I have recently stumbled upon this thrift store a couple of months ago and it is such a great find! Emily the manager is so educated on all their inventory and has such great customer service skills. She really has a great sense of fashion as well. If you are stopping by this store and need help finding certain items to match an outfit or anything..... ASK FOR EMILY.

Ive recently discovered this consignment shop and Im so happy I did! The owner Lori is lovely and her staff is amazing as well. The selection of clothing and housewares is great as well as the prices. I like that they support local artisans as well. If I could give 10 stars to this shop, I would!

Very nice selection and decent items...prices are far too high in my opinion. $75 for lightly used Nike shoes...might as well buy new for $100. You can find occasional good deals but you really need to hunt for them. There are other thrift shops with much better prices.

This is my favorite thrift store in Asheville. They have beautiful brand name clothing and accessories at great deals! They are super nice and helpful. They also carry items from local artists of all kinds. I definitely recommend this consignment store! You wont be disappointed.

I usually stop by the consignment shop on Patton and this shop is closer to my house so I figured I’d give it a try. It’s in a convenient location, prices are fair but the staff are not very friendly they don’t seem to enjoy their job as much as you would think but it was around 5pm when I was there and they close about 6pm so maybe they wanted to close early. I would consider going back but at least I know what to expect when it comes to customer service.

I go here all the time. New consignments come in daily. Lori is a very nice person and the store is always so neat and tidy. Cashiers are very polite and helpful. Very nice place to shop.

Surprised to see so many bad reviews.. consignment is not Goodwill nor should you expect it would be. I have been consigning and shopping here for 10+ years and I have never had a bad experience here. I think Lori does a fantastic job both ways.

The store is filled with junk you can’t even walk in the store the racks are to full you can even look in them, and the stuff looks like it came from goodwill I also saw clothes that were brought from Dollar General with tag still on them in the store. Also the girls behind the counter are not happy I even over heard the owner talking down to them like they were dirt and making them cry. Also saw that the owner and the other girls standing behind the counter talking about Starbucks while the either girl was out on the floor working. If I could give this place no stars I would, on just the way the owner was talking to those girls Was so wrong you don’t do that out on the floor in front of your customers!

Their way too expensive on their clothes Platos closet is a much better place to go and its call brand name

Attentive staff. Clothes are in good condition. Selection is good for adults and children. We have been shopping here for years and get amazing deals. It makes me feel good to be reusing clothing and reducing waste.

My opinion is it was too hi for used goods. When you can go buy new at Wal-Mart. But it is a thrift store and can possibly get name brand items for less. They do have sone kinda colored tag sale, where you get a percentage off the tag. Just not interested in trying to figure out what price maybe. I say just orice it for what you want if it gets bought good if not. 😒

Great place to shop for clothing, jewelry, household goods, furniture...and more! Always find something I need/want at affordable (and most often, discounted) prices. The staff is friendly and helpful. Love that they carry items from other local, small businesses. Also a great place to consign your unwanted items and make some extra cash! Plenty of parking...easy access from New Leicester Highway. If you havent already visited...definitely need to check it out!

This store has a lot of stuff in it lot of selection just nothing I would personally want to buy. Prices are moderate not great. Definitely Consignment prices. Staff is really friendly thats always a plus!

My wife and I go here regularly. Sometimes we find clothes with the tags still in place. They only take clothes that are in excellent shape. I bought a pair of fannel jeans for $16! We have also taken our clothes and get some money to put on our new purchase.

It makes me uncomfortable that theres no way of knowing if my items sold or not, or what they donated and if they really donated it.Also, I have never once encountered a smiling, happy employee there.As a shopper, I would say they have good prices and good selection, but again, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Great location, while husband washed our car i walked over. Clothing racks jammed full. Couldnt really look at what was there.not enough space for all the merchandise. Thought the used clothes was way overpriced. Still bought a few things. Probally wont stop back in.
