Fantastic service experience. Courteous diligent team members. Wide variety of selections within each sport. Team leader Reno particularly was outstanding. He keenly listened and understood the specific details and needs for my customized hat product, and was knowledgeable and patient to explain options within design and color way and embroidery. He absolutely delivered a perfect outcome product and exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend this location and team.

Sharmin was very helpful with me making my decisions for my snap backs hats…she has great customer service an was very patient with me while I was making my decisions for which hats to purchase…I will definitely be back

Worth waiting in line to get in. Helpful staff had what we thought we needed and held it for us after we called in the request. Needed to do a size exchange and that went super smooth. We joined the Lids family and will enjoy that benefit for future discounts. Sports fans will like this place

Exceptionally small store within this large multi-level mall.  With COVID-19 precautions the requirement for limited people inside a store should give way to better discretion, especially when youre with a family of three & they only accept two people inside the store at a time.

I was raised to like everything inside of Atlanta. So I been looking for some new hats and I have been unsuccessful in my search I have even turned to the internet with no luck. But the Lids here at Lenox Square had what I wanted.

A hat shop with only baseball caps. I wish they had more variety. I was looking for a bucket hat. They only had 2 in the whole store.

I went here to pick up something I left the other day. There’s was a girl at the door who screamed we are closed at 7PM. She refused to hear what the reason to enter was. Just to pick up a left item. Totally rude encounter.
