Review:We bought a new backdoor from Brennan Enterprises because a rock got thrown up while mowing and shattered the glass on the old door. We had heard they have great products and more importantly excellent customer service. We got our new door in September 2019. Around February 2020, I noticed our wood floor by the backdoor was looking like water was getting in somehow and the floors were starting to expand/warp. I contacted Brennan and they sent the installer back out. He looked at the door and said the builder of the door didnt seal the glass on the door well so there was a little leak. He put silicone around the edge of the glass and got it to seal. We havent had a problem since. The only problem is now our natural, real, red oak hardwoods are messed up and need to be replaced. We contacted them and they got us in contact with the vendor. The vendor said they will only pay half of the repair because they do not know if the previous door had a leak. Our floors never had any damage until we got the new door put in. Now we are trying to work with the vendor to pay for faulty door. I feel like Brennan should pay for the wood floor repair, then take it up with the vendor themselves. Either way, I still have a messed up wood floor I am trying to figure out how to get fixed. I thought a new back door would make our old broken door seem obsolete, but now I wish we just replaced the glass of the old door.

Brennan Enterprises installed replacement windows for our 40 plus year old home. They are a locally owned, family company that clearly cares about pleasing their customers. They also provided good follow-up when we had questions. Previous to working with Brennan, we had installed replacement windows from a local glass company and had not been happy. We were thrilled to have found Brennan and highly recommend them. They worked with us every step of the way to be sure we were happy.

Our original door was a multi-paned door. That particular size and design is no longer available. Hence a custom door. They spec’d and measured for a replacement. The new door arrived as planned. The installation was timely, meeting all of our expectations. Fit and Finish are spot on.

Brennan Enterprises installed an Anderson patio door. The door was delivered on time as promised and of very high quality: extremely heavy duty and gorgeous. The installers were fantastic, removing the old door and installing the new door in just one day, then cleaning up after themselves. I strongly recommend Brennan Enterprises for any window or door improvements!

The work done on my siding and window replacement was outstanding. It looks great and the replacement window s insulation value will save us money. The only real problem I experienced was that I was told 3 separate times that all materials were on hand and scheduled the siding replacement. 3 times they somehow discovered that they didnt have everything on hand. The siding replacement was finally done, and done very well.

We did a complete house window replacement as well as front door and patio sliding door with Brennan. We felt we got a very fair price for the high quality of the work. Not the cheapest but also not the most expensive by far. Installers were not only great and efficient but actually pleasant to be around and very responsive to any questions we had.

Since 2011 Brennan has installed Windows, French Door, Siding & Gutters. We continued to go back to Brennan because of their service and quality of work. Our neighbors asked us about our Windows installed in 2012 and they used Brennan for Windows, Siding, Gutters and Roofing. After seeing the job done on the siding, we went back to Brennan and had our siding and gutters installed in June 2018.The windows were awesome as it cut down on some of the outdoor noise and helped in heat and air escaping. We have a 40 year old home that need painting and instead we had siding installed. Really made a difference.I recommended Brennan to my sister for window installation and she loved the job they did.Cant say enough about the company and the personnel.

They were contracted to replace all of the siding and the wood on my house with Hardy Board. We have a large 2 story house.They came and gave and gave a very reasonable estimate. They had the siding made to our color choice and took 2 weeks to install it.They did an incredible job and cleaned up spectacularly. I could not have been more pleased.It was a good thing that I had the siding replaced in February as in August some idiot set fire to my hose. The siding blackened but did not burn. Saved my home. They Aldi did the replacement on the blackened siding. Again what a pleasure to deal with such a professional company.They get too marks across the board.

Love the look of the new windows as well as the excellent quality for a fair price. Frank in sales and Willy, the lead installer, were a pleasure to work with and were professional. The clean up after the installation was great. Customer service is courteous and responsive. Would definitely call them again and have already recommended them to others and will continue to do so.

I had new siding replaced on my home. Brennan representatives were very helpful and kept me informed of order for the siding. They installed in two days and hauled off all debris.I had a little problem with touch up paint that factory left. It didn’t match and really made my trim stand out like a sore thumb.But the General Manager reached out and repainted my trim and my house looks awesome.

These custom windows were manufactured in reasonable time and installed in one day. No mess. Professional and friendly installers. Definitely would use again if I have the need.

Im looking for a nice storm door and for it to be professionally installed. They wouldnt even talk to me because they want me to purchase a new (and not needed) front door. Guess business is great for them during these times. Wouldnt even have a conversation with me. Told me to go to Home Depot, buy, and install my own door. Seriously would think twice about using a company with such a poor attitude toward possible future customers. If this is not reflective of the company as a whole, then they need to get a new receptionist pronto!

We priced 5 different window companies during December of 2017 and Brennan had the best product and service for the dollar. They were so professional and easy to work with. The windows have been in for 2.5 years now and we have had ZERO issues! They are wonderful and work great. We are so pleased with the installation work and product itself.

Chose Brennan for my vinyl windows install because of their reputation for caring quality products and expert install. And the was totally my experience; expertly installed new vinyl windows to entire home and even reconnected security sensors included in price. Price was middle to all estimates but well worth the little more for peace of mind concerning quality product and install. Definitely recommend highly!

Contracted for 8 windows and 1 front door, including outside storm door. Pete the door guy and Garrett & Brody the windows guys were great: friendly, knowledgeable, and did first rate installations. Other than the fact you had new stuff, you wouldnt have known they were on-site as they all did a thorough cleanup when done for the day. Neal the sales guy was great too as there wasnt the pressure on me to either purchase or upgrade a purchase. The home office in Arlington was easy to deal with too. All windows they sell guarantee the argon gas and are guaranteed for life - this warranty is transferable as is the door warranty. Highly recommended.

Love the product and level of service. One downside was material was on back order due to Covid-19 which made the turn around time about 2.5 months. But it was well worth the wait. The screen door was well made and it closes very smoothly. Plus it cost us about $200 cheaper then from Home Depot.

In July of 2007, after evaluating various companies, I employed Brennan Enterprises to replace and install my original windows in my home withVinyl Energy Efficient Windows. Not only were they competitively priced, they did not try and sell me on the most expensive window units available at that time, but recommended products that they believed were sufficient and would meet the needs for my home. After selecting the window units for my home, they came out and measured and then had the manufacture custom build the windows for my openings. After the windows were manufactured, they delivered the windows on time and completed a perfect installation. In August of 2017, I needed a repair toone of my replacements windows; the manufacture honored their warranty for the replacement parts; and Brennan came to my home and made the necessary repair. As of today, January 21, 2020, I have not had any other issues with any of my other windows what so ever and could not be more pleased with my decision that I made in selecting Brennan for my Energy Efficient Windows!! Installer did a great job replacing an OLD door. The replacement door was top quality. He pointed out areas around the door that might need some work in the future and walked me through how he was modifying and fitting the door in the existing frame.

Everyone was exceedingly professional and polite. Kyle did hey terrific job of pointing us in the right direction, very patiently at that. The pricing is very competitive but to me, to get service like this, pricing is almost secondary. Great selection and follow through on promises make this a go to vendor, every time! Thanks! (I never give five star ratings, although they deserve it. There has to be room for improvement or people stop trying)

My wife and I shopped for windows and looked at all of the budget shops like Window World and others. You really have to do your research when selecting a company that provides great service with a great quality product. We had a budget in mind and Brennan was a little more than what we wanted to spend BUT, they answered yes to all of our wants for new windows when everyone else said we cant do that. I highly recommend Brennan and would use them over and over again for any window replacement jobs we come across in the future.
