We have had the most wonderful experience with this company - they helped us through multiple bathroom renovations and their attention to detail was outstanding. Their installer Will took the time to check every detail/layout with us and explain to us (ahead of time!) when things wouldn’t work as we wanted because of our spacing/tile choices, so that we were well informed.We had one issue with a TEC grout color we chose - that didn’t install correctly - and Jimmie (the owner) spent days fixing the issue even though it wasn’t their error - he made it right at his own expense. Absolutely wonderful customer service.

Outstanding. We worked with them on tile for mudroom, multiple bathrooms, etc. They coached us through the process and did an amazing job. Attention to detail and artistry was top notch. Would highly recommend.
