Sprinkler system backfllow test: Wasn’t sure how this appt was going to turn out because it began 3+ hours after the time we’d been given. Their office gave us hourly updates and we decided that waiting was better than rescheduling even though they offered (some jobs just can’t always be predicted re time needed). We received a text/photo of the repairman when he was on the way here. **The important part of this review is that we couldn’t have asked for a nicer person to be our technician! Brent was genuinely courteous and he was thorough in explaining what he was doing and why. He was patient and professional. My husband is still saying, “what a nice guy”!
