Great customer service and very friendly

The back door to our business would not open from the outside. I contacted Metroplex exit doors, They had a replacement handle in stock and Victor was very helpful in explaining how I could fix it myself. Great customer service.

Not helpful at all. I door major construction for commercial and residential projects. They came out and measured the doors. They did not give a price or quote and said I would be contacted. Weeks of no call back or response to msgs or anything I finally called again and got someone. Then after a few words it turns out they dropped the ball and would not be able to help with doors or installation. This company is very unprofessional and dont know what they are doing. They send out a guy that cant even take a proper scope of work in order to come up with a wuote. They are just guessing and arent professional door people. Terrible business by Victor to tell a company they dont know what they are asking considering it was plain and clear. They are just not knowledgeable enough to do anything but minor doors and things. Not a good company ant all.

I am very particular about the way I like things done and I must say my expectations were exceeded. Punctual, professional, reliable and honest. I highly recommend.
