I procrastinated and needed an aftermarket air filter for my KTM 790R. Backordered through all suppliers locally. Called down to the lady in parts, cant remember her name. She was very quick and courteous, got my air filter shipped out and I received it 2 days later, due to her being urgent with it and taking care of it same day. Im very appreciative and will recommend to everyone.

Everyone was very helpful and friendly! They accidentally misquoted a price and offered to honor the quote when it was substantially lower than their cost. We didn’t accept, but you just can’t find that level of customer service. They love what they do and appreciate their customers and it shows! 10/10 will visit again!

A great shop that supports the racing community. They are very knowledgeable on everything from bikes to protective gear. Burt was awesome helping us find the right knee braces and spent time explaining the differences and how to fit them.

They seem like good people but the customer service just wasn’t there. Maybe it’s hidden mess with the reviews but I’d like some help when I have cash in my back pocket to buy a motorcycle and I’m being more than patient. Since it’s not that many dealerships in the DFW metroplex it might turn me off brand all together.

Not only were they efficient and knowledgeable and inexpensive. They were very accommodating. I wish ALL shops were conducted this way.

Very pleased with the sales and service of SLM Racing/KTM of North Texas. I purchased two KTMs from Todd and was treated very well. My dealings with parts and service has also been a good experience. I returned to riding after a 30 year lay off and Todd helped me rebuild my vintage racer and get me involved in TVRC. Appreciated his personal attention. Most recently, I had poor service from another area KTM dealer and when their work failed, I took my bike to SLM for a second opinion and service. Todd identified and rectified the issue at a big savings over what the other dealership wanted to correct their initial error. Was my mistake in using a nearby dealership over what I knew was a trusted dealership that was a little bit more of a drive. Live and learn. Always give SLM the opportunity to sell you a bike, get your parts and accessories or service your motorcycle.

I was searching for a part that I couldnt find anywhere in the U.S., and KTM wouldnt have the part until May. Low and behold...Straight Line Motorsports had the part. Chris in the Parts Department, was awesome, great customer service. Im so grateful they were so helpful. My son will be able to continue the race season!

So far a great dealer experience.I bought a new 2020 Sherco 250 SE Factory and there was a mess up on the paperwork.The finance charge % was a bit higher than I agreed on. I didnt notice that until the next day.On Monday before I had a chance to call them Bert called me and explained that the % was wrong.He redid the note paperwork and corrected it for me w/o asking.They also gave me the 30 minute how to on installing the JD Jetting kit on this particular bike.So far great dealer. I drove about 45 miles to get to them and would do it again.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TRASH!DONT BUY HERE!My 250SX has an active recall that they say was serviced at another dealership. The front wheel spokes are all coming apart, thats the defect. Although it was serviced at the other dealership, its still a problem, apparently. Ive never had issues with any other bike but this one. Clearly its a problem but the dealership wants to say theyre not responsible and refused to replace the wheel because its routine maintenance to check the spokes, right but why isnt my rear wheel spokes falling apart?? My front wheel is still defective and just because it was already serviced doesnt mean the problem does not exist. So Im left with a bike that is fkd and I will have to replace the wheel myself.

Bert and Todd at SLM are awesome dudes. Always willing to answer any questions and they go the extra mile for their customers. I’ve been going here for a couple months now there prices are super competitive even compared to online, and they do things to support their customers. Just today I was having some issues with my bar mounts at the track and needed some new ones. They close at 3:00 on Saturday I called at 2:30 not knowing that and they stayed open almost an entire hour longer just so I could get the parts I need to ride tomorrow. No other shop or dealership will ever get my business again, I’m loyal to SLM now!

I rode up out of no where, and when I pulled up the guys were helping someone who had just dropped off two bikes for service and the shop lifts were full. I explained my situation (missing a bolt that holds up my oil tank) they found me bolt and lent me the tool to reinstall it. Upon the reinstallation of the bolt I found my oil tank had stripped threads. They drilled and repaired my oil tank on the spot and got me back on the road.

Man, my kind of toy store! They had everything I needed IN STOCK. Incredibly friendly staff. Extremely knowledgeable and treat first time customers like they are important and let you know you are appreciated. Pricing was actually better than ONLINE! Part was shipped on Saturday and I received it on Monday at my residence in PA. Very fair and honest! Took bike to have repaired at another KTM dealer (Grapevine) and felt their quote was not fair. Told them not to do repair and took it to KTM of North Texas. They repaired bike in a coupe of hours and Where $740 cheaper!!!! I live in Keller and was trying to find an honest place to get repair work done that was closer to home. Lesson learned! Worth the drive to get honesty!

Called ahead of time letting the assistant know I was coming to purchase a bike around 11 ... 11 o’clock I went to the dealership to look at the selection and waited for approximately 27 minutes without a salesman present. Asked the guy at the front desk for a salesman and he assured me one would be there to assist. Waited another 10 minutes and took my business elsewhere.

Best all around dealership experience I have ever had, period. I purchased a new race bike for my son and brought his practice bike to them for a mechanical problem I had not been able to solve. They knew I was driving in from 5 hours away and had everything set up when I arrived. I left with a new KTM SX, repaired repaired KTM SX, parts I needed for other bikes, and several new sets of custom graphics. If you want to experience excellent customer service AND actually go somewhere that maintains a big parts inventory, motorcycle inventory, AND makes custom graphics on site, then SLM is the place to go. Stopped by to grab a small bit for my clutch perch and asked them to take a quick look at a radiator issue on my 350XC-F. I walked in not long before closing and never once felt rushed or pressured, I ended up leaving with exactly what I went there to get. Im new to the area and after everything was done, and past closing time, they took the time to write me a list of about 15 different places to ride. Great experience and will definitely go back.

This is the best dealership I have been to. They dont try to stick thousands of dollars in fees on a bike when you buy it, and they take very good care of their customers. I recently thought my brand new Duke had a fuel leak. They picked the bike up at my house, inspected the whole bike, and filled up the gas tank. After all that they charged me $0! If you need to buy a motorcycle, buy it from this dealership!

Listen, I dont have a motocross bike but Ive come to KTM of North Texas with numerous questions about my 82 Yamaha xs400s, from getting knobby tires for the cafe racer build to finding a very specific seal for the front drum brake. Todd, Brad, and honestly all the staff at KTM are FAN-FREAKING-TASTIC!! Their level of energy and assistance to their customers is worth so much more than a thank you!! This build would have me stuck if not for you guys!
