Absolutely the most disrespectful staff of any retail store, much less gun store or range I have ever been to. You’re in Texas. There’s a dozen better options (not to mention cheaper) than going here. Just avoid it. Go somewhere (anywhere) else.

Josh has the skills and knowledge of a wide range of expertise related to gun knowledge, laws, safety, and so much more. Excellent instructor and makes the courses safe yet fun for all. Highly recommend the experience provided for those interested in concealed carry, open carry, basics, to advanced training. Josh is your guy at the Arlington location.

I love SPB Arlington. I have the elite membership. I reserve a time online when I want to go shoot. There is no limt to how many times you can go shoot at the range. Most times I bring a buddy and its free. Ive never had a problem getting a lane or two to shoot. Ive ordered about 8 guns in the last year and had them shipped to SPB Arlington no charge because of my membership I get 1 free transfer a month. Took a free class to get my license to carry, because they offer 1 free class a month. Ive bought quite a few accessories from them as well. The employees are nice and knowledgeable. I love this place. I highly recommend anyone beginner or experienced to try it out.

The class was very informative when it down to the laws of carrying a concealed firearm. Also the instructor kept the class in engaged. Highly recommend for everyone even if the state doesnt require because it could keep someone out of legal trouble.

I was going to try this place out for something different but after looking at the Website it is $34 an hour for 2 shooters. I will be going back to Eagle gun range. They are $35 for all day for 2 shooters. Nice to be able to take our time and not be watching the clock.

I came into this location clueless and curious. Theo was so amazing he really took the time to thoroughly explain everything. He was nice and very knowledgeable. His service was genuine, exceptional and very appreciated. I tested a few models at the range. A lady (I didn’t get her name) with long hair in a ponytail, gave me some helpful pointers and was very nice also. My last interaction was with Nick, he observed and told me everything I needed to know to improve. Safe to say it’s across the board here. Everyone at this location that I encountered was sweet, genuine, professional and experts at what they do. I’m still amazed and can’t wait to go back.

Josh Dixon was our instructor for the day. He is really good at what he does. Former Marine, Gunsmith and Marksman. He is very engaging, and encourages participation and conversation during the class! Highly recommend for your next LTC Renewal or first timer. Hes really a great instructor. Had a great time.

I recently moved to the area and I had to find a place to shoot, pick up gear, buy firearms and/or receive firearms via transfer. Shoot Point Blank Arlington is the place. Im impressed with the service and friendliness of the folks that work there. Theyre knowledgable, professional, and courteous. The place is very clean and organized. Ill send email from time to time asking a question and I always get a prompt response. I appreciate that. I would highly recommend Shoot Point Blank Arlington.

I bought gun online at shoot point blank . The gun was shipped to the Arlington location pick the gun up on Saturday night went home realizing that gun did not have safe on it. So I called the Arlington location and spoke to two employees and they informed me I can bring back the gun get the one with safe on it. Went to store manager informed me they have email corporate to see if I can return the gun. So the manager call me back on Monday saying that they can’t switch out but can buy new gun for 290 but I payed 429 and still new. That crazy and they going resell it for same price.please be aware if you buying gun from them. Shop with them many of times and also did the gun beginners class so never had problem with them until now.

I always have a great experience at SPB Arlington. Bethany has come to know and greet me by name when I come to use the range. Emily is always friendly and knowledgeable when it comes to purchases. Angel is always showing me something new to speak my interest. And James always has a pleasant greeting and small talk no matter what I come in for. I love going somewhere where Im remembered, and appreciated.

I have been to this class before. And always enjoy it. Patricia is always nice and very willing to help us. Unfortunately I did not make the last class because we were snowed in.but I definitely plan on making it to the next one.

Ive been a member for almost a year now, and have no complaints. Their range is always clean and safe. Their staff always help answer any questions I have regarding their membership or products. What first brought me here was their CCL class. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. The RSOs are attentive but not obtrusive. They interact with those that need assistance and don’t hassle folks that appear knowledgeable and are observing/ practicing good gun safety.Decent selection of new/ used Guns and the restrooms are always clean 😁I enjoy practicing here and consider it as my “home” range.

First time here this range. staff is friendly, clean newer range i love all ranges new and old. A great selection of firearms, once I collect more ammunition I definitely would be back.

They are very nice, informative, and helpful. I love the free gun rental with a membership because it helped me decide which gun was the best fit. The helpful staff made the gun purchase, registration, and background check a simple and enjoyable process.

The only reason I wont give this place 5 Stars is because they fed me misinformation and had an employee deal with something they had no idea how to deal with. Other than that, Ive always had a solid experience. They arent the cheapest place to buy firearms and ammo but they arent the most expensive either.As far as the misinformation and such, I was told on numerous occasions that the Transfer Fee was $75. I explained I was getting a Silencer shipped to them from an online retailer. No big deal. They handle these types of transactions regularly. $75 was $25 cheaper than a Gun Shop closer to me so I decided to use their Service.After a few weeks of not hearing from the shop I ordered the Silencer from, they informed me that they have been trying to contact Shoot Point Blank (Arlington) for their SOT # so they can start the transfer to them. All said and done, it took approx 6 weeks total just to get the Silencer sent to them. Silencers already take a long time for the Tax Stamp approval as it is. This just added another 6 weeks for virtually no reason.About 5 months later, I finally get the call that the Tax Stamp has been received by then and I can pick up my Silencer. Great! I go over there, proceed to pay the Transfer Fee and its $125. Hmm, thats weird. So I ask if it changed between the start of this transaction until now. I was told No and that transfer fees are $75 but NFA Items are $125. So I paid $50 more just to drive further from my house because a few people failed to clarify this as I clearly told them what I was having transferred. What was I going to do, back out of buying the Silencer? Lol.I ended up using them for a Class and the instructor was great. So, to sum it all up, I dont use them for all my firearms needs but I could still recommend them for certain things.

Great experience every time! The package deals are at a steal price! Most of the staff are very knowledgeable and have respectful customer service!You can have a membership here, but cant shoot if you dont have a state identification or drivers license!!!! I cant get a NEW DRIVERS LICENSE until another few months, because of covid. Drivers license and identification card appointments are backed up! This place took my Veterans Identification card for several months, but now they cant.

The in-house LTC class and range qualification course is recommended both in information presented and in no-intimidation approach to teaching and firing at the range. I am in my 70s and volunteered, when asked, last time I had fired a handgun was about 1976 (with army 45), I was met with limited good-natured surprise by the instructor and classmates. The instructor kept an eye on me for a few rounds to be sure I was still comfortable with handling the Glock I had only recently purchased.

I bought my first handgun here today. It was a great experience. I’m a small female with some arthritis in my hands. Brenda was great! She worked with me to find a firearm that I was comfortable with and is a good fit for me. I look forward to taking some classes there. Very positive experience.

People working here are friendly and knowledgeable and always seem to be stocked with plenty of guns the gripe I have is I’ve quite a bit of money in this store over the last few months and the company wont a scope after buying scope and gun in the store

Long Review, Overall review at bottom.First of all I did not own a gun bag prior to shooting here, I flagged my barrels, opened the chambers and unloaded prior to entering, its obvious by the signs on the door that they want ALL firearms in a case/bag prior to entering, when I met with the associate at the counter, I believe there were 3 at the time, waiting to help customers, which is awesome. A nice woman with light blond/brown curly hair (wish i got her name) was very nice to me and my buddy who I went with, she politely informed us that because it was our first time being there they would allow it and I promptly asked what the cheapest bag was they had so I could return in the future, and not freak so many people out. She quickly walked me to the rack, pointed out a very affordable pit-bull case that would fit my AK-47 and AR Pistol both, for under $40, which was an awesome find, considering every other range I have been to rarely has cheaper options for cases.I went to the register, filled out my waiver, got my bullets (which were almost the same price or cheaper than wal-mart/academy), and checked out all in the same spot I needed to sign in for the range, it took less than 10 minutes to get onto the range, and we were assigned to number #16.Facilities: The range was super nice, well sound proofed, well maintained and was probably around the 70-74 degree range with A/c Blowing nice and cool, the floors were clean of brass and looked almost brand spankin new. The controls to my target were easy, fast, and smooth, my target never fell on the range and held on well with the speed of the machine. We had the range to ourselves to room to place our bags/guns was not an issue.The restrooms were clean, and well maintained, and I felt like I was in a restaurant instead of a Gun Range restroom. Water fountains and snack machines are also available with cash/card options.The Range Officer was originally a younger gentleman, who was very polite when I asked him a few questions about loading ammo out of the booth, and where I should take my firearms out of the bag, all of their rules are clearly stated on the wall but I was just walking in and the RSO was more than happy to explain SPBs specific range rules to me.After he finished up his turn on the range another nice but knowledgeable young lady was the RSO, who kept a good eye and was more than happy to also answer any questions we had, and neither of them seemed like they were lazy or didnt want to be there, they were actively monitoring both ranges, and doing a good job.The only thing I think SPB can improve on is making it clear on their website or phone that all weapons need to be in a case/bag, prior to entering. I had attempted to call, and was put through a long list of selections and attempted to find a Range and Store rule but there was not one. I could have connected to an associate and asked but did not.Also when I checked the website I did not see anything stating this.Overall: This company is doing an amazing job at running a novice-friendly range, keeping the place clean, and SAFE. Staff was freaking awesome and I will only be shooting here in the future, If I want to shoot trap or clays I can go to defender outdoors.I will never return to Alpine Range again after seeing how, SAFE, friendly, and affordable SPB was.Thank you guys and gals again for a memorable experience.TIP: Get a groupon, save a couple bucks on range fee.

Not a good experience so far. I called last week and an automated message stated no questions could be asked over the phone. So I stopped by the Arlington location and spoke to an employee regarding the handgun rental process. He answered my questions, I told him Id be back to rent and tryout what they offer. Today I called in and mentioned I was seeking to rent again and to confirm their availability. They confirmed availability and answered my questions again. I drove to the location and was then informed I would not be permitted to rent from them as I should have signed a waiver 24 hours prior to renting. Not once was the 24 hour requirement mentioned in any of the prior conversations. I wasted my time driving out here. I work long schedules and wont be able to return anytime soon. They relayed Id be able to shoot my own guns but not rent from them because its a suicide risk (what?). Should I return in the future I may change this rating, but as it stands I am sorely disappointed in the communication and service provided here.

My experience was excellent! I came here for a Private Lesson for my LTC and my instructor Mr. John Lee was absolutely amazing. He was very detailed and he gave me the confidence I needed to use a handgun. I would recommend this place to any first time shooter. You will enjoy the experience.

Im new to all of this and have tried to everything right before purchasing, like taking classes and trying different styles, but everytime I go in for help just not helpful. They act like because I dont know what the steps are I shouldnt be there. Its very off putting since Im trying to do the responsible things.

Great range! Staff is very friendly and helpful, good number of lanes and the store is well stocked, I was able to find magazines for my Shield EZ when every other place was out of stock.

Signed up for an range class at 7pm. I arrived at 7:02 They closed exactly at 7, the doors were locked. None of the employees respond to my knocking on the door, would make eye contact or communicate with me in anyway.

One of the safest, cleanest gun ranges in town. Prices are fair and they allow using your own ammo.

Update: I talked to the Regional Manager. He was able to take the return and I was able to purchase what I needed. The Assistant Manager was very friendly and handled it very quickly. I have been back since to use the range. fantastic range facility.The experience started off great, but as soon as I had an issue there was little to no help.I purchased a firearm yesterday evening. I discussed with the sales person the project that i was doing. We looked at different options and settled on one. When I got home I realized I purchased the wrong model. I went back the next morning to be told they couldnt do anything to help me. I asked if I could exchange for the right model and pay any difference and/or restocking fee. They said the only they could do is buy it back for Half of what I paid less than 24hrs before!! Still new in the box hasnt been shot or even chambered a round. The best they could do is tell me to sell to a friend.Very disappointed. After the initial purchase I was thinking I could do more business there in the near future. They turned someone who could have been a very loyal customer into someone who will never go back again.

Easy, professional and fast

Clean facility, very nice staff, good selection of guns and gear. Range is nice, maybe not as high tech as others Ive visited, but still very nice. I visited a couple of times before signing up as a member. Really like that membership is month-to-month so you have flexibility if things change.

Well, I ordered two handguns online 1/31/2020 and the status stated they were available in-house. I drive 3 hours to pick these guns up and they are not in stock. I asked about the ordered being canceled and they claimed it couldnt be done so Im totally taken by surprise when the financing company calls and says that it can be canceled if I wanted to buy locally. Im getting a voicemail that is full and cant except any more messages and here we are almost a week later on 2/6/2020 and I have yet to hear anything from anyone. One star rating is being nice.

The range fee alone is higher than Willie Nelson. $22 dollars?!? And if that wasnt bad enough they make you pay an extra $5 just to sign a waiver of liability.So you want me to pay an extra 5 bucks just to sign a piece of paper? What. A. Crock.This, combined with the slow service behind the counter was enough to make me walk out of here and never look back. First and only visit.

Ive been here a couple times as its right around the corner from my house. The staff is really nice and informative and theres plenty of lanes. Ive never had to wait for a lane when I go. Prices are little higher than average on firearms but I believe they price match. The $75 transfer fee is a no-go from me though.But for a local indoor range, I would recommend it.
