This was the only place that had a unit in the size I need for a reasonable price. I wanted prepay my unit in advance for up to a year, I expected that to be somewhat of a hassle, especially doing it over the phone. Im horrible with names but I believe the lady who helped me over the phone was Claudia and she was fantastic! She was friendly, personable and professional. She walked me through the steps and we got everything done quickly, without a hassle and she was absolutely great and told me everything I needed to do and what to expect. Shortly after getting off the phone with Claudia... I believe Audrey called (Im so horrible w/names), the manager of the facility of which Im renting my unit. She was just as fantastic as Claudia was. She processed my payment quickly and explained everything I needed to know. She was very informative and helpful!I am very pleased with my experience with Extra Space Storage!

Im so happy I found Extra Space and that is was close to where I will be moving. I was moving from a different state, and needed a shorter term storage situation. The prices were reasonable and from what I could see the units were clean and well-kept. What made my experience so positive was the guidance I received from Aubrey.I was unsure about some details of unit leasing and gave her a call. Not only did she answer all of my questions, but she asked me about my situation and ensured that I received the best deal. I have rented storage units before, but Aubrey took the time to send me pictures of the specific locks and answer questions about various rates/billing.Once I got into town and to the unit, I was happy to say her instructions were clear and accurate. The unit was clean and everything was as she described - no surprises. I appreciate her making this part of my interstate move streamlined!

I have been a customer using Extraspace storage off 287 in Mansfield for over a year. Units were in a controlled environment,which was great. Extra Space Storage has an easy online check in. Our unit is one that we can access 24 hours. Every time we rent with Extra Space Storage, there is always something unique with each particular unit. We have been so pleased with the other two rentals and also this current rental. The facility is always clean and free from debris. The units have always been clean. Anytime you have a question, the caretaker has always been able to give personalized service to help you. There is always surveillance and security cameras, for your items to be stored and while you are on the premises. I highly recommend renting a unit from Extra Space Storage.

On Tuesday, Sept 17, 2019 I had car trouble. This business was the closest thing I could find to pull over. I met a wonderful lady named Carla Warbington. Not only was she kind and helpful but this storage place was so clean and organized. In a crazy world its nice to know there is still good people like her. Seeing how helpful Carla was, I knew exactly where I was going the next time I needed any moving supplies or storage, People check it out. Its convenient too. Right off the 287 freeway.

Very Satisfied with the customer services in that store I recommend that space storage.

I visited Store #1620 at 8111 us 287 and got some information on their storage units. I shopped another storage facility and just had to return to this location. The Customer Service Rep Shae was extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. Everything was explained to me and I was then shown a clean, well lit 10x10 unit. The keypads were very well explained made easy to understand. Shae is just an upbeat employee and earned and deserves a great rating for her service and as a representative of Extra Space Storage. Disclaimer, I am not an employee nor a friend. My day was just made easier than I anticipated by the whole operation.

Carla and DJ were very friendly and courteous and made renting a storage unit simple and easy! They explained everything I needed to know without wasting my time! Great price too! A very pleasant experience!

I reserved a unit online, and within minutes, Amy from the property contacted me to discuss details of the rental process and ensure that my storage needs would be met with my unit. I went to the property and was greeted warmly by Amy in the office. We promptly looked at the unit, which was clean and well-kept. Then we went to the office to fill out paperwork, which took only about 5 minutes. Very fast and helpful service. Im glad I chose Extra Space Storage for my storage needs.

My first experience in storage needs has been great! Karla has a can do attitude and delivers great customer service. The grounds of the property and the storage units themselves are spotless. Cameras everywhere that provide a sense of security for my valuables. Love that there is a flat bed dolly to help move your items provided within your building.

I just finished renting a storage unit from Extra Space and it was by far my favorite place to ever store my belongings at!
