I want to let the owners/employees of the Bar-B-Que Barn how much I appreciated their recent help with service on my Mosquito Magnets.They repaired the first one promptly and for a fair price. The second one had to make an extra trip back for which they paid for the return freight and repaired it with no questions asked! Very good service start to finish. Thank you.

These are great people. Ive filled my propane tank there many times. I have a Weber Genesis Gold. About 13 years old. Bought it in Indiana. It wasnt heating above 300 degrees. Called about it, and got the answer: needed to reset the regulator bypass. Completely, totally helpful. I would have been a sucker for a new grill. I will buy the next one there.

They are passionate about BBQ. Huge selection, FREE DELIVERY of fully assembled grill. I didnt even know that grills come in different colors. My husband went to Home Depot to save a little money and they couldnt find the grill for him, and we ended up wasting such valuable Weekend time. Just go here if you need anything grill related and their knowledgable team will hook you up.

An honest,real time,un biased review. This was my favorite bar b que spot here in Jacksonville. Being originally from Houston, I know my bar n que. They honestly have the best in town.Where my disappointment comes in is the fact that Im packing up and leaving going to eat elsewhere. Because we just had a roach crawl from my potatoe salad.My entire family was eating. My little girl seen it first, my two boys didnt.Where Im really upset and the reason for this review is when we brought it to our waitresses attention, she went to the manager, and came back and relayed that the manager told her she could remove my husband and my dinner from the bill. And she seemed unapologetic. Not to mention the manager didnt even come out.The waitress literally came over, said she would remove the two items, walked over to the computer ran the check for everything else and immediately brought us the bill.It was $38 And I tipped 15%. I got the boys their food to go and left.The lack of professionalism from the manager and lack of sympathy that we just had a roach crawl from the potato salad has me furious.Yes, it was a roach. They were aware when my daughter started screaming. And my wife killed it and showed it to the waitress.This just happened.
