When I visited they was two ladies in the office one with excellent customer service,by the name of Karen..the other not so much.She stayed on the computer also had a laptop out on top of the desk,watching movies and was on her cell phone. While the other one was running around the whole time making sure I was taken care of. Overall, they have what you come in for, and quickly so you can get in & get out.
