I normally dont leave reviews for things like these but this company was outstanding. Their prices were Fair, Pablo, Juan and Athanasio were fantastic. Not only did they install the TV as requested, they helped me remove the ones that I needed moved... they hid the cord inside the walls professionally. The end result, My Samsung Frame TV 65in looks OUTSTANDING... they had to come back within a very short turn-around time for a second job... They were never late, and always kept their word. This is a company that has integrity and I will surely use them many more times. Thank you Pablo. You have a lifetime customer.

Pablo and his men did a great job on our theater room,… providing and installing all of our TVs,…as well as security cameras on our new home.His men were always punctual, always cleaned up, and were always helpful and informative.We decided to go with his largest theater package and are extremely pleased with the quality. It could not of been a more smooth and exceptional experience working with Atlanta TV Install. Overall, very professional and organized. Pablo helped schedule an appointment for me on the phone. Juan and his colleague arrived 30 minutes early (A+). In under 1 hour, 3 new HDMI cables were run behind the wall and a new 65 TV mounted above the fireplace. I would most certainly work with Atlanta TV Install for any future needs. Note to future customers: It took under 1 hour because there was already a mount on the wall and an existing HDMI Cable pathway behind the wall.

One of the best companies Ive ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They responded almost immediately. They installed the very next day and brought the TV and all equipment. I didnt have to do anything. Installation was flawless and they even moved an outlet and some wires for me. Samsung Frame TV looks amazing (The wall holes in the attached picture are for another project, not them). Also, I accidently overpaid (100% my fault) and they refunded me the same day.

There was a little delay in the techs arrival time but then I got to see the attention to detail of Ata and Juan. Listen, they are worth a delay and the wait. They did work nobody else in Atlanta would do. I called many places and nobody would touch a thermostat I needed to move over to mount the TV and still have access to it. They did. We encountered some unexpected problems in doing so and the guys worked tirelessly for several hours to resolve it. The next day, when I thought the problem was on my unit and they wouldnt be able to fix it, Ata and Pablo himself (the owner) showed up and solved it in ten minutes having researched the problem overnight. The finished product was good, reliable, clean, really really would recommend again. Maybe it wasnt perfect but man if they didnt work around a million problems (not their problems, my buildings) well. A+

Called them and they were out the next day. In and out in a couple hours. Did two installs - one above a tiled fireplace where the install looked tricky. Job was done perfectly and they cleaned up behind themselves - not a speck of sawdust. Can’t say enough good things.

Did a good job, but I they overcharged for the work he did, and then they didn’t send me a receipt. It’s probably my fault for not discussing price beforehand, should have clarified how much he would be charging me. 175 to mount a tv and install a new outlet is fine. But then I got charged 175 for another tv that already had an outlet behind it. So just paid for the mounting. I had three TVs done at the same time, and Looks like they decided to take advantage of that and the fact I didn’t discuss price, and overcharged a few hundred.

After no response from the original installer of our Home Theater System and other companies, we found Atlanta TV Install. Pablo and his team have been great! We needed a new 75” TV along with a universal remote. Pablo gave us a great price and got it installed within a couple of days. It works better than the original TV along with our surround sound speakers. It’s better than ever. We were so impressed with the job Pablo and his team did that we also had them instal a Nest doorbell that we are also very happy with. We have found our company to call for all TV and Home Theater. We will recommend Pablo to anyone needing these services.

Extremely satisfied with our selection. The owner Pablo and his crew were very knowledgeable and helpful when helping us select what worked for our house. We were looking for either a big screen TV or a projector for our basement. We weren’t sure what would be best choice money wise. I JUST had ANOTHER amazing job done by the guys at Atlanta TV Install. They previously did my ultra-clean hi-tech high-rise in west midtown, and now they came and installed 4k TVs and gaming systems in our house here. One was a great big 65 over our fireplace. Great clean job, cleaned up well, no drywall damage. They were able to supply any missing mounts, cables, and power extenders. It was amazing how they could get the wires through our existing walls with seemingly no issue. Will use again.

The only reason I gave them 4 stars this time is because there was some confusion with the first scheduled appointment. But they did an AWESOME JOB with both installs. They are quick and clean. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! They installed my home and business cameras after a couple of months they stopped working. I have called him on several occasions to come out and fix them. I Made the Appointment he never showed up. I called and texted he would only read the messages but wouldn’t respond. I dialed from another phone, he answered. He said he would come at a certain time. Never showed up, he said to wait for rain to get lighter. Finally stopped raining have called several times and NO answer. Please save your time and money. I’m surprised this company is still in business.

Atlanta TV Install is an absolutely incredible service! The two lovely gentlemen who mounted three televisions for us (one of which they had to drill through a stone fireplace) were the epitome of professional, efficient and extremely friendly as well. From the initial phone call to the actual installation, they made the entire process super easy. I cant recommend this company enough if you want top-notch, quality work done quickly.

I hired this company to mount my tv above fireplace and specifically asked for the wires to be put inside the wall. They showed up mounted the TV lower than requested, and told my husband it was not possible to conceal the wires. They recommended we get a wireless cable box from the cable company. They did put an outlet on the wall where you can see it from the left side and it looks awful. But all the cable wires hang down. And We still had to pay the same price.I called Pablo who I felt was very rude and he told me that my husband said we didn’t need the concealed wires because we were going to get a wireless box. Complete lie! I wasted $175 with this company. After being rude, he said they would come fix it. However we decided we do not want them in our home again. NEVER again. And by the way Pablo, the cable company does not have wireless boxes. You have to buy your own at Best Buy which is why I hired your company to hide the wires. Worst company ever.

I had a really good experience with Pablo when he originally installed my video surveillance system. It was a difficult install, but he did an outstanding job and when I bought my new house, his crew did an amazing job with my entertainment system. Did great work for me. Had another technician in who was unable to complete the job and referred me to Atlanta TV Install, who was able to mount my TV over the fireplace, run all cables through the wall, including for the sound bar, installed a new electrical outlet to serve the TV and sound bar, and cleaned up some issues left over from the previous owners. Very fast turnaround, good pricing (even gave me a discount because the mount itself was already on the wall), and professional personnel. Would definitely call again!

I checked with three other installation services, with two not getting back in touch and one telling me it would be three days before they could get to me. A friend suggested Atlanta TV Install and I called, reached the owner immediately and within an hour two skilled, polite and neat professionals arrived. They solved problems, worked steadily, and responded to my need for technical support. If my experience is any indicator, you cant get a better installation provider than this one.

These guys are the best. I called yesterday and they were able to come out the next day. They fished an HDMI cable through the wall for my already mounted TV - Now no wires in sight. Awful and unprofessional. We had a pre scheduled appointment at noon, at 1230 still no one here so I call and Pablo was confused and said someone would be here closer to 1. 1:30 rolls around no one shows up still so I call and he ignored my call saying he couldnt talk right now. No one ever came. Not everyone can sit at home all day waiting for you to maybe show up. Dont recommend this company if you value your time.

Highly recommend this company. Installed a flat screen tv on a field stone fireplace. Discussed options before the job began. They would have installed the mount that I had purchased. However, after looking at the installation site, it was determined that the standard mount would be as effective. Very clean installation. This is.the third time we have had the pleasure of using the service of ATL TV Install and each has been fantastic. Quality and value are the best descriptive terms for this group of friendly,efficient,and dependable TV installers/electricians. We have used them to install both indoor and outdoor power supply and mount TVs. We have asked them to hide the wires and leave no trace and each time they did a fantastic job. This was my second time using this company. I chose them based solely on my previous experience. This time was not equal to the first. The installer broke the bracket on my original tv stand and attempted to cover it up. I noticed it prior to then leaving, brought to their attention and he lied about it until I reminded them it was brand new (the box was still in the living room) and hw and his counterpart removed it before mounting it in the wall.He said that they come across these brackets all the time and would contact me with a replacement bracket, this never happened. I have been waiting since November of 20119. I placed a follow call and was advised to text a picture of my bracket but never heard back.Needless to say Im unhappy and no longer trust this company and am unable to recommend their services. Mistakes happen, but to take no accountability, be dishonest and dismissive of a sign of poor character and poor business practices.

This team is great (A+) when it comes to installation of televisions and home theather equipment. However, the customer service is a (C-). I was waiting two hours for an appointment before I received a call they were running behind. I also had a follow up appointment which Im still waiting on 3 weeks later, which I have followed up on personally with owner. My recommendation if you need a one time delivery of AV install they are good, if you are needing any follow up I recommend going else where for your services.

These guys are incredible. Lucas and Ranno came to my house when I have having issues with installing a new stereo receiver. Nothing was working: TV, Stereo, DVD, etc. These guys are awesome. Scheduled appointment for 430pm on August 30, 2019. Installer never arrived and never called to inform me of an arrival time. I contacted the company and they stated that they were running late and would arrive at 630pm. The caller also stated that he would contact me when he was within 45 minutes of arrival.Technician never arrived or called. I attempted to contact the company and left a message on August 31, 2019 and never received an update or a return call.

Daniel met with me after hours to have two TVs mounted and installed. I called on a Tuesday and they were there on Wednesday afternoon. The total install time was approximately 3 hours based on the fact that I have an older home and Daniel had to work through some obstacles, however he got the job done and it was seamless. The install team was able to hide all wires to my specification and we now have two custom mounts that we have received multiple compliments on! Thanks Atlanta TV Install!

Worst company I have ever dealt with! I called and booked an appointment for an estimate after having them come over to mount a tv.Pablo told me he would have someone over on Wednesday between 3-5. Nobody showed so I ended up calling on Thursday to see what the deal was.I had to track them down multiple times and was told I would get a call back within ten minutes which never happened.I am obviously going with another provider in the future. It’s almost like the company thinks they are way to good for money. Is this really how you run a business.I never write bad reviews but I have to let anyone reading this know my story. Stay away from this company as it is not worth your time or money.Horrible customer service and extremely unorganized.

I definitely recommend this company ! I had an excellent service. I recently moved to another house and I needed to move all my TVs and cables. But I forgot to setup something before my moved. One of my friends recommended Atlanta tv install, I called them a day before my moved and the owner Pablo was very helpful, he told me they were booked that day but he went above and beyond to make a next day apoitment possible. Don’t use this company! Owner Pablo will not honor his agreements. He installed and wall mounted a 65” TV for me and never left the parts.. as soon as they left. I asked for the Manual and the parts. He promised to drop them off. This was back in August. I had explained we would need the bottom legs or stands as we will he moving and will not be mourning in the wall. Well, after several months of calling and texting and lies on his part.. today the movers came and picked up the TV. I called him today and no answer and no response. I have always judged companies by the service they give after they make the sale. I spent over $4,000 with this company and now I have to go buy parts for a new 2018 TV. Terrible service. Stay alway and go with Best Buy or any national brand.

They got out the next day after my initial estimate request that i put in online through their website. They are very Professional and they did an excellent job mounting my TV above the fireplace and running all the wires so they are unable to be seen. I found that the price was very reasonable for the exceptional quality of their work, very detailed from start to finish. The wife was happy and shes not easy to please. lol. Super disappointed. I called on Tuesday and made an appointment for tomorrow. I explained to the lady that we live about two hours from Atlanta and asked if they traveled that far. She told me yes, that was no problem and quoted me $175-199. Today, she texts me asking for my address to confirm my appointment and texts back that I am two hours away and the charge will now be $325. I explained that she told me on the phone that it was fine and that I was super disappointed because I needed to have the TV hung this week and now I would have to try to find someone to come last minute. She never even responded.

Had the guys come do a 2 TV install. They had to mount over the fireplace which I am not comfortable doing myself. Turned out to be the best decision to go with Atlanta TV Install. They managed to hide all the cabling and the cabling they couldnt hide, they nicely wrapped and zip tied to look clean. Will be calling them again today to do another install of a soundbar.

Atlanta TV Install came and set up tvs in our bar and now we get more business than ever! People are constantly coming in for game days. We don’t know what we were thinking not having tvs. Atlanta TV Install made them really easy for us to use.

The excellent work Carlos and Ricardo had done so far was going to get them a solid A but then I noticed they were measuring up from the baseboard to make certain the new outlet covers would match the height of the existing. My rating went to an A+! This was 4th TV I have had wall mounted. Used two separate companies in the past. Certainly wish I had used Atlanta TV Install for those other installs. Number 1, I would have gotten a better job and number 2, I would have saved some money. As close to perfect as you could get!

I called Atlanta TV Install to complete a fairly large home theater project in the basement of our new home. We really didnt know where to start, because some of the work had already been done by the previous owners, but we still needed someone to come out and tell us what worked and what didnt and complete the project. Pablo and his guys came out and did a beautiful job of finishing everything up. He installed our in-wall speakers, ended up replacing some cabling where needed, and mounted our projector and screen. Pablo provided some good options for the equipment we needed, so we ended up letting them provide the speakers, projector and screen fo us. I appreciate that they salvaged the work that they could and added what was needed, but didnt try to sell us everything under the sun. Very happy with the results.

These guys are very professional and their rates are reasonable. I will definitely use their services again for future projects.
