They were responsive, courteous and showed up as promised to fix my gas fireplace. Quickly diagnosed the issue and had the part on hand. Very pleased with the service!

Wonderful experience with this company. Jeff especially. He went above and beyond to clean out our fireplaces and make them look like they did years ago. Plus he was extremely focused on all aspects of safety. I would highly recommend this company, especially Jeff.

Mark not only fixed the burner on our Weber Genesis grill that stopped working last year, but did an overhaul and thorough maintenance on all of it. It was a relief to have someone come to our home as the store where we bought it required we bring it to them and we had no way to do that! Grillmasters was great to deal with, prompt and good communication and reasonable pricing. We will call them again.

Scott did a wonderful job cleaning our 20 year old 6 burner stainless grill that was very dirty.... it now looks just about brand new !The only reason for the 4 Star was that he was 2 hours late due to providing extra service to a prior customer. Would definitely recommend this company....ask for Scott Campbell.

This company is a bunch of scammers. We paid for replacement grill parts. They were never installed and we have never heard from them again despite our efforts to contact them. BEWARE!!

I will say the cleaning was as best it could be, it was very dirty. I was satisfied with that part. The pricing was giving up front for two burners which is two knobs. I should have asked again prior cause he wanted to charge almost $100 over afterwards. Didn’t even get the grill rack cleaned, seemed it was more for ever part you clean. Figures they still clean it for the price, even if I buy one later. Either you have to send photos of grill up front to get an accurate price or ask before. Felt I was being played, he was nice about it. I just don’t like surprises special $100 surprise. Other than that, the cleaning was satisfactory, thx

The technician did an incredible job cleaning and restoring my outdoor stainless steel grill!

I was expecting better for the price. The technician did not do a good job cleaning up the mess associated with cleaning the grill. Plus, the grill ignitor has not worked since the grill has been cleaned. I left the company two voicemails asking to call me so I could talk to someone about my ignitor not working. The company has not returned either of my calls. I will use a different company next time my grill needs to be cleaned.

Had grill service and inspection done. Weeks of no communication, days of trying to get a hold of someone, or to get a callback. Someone (who the company apparently didnt even know) came back to finally replace the igniter (4 weeks later), find out the manifold needs to be replaced. So, what was the inspection for?? No communication after, no part found, no offer for even a partial refund on $400 grill cleaning.
