I was online on Saturday looking for vans.. I came across says Van from United access Gary the financial representative called me Saturday afternoon got all the paperwork done all the paperwork done by Monday By Monday I was approved I met destiny great person very friendl. Will definitely recommend this business to friends. Also this is a life changing event for my wife she has been bedbound for 8 years now we can go out and enjoy life together again

Very pleased with service and the van. Chase was extremely helpful and efficient. The transaction took place from a distance and everything was ready to go when I arrived. The van was in great condition and awesome! Having the van did wonders for my moms mood. It had been a while since she could get out. Will definitely use the service again. Thanks so much!

We have been to the Arlington location a couple of times, and found the staff very knowledgeable and very friendly. They have a good inventory of accessible vehicles in stock. And if you dont see what you want, they can get a vehicle from another location

Mike, Chase and Eric are three of the most knowledgable folks I’ve ever come across. They are courteous and incredibly helpful in the selection of equipment.And after sale service remains as pleasant as it was when I was in the market for my vehicle. They are the best I’ve come across in a market that caters to the mobility challenged.

Chase did a wonderful job at helping us!! I cannot remember the managers (I think) name, but he was great at answering my questions and making me feel completely welcome!! The van was clean, everything worked like a charm to and from my sons graduation & the weekend!! Thank you guys so much!!

I was in Ft Worth for a Wheel Chair Bowling Tournament and had an issue with my seat base. Mike Shipka came to the bowling alley and got me going again. AWESOME service!!

***Update 11/07/19***Its been almost two years since I had my first experience with this company. They are still amazing, front to back, top to bottom. Ive been working with Eric to have a lift installed in a different vehicle. Ive had several personal challenges during this time and Eric has been there to help as needed throughout the process.Still, I cannot recommend them enough.----------------------------------------------------------------I am from Colorado and the VA had a lift installed in my F-150 early this year. The lift worked, sort of… Since we were moving to Texas, I didn’t have time or the energy to get it fixed. When we got to Granbury (and settled in a bit), I started Google-ing shops. I came across your company in the north area of Dallas. I’m sorry, I forgot who I spoke with; however, he was very helpful. I told him I wanted to bring my truck in to get fixed. After he got my address, he told me he could save me a half an hour of driving if I went to the new shop. Getting around is difficult for me. So, I took the shorter ride.That is where I met Chase Bayer. Wow, what a professional. I was expecting an evaluation and then set an appointment. NOPE! He took it back, had it evaluated and fixed in about the time it will take me to finish this email. Chase was very nice to us and even apologized for the other shops… less than stellar service. If I could figure out how, I would love to post this to the Google reviews. However, even with a proper link that Chase sent me, I could not get it to work. Bad eyes and a frustratingly small attention span are going to be my doom!BTW, it appears your company has recently purchased the company I used in Denver! Congratulations and thank you! If you can fix that shop, you guys will have done the Denver area a great service. That area needs businesses run like yours here in Dallas, along with great employees like Chase and the gentleman in the northern Dallas area.SO THAT IS THE REVIEW I GAVE THEM IN 2017I had to take it back for some additional maintenance September 20, 2018. Now I get to meet Dwitt and Eric Danowski. These two guys were just as professional as Chase. So, I dont want to repeat everything I wrote for Chase. But I should.These guys are awesome. In order to get paid by the VA, you have to get approval ahead of time. The person at the VA who did the approval is out on vacation. Instead of waiting for him to returned to help me, they fixed my lift so I can get around again. Theyll work it out with the VA later.The level of friendliness, professionalism and truly caring for their customers is built in to this company. I could not recommend them any higher.

All I can say is Mike, Chase and Eric were absolutely outstanding people. They were extremely professional, courteous and friendly. They went above and beyond to help me find a lift for my oversized power wheelchair. Chase spent hours in communication to determine if my lift would work on my new 2018 Equinox. After putting on the lift, it was determined that there was no unit that would work because theweight of the hitch and lift was not acceptible safety standards. With all the hours in research and labor, United Access did not charge me because they could mot help resolve my situation. If anyone needing any type of hitch, lifts, hand contols or a handicapped access vehicle, United Access have these to offer. Thank you Mike, Chase and Eric for your hospitality.
