Ericka and Ryan were amazing! They were super friendly and super helpful. I went in for one new hat and left with two! Ericka helped put personal touches on one of the hats which made the difference for me. Definitely plan to visit again in the future to continue expanding my hat collection. Products and service are excellent! Look forward to my next visit to PCM and working with Ericka and Ryan again in the future!

I have always wanted to feel like I could pull off the look of a suede, wide brimmed hat but it has just never happened for me. Until….. I walked into the Goorin Bros store within Ponce City Market and I had the pleasure to encounter Ericka. Not only did she provide unparalleled customer service by way of her welcoming nature, attentiveness, and knowledge, she also helped me believe that I could own the look of wearing one of these hats. She was absolutely wonderful and I hope that her value to that store is appreciated and rewarded as deserved. I cannot wait to wear my hat and feel like a freakin rock star. Thank you Ericka!! :)

As soon as I walked in, one of the associates put a hat on my head and started putting feathers into it. It was a super cool and memorable experience. Lovely store with some really cool hats. They were out of my budget so I didnt buy anything unfortunately but if youre in the area, stop in even if you dont want a hat! You might change your mind after seeing yourself in one haha.

The young lady in the store was unfriendly and always asked any question with one word answers. The young man in the store just stared and didn’t acknowledge the awful customer service I was receiving. Great brand but will never shop there again.

I’m a big fan of Goorin BrosBut this location was not a very pleasant visit.I asked the woman a question .She kept answering me with one word answers and she was on her phone more than she was helpful.I have purchased a hat at every location in the US but the store I refuse to buy it from the store.It’s a shame because I was hoping to complete my collection.But now I will have that gap I appreciate it thanks a lot.

A gorgeous rush comes from walking into what feels like a millinery from days gone by. This store has beautiful hats for many different tastes.

I actually purchased a few hats last year from this particular location. I visited the location a few weeks ago and the Sale-man got mad that I was helping another customer pick out a hat for a friend of his... While I was trying on a Hat, I pulled my mask down to see how the hat fixed my face.. and the Salesman snapped his fingers at me like a dog... I corrected him but won’t visited that location again !!!

Love the hats in this store, but my wife and I drove an hour from our home just to go to this store on Sat. a little after noon to buy a hat for me to wear to the Kentucky Derby. The store was empty when we arrived and the 2 people working there could not have been less helpful. They did not offer to help me find my size as I tried on different hats. It took both my wife and I to get the hats down, pull the large out of the stack and try it on. At one point one of the non-helpful staff criticized us for not re-stacking them properly. As I dont work in a Hat Store I dont know how thats done and how about you get the large down and hand it to me to try on rather than just standing behind the counter watching. When I finally found the hat I wanted, they did not have my size (not their fault) but they told me I would have to call the store in California after it opened to order it. I went home and very reluctantly after my recent shopping experience ordered it online. We really felt like they wanted us to leave the store.

A pleasant experience all around.Employees were friendly and helpful. When I couldnt find the hat I wanted in my size the saleswoman offered to order the dame hat from a store in Dallas, the shipping was free and took only four days to arrive. When it did arrive I was suprised to see a nice little rote bag to transport the hat in.

I absolutely love this place, and they literally have the best hats in atlanta. I was shopping at another hat store here downtown Atlanta, and decided to google hat stores last week. I came across Goorin brothers and when I went to the hat store this past Wednesday. I FELL IN LOVE! JESUS CHRIST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I bought 4 hats, and Danny is my new (bestie)! He just don’t know it yet! Lol He was soooooooooooo helpful, full of life, funny, and HE KNOW HIS HATS. He can tell you the years, makes, fabrics, and everything from top to bottom which is amazing. He is now officially my (HAT EXPERT)…………………… I’ve been buying hats for years, and the knowledge that he gave me was unbelievable. I’m like omg! All of these years, I never knew any of this stuff. I bought all kinds of feathers to put in them as well, and I’m going back on tomorrow to pick up another one! Jesus take the wheel! I’m addicted! I have one favorite fedora hat that, I wear 24/7, but I have a nice hat collection. It’s just this one fedora hat, I wear non-stop. BUT NOW! HUNTY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have bought hats at Bates in London and Paris Hatters in San Antonio, but with the arrival of Goorin Bros at Ponce City Market, I no longer have to travel to find quality hats and a great staff!!!

I used to be a big fan of Goorin, but in recent years they have stopped making the styles I like and their prices have risen quite a bit.
