Amazing service from beginning to the end!! The customer service was beyond excellent, friendly and so professional!! Aaronette was so helpful and answered all of my 500 questions lol. She was very patient and sweet. She worked very hard to make my installation happen with my insanely busy schedule. She reach out to the technicians and asked them to stay late to get my T.V installed. The two gentlemen were very professional, friendly and nice. They were as quick as lighting lol. I swear it took them 5 minutes to mount my T.V above my fireplace(joking). They were helpful with any questions that I had and made sure that I was satisfied with their work. Their work is amazing and fast!! I will use them again fir sure!! Highly recommended!!

This company with the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They were delayed and coming to my home to start the project and then required a second day which was not a problem, however the day they gave me I explained I had to leave by a certain time. They came to complete the work and at the time that I was required to leave I left and they were still working. I have provided them with not only the dimensions and the exact theater chairs I was a stalling and explained I would have two rows. This was reviewed multiple times with both installers. When I got home there was frayed carpet everywhere from the making of the platform to which they did not clean up, and pencil marks everywhere (on newly painted walls) from drawing on the walls where the placement of the speakers would go. When I contacted the owner to discuss my expectations not only for my future business with them and also referral business (yes after hours...Im a real estate professional and definitely am used to working odd hours) to have a discussion, the owner referred me to the office line. In fact, my $12k in business and even more in a potential referral business was dismissed because he didnt get the business (which I have no control over). Furthermore I had issues with the installation of the front door lock to which they provided very little assistance in fixing and had me searching all over the Internet to fix. Additionally, one of the cameras continues to go off-line constantly to which they wouldnt correct and then stated that they would not correct these issues because they had discounted my services and giving me a free Roku, which didnt even work. And did I mention they wouldnt provide me with the business to which the TVs were purchased so that I could register them!Lastly, when I called regarding the incorrect placement of the platform, it was explained to me that I should have told them where to put it. Given that these are professionals, and they knew I was putting in two rows of seating, the exact seats as I had provided a picture and link to them, and the size of the room to which they measured, they should have known where to place the platform. They refused to come out and correct the issue without charging me a fee. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I am a professional real estate agent and small business owner myself I would never treat people the way this company treated me.

Very pleased with my installation. Had one placed above my fireplace and another in my bedroom. Both are cords free and look extremely professional and clean.

Art and Dre are a dynamic duo for sure! I first had them install a smart doorbell and door lock. After my initial experience with Art, I knew I wanted to move forward with having them complete the installation of all tvs in our home (5 total). I had originally only booked to have them install one tv to test things out, but I didnt need any further confirmation after the smart home install. Within 3 hours (even arriving EARLY) they had quickly installed all 5 tvs. Needless to say I was beyond impressed! All mounts were cleanly placed and tvs treated with care. They also kept all trash collected and neat. I HIGHLY recommend these gentleman and will continue to support them moving forward.
