Place is so bad and they treat you so horrible in here.... They pay low low low prices and if you want to buy every thing is higher than snoop

Dont waste ur time.. found this to be the lowest paying pawn shop in town..

My husband recently purchased me a .22 Taurus handgun band new from this location. From the time he brought it home it has jammed continuously. We have tried several types of .22 bullets as recommended online. It jams back to back. We also read other reviews about the fire arm and found that this is a known issue. In addition to this gun he has purchased 3 other firearms from this location. When he went in and spoke with someone there they told him they said they would call their manager and see what they could do. Yesterday she called said she could give him half the purchase amount for the gun. This is unacceptable to me since the gun is less than a month old and has been jamming since day one. Not good business or customer service!!! We will not be returning to this location for anything. Lesson learned!!!

I usually have no complaints with this store but I picked up my computer from pawn yesterday and it had been dropped by one of their emploees. Took to best buy thinking I was doing something wrong it wasnt me. There is a huge dent on front and I tried to call last night no answer and have tried several times this morning with no luck it always rings busy. I am very upset.

Loads of stuff!! The staff are super friendly and helpful especially when you have questions about the item your looking to buy. Always wanted a violin and was tickled to see one! Having a great time learning to play. Easy to check out the weapons and put it on layaway. Definitely will be back!

Dont waste your time! There is no sanitation going on here whats so ever items are being handled by customers and placed right back in to cases for others to handle them later. No disinfectant being used on the entrance door or anywhere in the store. This could be considered a hotspot for covid-19.

That guy Glenn was very helpful, gave me the best price for my loan, and even recommended another pawn shop in case I thought I could find better. Needless to say, the other place didnt compare. I will be doing business with this shop from here on out.

Very nice workers here, they are nice to their customers and try to help you the best they can. Bought a laptop here and not even 2 weeks later, the computer locks itself, cant get past black screen or anything. Tried calling them back, but they let the phone ring and not answer. Not satisfied.

These guys go above and beyond to help their customers, Ive missed payments multiple times on many items here and the staff tries their best to work with you.

From a VCR to a dual cassette tape deck (both, for digitizing my older tapes before they degrade over time) to an electric guitar, an electric bass AND a speaker - PLUS a MFing Leo Sayer Greatest Hits CD, none of my purchases from the South Cooper CAP location over the past decade-ish has been a dud and all electronics still works great to this day. Im needing a new camera and plan to check this store out (today, in fact) before anyone else - obviously I highly recommend South Cooper Arlington CAP.I STILL need a few basic introductory lessons for that bass guitar, however ;)Thanks guys!

Never coming back here again. Young white chick very rude acting like we tried to sell her a broken Samsung Chromebook. Her dump self just didnt know how to used it right. Black dude I guess was the manager wasnt to bright either. Finally made us an offer which I felt was too low. Will be taking my business somewhere else next time where people know how to treat their customers....

Employees are very nice and helpful. And give good loans on items. Been doing business with this location for over a year now. Before the new system came along (begining of the year) they were willing to wrk w ppl. Now that the new system is in place they are not so willing anymore? Doesnt customer service come first seeing as i have been coming here for so long and i (DONT) go to other pawnshops. I was a loyal customer and im thinking maybe not so much anymore? Again the employees are great the system is not!

Worst experience ever, a white blonde dude got over on me and then tells me my earrings got lost even tho Ive been extending them... Worst pawn shop ever, no order at all... Will not be coming back !
